Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dribble segi empat terhadap keterampilan dribbling, (2) pengaruh pelatihan dribble beranting terhadap keterampilan dribbling, (3) perbedaan pengaruh latihan dribble segi empat dengan dribble beranting terhadap keterampilan dribbling. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2014 dengan jumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggiring bola secepat mungkin. Analisis data menggunakan statistic uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada variabel keterampilan dribbling. Kelompok dribble segi empat dari 11.60 sampai 16,80. Pada kelompok dribble beranting dari 11.60 sampai 17,60. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan dribble segi empat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribbling, (2) pelatihan dribble beranting berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribbling, (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara dribble segi empat dan dribble beranting dimana dribble beranting lebih baik dari pada dribble segi empat pada siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2014. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Dribble segi empat, beranting, keterampilan Dribbling bola basket. This study aimed to (1) the influence of the rectangular training dribble dribbling skills, (2) the effect of training on the relay dribble dribbling skills, (3) differences in the effects of exercise dribble dribble relay rectangle with the dribbling skills. Subjects were participants in extracurricular basketball student SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in 2014 the number of 30 people. This study uses the modified experimental group pre-test - post-test design. Test data collection was done with the dribble as quickly as possible. Data were analyzed using t-test statistics (t-test) at a significance level of 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of data analysis showed an increase in the average value of the variable dribbling skills. Group rectangular dribble from 11.60 until 16.80. In the group of dribble relay of 11.60 to 17.60. From the analysis of data and discussion is concluded that (1) training dribble rectangular effect on improving the skills of dribbling, (2) training dribble relay effect on improving the skills of dribbling, (3) there is a difference between the effects in terms of four and a dribble dribble dribble relay where the relay is both of the rectangular dribble the basketball student extracurricular participants SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in 2014. keyword : Dribble Training rectangular, relay, basketball Dribbling skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control dalam sepak bola pada tim sepak bola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing control berpasangan dinamis terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control dalam sepak bola (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis dan passing control berpasangan dinamis terhadap peningkatan passing control. Subjek penelitian adalah yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data passing control diukur dengan tes passing control dengan dinding. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil Penelitian ini(1) pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, dengan hasil thitung= 9,06 > ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan passing control berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, dengan hasil thitung = 18,14 > ttabel = 2,042 (3) terdapat perbedaan antara pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis dan passing control berpasangan dinamis terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, dengan hasil thitung = 19,02 > ttabel = 2,042. Pelatihan passing control berpasangan dinamis memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan passing control berpasangan dinmais adalah 18,33 dan rata-rata pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis adalah 16,05. Hal ini berarti rata-rata kelompok pelatihan passing control berpasangan dinamis lebih baik, karena hasil rata-rata lebih baik atau lebih meningkat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis.Dari hasil penelitian bahwa pelatihan passing control berpasangan dinamis lebih berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control. Subjects were a total of 36 people. Passing control data measured by passing a test with a wall control. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data were analyzed using t-test statistical calculations (t-test) at the 5% significance level. The results of this study (1) training pairs passing control static effect on improving the skills of passing control, with the result t = 9.06> t table = 2.042 (2) passing control training effect on improvement of skills of passing control, with the result t = 18.14> table = 2.042 (3) there is a difference between training pairs passing control of static and dynamic pairs passing control to increase control passing skills, with the result t = 19.02> table = 2.042. Training pairs passing dynamic control give better effect than static training pairs passing control to control passing skills enhancement, seen from the average of the training pairs passing control dinmais is 18.33 and the average training pairs passing static control is 16.05. This means the average pairwise group training dynamic control passing better, because the average yield better or more increased from an average yield of training pairs passing control statis.Dari research that training more dynamic passing control pairs affect the improvement of skills passing control. keyword : control passing skills, training, static, dynamic

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kekuatan otot lengan dan koordinasi mata tangan pada pukulan long drive atlet Nusa Penida Woodball Club. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi, yaitu atlet Nusa Penida Woodball Club yang berjumlah 12 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan 3 jenis tes dalam pengukuran. Press-up test untuk mengukur kekuatan otot lengan, tes lempar tangkap bola tenis untuk mengukur koordinasi mata tangan, dan tes pukulan long drive. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus sumbangan efektif (SE) dan sumbangan relatif (SR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) pada hipotesis pertama diperoleh sumbangan efektif (SE) 35.77%, dan sumbangan relatif (SR) 42.08% (2) pada hipotesis kedua diperoleh sumbangan efektif (SE) 49.23%, dan sumbangan relatif (SR) sebesar 57.92%, (3) dan pada hipotesis ketiga diperoleh perbandingan 42.08%<57.92%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kekuatan otot lengan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 42.08%, dan koordinasi mata tangan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 57.92%, sehingga koordinasi mata tangan merupakan komponen yang lebih dominan pada pukulan long drive atlet Nusa Penida Woodball Club.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di fokuskan untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi atlet Gladiator Basketball Academy Club di Singaraja. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui movasi atlet remaja mengikuti latihan di Gladiator Basketball Academy Club dan mengetahui manakah motivasi yang lebih dominan antara motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu atlet remaja awal di Gladiator Basketball Academy Club yang berjumlah 34 atlet remaja awal, 23 laki-laki dan 11 perempuan, instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket yang berisi pernyataan yang di gunakan untuk mengetahui motivasi atlet yang mengikuti Gladiator Basketball Academy Club dari faktor intrinsik (kemampuan, kondisi fisik dan aspirasi/cita-cita) dan faktor ekstrinsik (upaya pelatih, pujian, hadiah dan persaingan lingkungan latihan). Metode analisis data yang digunakan statistik deskriptif, selanjutnya metode validitas dilanjutkan dengan reliabilitas dan berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu tingkat motivasi atlet mengikuti Gladiator Basketball Academy Club tahun 2022 yang digolongkan dalam kategori baik berdasarkan analisis interval. Adapun kesimpulan dari hasil analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif tingkat motivasi atlet Gladiator Basketball Academy Club tahun 2022 berada kategori motivasi intrinsik sangat tinggi dan motivasi ekstrinsik tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan pelatih dan pola komunikasi akademi bolavoli Buleleng. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunkan pelatih dan atlet juga menggunakan dua angket satu untuk pelatih dua untu atlet akdemi bolavoli Buleleng. Data instrumen dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode non tes yaitu kuesioner berjumlah 17 pertanyaan untuk gaya kepemimpinan pelatih dan 35 pertanyaan pola komunikasi pelatih dan antlet. Teknik analisis data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan presentase. Hal ini untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan pelatih dan pola komunikasi pelatih dan atlet akademi bolavoli Buleleng dalam melakukan proses latihan dan pada saat komunikasi antara pelatih dan atlet. Sampel berjumlah 7 orang pelatih dan 31 orang atlet yang mengikuti latihan di akademi bolavoli Buleleng. Hasil dalam penelitian gaya kepemimpinan pelatih dalam skala katagori tinggi adapun hasil yang di dapat di dalam pola komunikasi pelatih dan atlet dalam skala katagori tinggi. Saran dari peneliti untuk pelatih agar lebih meningkatkan pola komunikasi dan kepada atlet agar lebih meningkatkan pola komunikasi atara pelatih akademi bolavoli Buleleng.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the NHT type cooperative learning model and the PBL learning model on floor exercise learning outcomes for students who have low self-efficacy. This type of research is quasi-experimental research. The population of this research was class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Manggis, totaling 246 people. The total sample in this study was 80 students selected using a simple cluster random sampling technique. The data collected in this research is in the form of floor exercise learning results. Data on floor exercise learning outcomes were collected using a floor exercise skills test. Data analysis was carried out using inferential and two-way ANOVA tests followed by the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test. The research results show that the NHT type cooperative learning model is more effective than the PBL learning model for students who have low self-efficacy (F=4.282, p<0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between the success rate of the athletes from the Buleleng Regency contingent in the PORPROV Bali event through the confidence possessed by the athletes. This study used all athletes who were registered as the Buleleng Regency contingent as subjects. This research is basic research that will get a description of the condition of the subject. The survey method uses a questionnaire that takes data on the level of confidence. The observation method is used to collect information through document data and events in the field. The data presented from this study is that 80.5% of athletes have high self-confidence and 17.3% moderate. Experience as an athlete > 7 years 33%, 4-7 years 39%, and 0-3 years 28%. Age group 30.25% over 22 years, 54.36% aged 22-17 years, and 15.12% aged under 17 years. This study concludes that the level of self-confidence in the success of athletes is relative, and influenced by the age and experience of the athlete.

Abstract

Currently, the program contained in the training periodization focuses on physical training programs, techniques, and tactics for playing volleyball. However, the psychological condition is to blame if an athlete's performance fails. The generational difference between coaches and athletes greatly disrupts interactions, so a unique approach is needed that touches the psychological side of athletes in providing training and improving performance. This research aims to describe the level of understanding of coaches at the Buleleng Volleyball Academy (ABVB) regarding the psychology program of training periodization. This research is a descriptive analysis research, with 12 ABVB trainers as research subjects. Data were collected through observation and survey techniques with research instruments using two questionnaires. The first questionnaire determines the role of psychology in sports, and the second examines the coach's ability to implement psychology in training programs. Data analysis with data triangulation. This research was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic, so it was carried out via Google Forms. The research results show that coaches understand the role of sports psychology but need to learn the form of training given to athletes. The conclusion is that ABVB coaches own sport psychology knowledge but have yet to apply it in handling athletes, so strengthening is needed to make coaches better at using it in training.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction with the services provided at Meazza Futsal Denpasar. Using a descriptive quantitative approach with survey methods, the research involved 100 consumers as the population, all of whom also constituted the sample through accidental sampling. Data collection was carried out using two instruments: a closed-ended questionnaire with five answer choices and an interview guide. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents who were willing to participate. The data were then analyzed using a quantitative descriptive technique with percentage calculations. The results showed that customer satisfaction levels in terms of service quality at Meazza Futsal Denpasar are generally categorized as very satisfied. Specifically, the satisfaction indicators included reliability (52%), responsiveness (42%), assurance (48%), and empathy (50%), with reliability and empathy being the highest contributors to satisfaction. These findings indicate that customers perceive the services provided by Meazza Futsal as meeting or exceeding expectations across most service dimensions. The implication of this study is that the management of Meazza Futsal should continue maintaining the quality of its services while also seeking opportunities for improvement, especially in areas such as responsiveness, to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. Overall, this research reinforces the importance of regular service evaluation and customer feedback in maintaining a competitive advantage in the sports service industry. In addition, this study can serve as a valuable reference for other similar businesses aiming to enhance their service quality. Future researchers are encouraged to examine broader variables such as pricing strategy, facility maintenance, and customer engagement to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of factors influencing customer satisfaction in the sports service sector.
