Abstract

In order to support the realisation of Making Indonesia 4.0 through the increasing of the quality of human resources, it has been done the dominant analysis of the influence of the on the job training to the improvement of the employee performance in a company. While the result obtained are expected to have an impact to the management policy and decision making which is related to the effort to increase the employee performance quality. And at the end, the employee deliver the best performance and the best quality product to meet the consumer expectation. The research used descriptive and correlative design, with test of validity, normality, reliability, variance homogenity, independency test and t test to validate the hypothesis. The research conclude that the frequency of the on the job training should be increased to meet the superior employee performance quality in line with company profitability concern in the future.Keywords: on the job training, performance, influence, dominant, and improvement.

Abstract

AbstractThe optimal employee performance in companies engaged in strategic industries is a target that must be continuously improved for the survival of the company. Achieving the optimal performance is expected to be able to meet the needs of consumers and customers. The purpose of this study is to find out how much participatory leadership and physical work environment contributes to employee performance in companies engaged in strategic industries. The research method used is a quantitative method using surveys and questionnaires as research instruments. Respondents in this study is 74 employees. The results of the study showed a positive and significant influence between variables; participatory leadership on performance, physical work environment on performance, and participatory leadership and physical work environment simultaneously on performance. It is expected that the results of this study can contribute meaningfully to the development of the company. Besides this, it is expected that the results of this research can be taken into consideration in taking company policies and decisions as well as improving the quality of research for universities. Keywords: participatory leadership, physical work environment, and performance. AbstrakKinerja optimal dari karyawan perusahaan di industri strategis merupakan target yang harus terus ditingkatkan untuk kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Pencapaian kinerja yang optimal diharapkan mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besaar kontribusi kepemimpinan partisipatif dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan yang bergerak pada industri strategis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survey dan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 74 karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kemimpinan partisiatif terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja, dan kepemimpinan partisipastif dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara simultan terhadap kinerja. Diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi yang berarti bagi perkembangan perusahaan. Selain hal tersebut diharapkan hasil dari penenelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan di dalam mengambil kebijakan dan keputusan perusahaan serta meningkatkan mutu penelitian bagi perguruan tinggi. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan partisipatif, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan kinerja.

Abstract

This community service is carried out by lecturers at the university, in order to participate actively in improving the quality of human resources through counseling and workshops. Counseling and workshops carried out are related to efforts to increase motivation, innovation and creativity in MSMEs, especially handicrafts made from beads. The results of MSMEs in the form of handicrafts from beads are still very much needed to be continuously improved. Besides that the market for bead creativity products is still very widely opened. The results of these beadsare  in the form of prayer beads and various women's jewelry such as bracelets and necklaces. The handicrafts are chosen because the method of making them is quite easy and the ingredients needed are easy to obtain. The method used in this service is participatory approach, and the respondents consist of the community as business actors. Respondents also participated directly in the focus group discussion, interviews, training, workshops, consuls, and executions. Through the implementation of this service it is hoped that it will be able to encourage the growth and development of MSMEs to improve community welfare and improve the quality of the active role of lecturers as a form of concern for improving the quality of human resources in the community.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan oleh dosen bersama dengan mahasiswa. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Susukan Kecamatan Tirtayasa. Tujuan dari pengabdian adalah meningkatkan ketrampilan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan membuat produk-produk inovatif hasil UMKM. Adanya inovasi dari produk-produk tersebut diharapkan mampu memberikan nilai jual lebih, sehingga dapat meningkatkan keuntungan yang diperoleh para pelaku usaha. Selama ini produk bolu kukus yang banyak dijual kurang variatif, sehingga diperlukan adanya inovasi agar berkembang. Pembuatan bolu kukus berkarakter yang diberi merek Rainbow Cake, tidak memerlukan penambahan biaya produksi yang besar, tetapi diperlukan kreatifitas kemampuan untuk menggambar di atas bolu. Dengan memberikan pelatihan pembuatan bolu kukus berkarakter diharapkan selain mengasah ketrampilan para pelaku usaha dalam berkreatif dengan seni menggambar di atas bolu, tetapi juga akan meningkatkan penghasilan. Pada pelatihan diberikan juga cara-cara pengemasan dan labeling produk agar lebih bersih dan menarik. Selain itu bolu kukus berkarakter diharapkan mampu memperluas segmen pasar, sehingga dapat dijadikan produk favorit untuk semua kalangan masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat selain memberikan tantangan kepada para dosen dan mahasiswa agar lebih kreatif dan inovatif, juga akan meningkatkan kualitas  dan keberalangsungan produk yang dihasilkan pada waktu yang akan datang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengevaluasi hubungan disiplin kerja, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja para karyawan di Hotel Pesona Enasa Merak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Karena jumlah populasi 33 orang, maka dipakai metode sampling jenuh.  Data primer yang dipakai dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS 25. Kompetensi berkontribusi positif dan berarti terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berkontribusi positif tetapi tidak berarti terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja fisik berkontribusi positif dan berarti terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara bersama-sama, kompetensi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study's objectives are to determine whether benefits, job rotation, and job promotion affect employee performance at PT X Kota Cilegon. Quantitative research methodologies were used to conduct this study. The population of the study was all employees at PT X Kota Cilegon totaling 403 employees. The probability sampling method using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin error at PT X Kota Cilegon totaling 80 respondents. A Google Forms-distributed questionnaire was used to gather data. The SPSS version 27 software was utilized as the data analysis tool in this study. This study used an instrument test to see the validity and reliability test values, and used a classical assumption test to see the normality test whether the data was normally distributed, as well as a t-hypothesis test (partial) to test the influence between variables and the f test (simultaneous) to test the influence together. The results of this study show that (1) Benefits have a positive and notable effect on employee performance, (2) Job Rotation has a positive and notable effect on employee performance, (3) Job Promotion has a positive and notable effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya gap antara kinerja yang diharapkan dengan kinerja yang ada pada saat ini. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh antara variabel organizational justice dan teamwork terhadap kinerja dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey, sampel 52 karyawan diambil dengan teknik sampel jenuh, data diolah menggunakan SPSS 22. Adapun analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji determinasi, uji F, uji T, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas. Hipotesis terdiri dari terdapat pengaruh organizational justice terhadap kepuasan kerja, teamwork terhadap kepuasan kerja, organizational justice terhadap kinerja, teamwork terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, pengaruh tidak langsung organizational justice terhadap kinerja, dan pengaruh tidak langsung teamwork terhadap kinerja. Hasil dari penelitian adalah organizational justice berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan teamwork berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja, tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung organizational justice terhadap kinerja, teamwork berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja, organizational justice berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja, teamwork berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Impak penelitian adalah memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengambilan kebijakan dan keputusan manajemen untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan. This research is motivated by the gap between expected performance and current performance. The aim is to determine whether there is an influence between organizational justice and teamwork variables on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach, a sample of 52 employees taken using the total sampling technique, and data processed using SPSS 22. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, determination test, F-test, T-test, validity test, reliability test, and normality test. The hypothesis consists of the influence of organizational justice on job satisfaction, teamwork on job satisfaction, organizational justice on performance, teamwork on performance, job satisfaction on performance, indirect influence of organizational justice on performance, and indirect influence of teamwork on performance. The results of the study are that organizational justice has a direct effect on job satisfaction, and teamwork has a direct effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a direct effect on performance, there is no direct influence of organizational justice on performance, teamwork has a direct effect on performance, organizational justice has an indirect effect on performance through job satisfaction, teamwork has an indirect effect on performance through job satisfaction. The impact of the research is that it can contribute to policy-making, and management decisions to improve employee job satisfaction and performance in the company.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah masih perlu perhatian dengan serius, karena penanganan masalah sampah belum maksimal. Sampah dapat memberikan nilai-nilai ekonomi jika diolah menjadi barang yang lebih berguna. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sharing session berbagi pengetahuan mengenai pemilahan sampah di untuk siswa PAUD. Kegiatan diikuti oleh para guru, orang tua siswa, siswa, dosen dan mahasiswa. Adapun yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaannya juga terdapat mitra dari perusahaan. Menumbuhkan budaya gemar memilah sampah dapat dimulai dengan memilah sampah di lingkungan rumah dan lingkungan sekolah. Diperlukan penanaman nilai kepedulian untuk menjadikan kemampuan memilah sampah adalah budaya yang harus ada sejak anak berusia dini khususnya anak PAUD di Banten. Sampah-sampah yang telah dipilah akan memudahkan untuk memilih sampah mana yang dapat digunakan ulang, menjadi benda dengan fungsi lain atau akan dijadikan pupuk. Pemilahan sampah organik dan anorganik, meliputi sampah sisa makanan dan minuman, sampah kertas, sampah bekas makanan dan minuman, dan juga sampah yang lainnya. Dengan adanya budaya memilah sampah akan menjadikan lingkungan lebih bersih, lebih sehat, lebih indah, dan dapat menambah nilai ekonomi dari sampah. Dampak dari pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah siswa PAUD mampu untuk memilah sampah dan menjaga kesehatan dan kebersihan lingkungan dengan baik.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive business situation, employee performance is something that is increasingly becoming the main concern of organizations. Therefore, this research aims to find a model for improving employee performance through increasing teamwork and organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study was carried out in Merak Banten at an agrochemical company by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents representing production, maintenance, warehouse, laboratory, and general departments. This kind of research is known as explanatory research, and it uses hypothesis testing to explain the link between variables. The collected questionnaire data was then analyzed using SEM statistical methods and PLS analysis with SmartPLS 4 software. The analysis outcome showed that the job satisfaction variable had a direct effect on performance, teamwork had a direct or indirect effect on performance and organizational citizenship behavior had no direct or indirect effect. on performance. This research implies that companies are advised to increase the value of organizational citizenship behavior to increase job satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

This study’s goal is to determine the effect of work placement and work discipline on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable among a manufacturing company during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study design is causal-comparative with a quantitative approach with 100 respondents. The study's findings indicated that work placement had a direct impact on performance, work discipline had a direct impact on performance, job satisfaction had a direct impact on performance, work discipline had a direct impact on job satisfaction, and work placement had a direct impact on job satisfaction. Work discipline did not significantly have an indirect effect on performance.
