Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mensimulasikan aplikasi ujian berbasis web yang dikembangkan oleh tim pelatihan yaitu pada soal dan pemeriksaannya dengan berbasis komputerisasi, dalam kegiatan ini juga akan menerapkan aplikasi ujian komputersisasi berbasis online dengan sistem operasi linux ubuntu server 12.04 menggunakan ip address public yaitu ujian dapat di akses secara online walaupun tidak berada di sekolah. Dalam penerapan aplikasi ujian jaringan tersebut, siswa di berikan soal dalam bentuk pilihan berganda disesuaikan dengan jadwal dan mata pelajaran yang akan diujiankan. Setelah siswa menyelesaikan ujian komputerisasi, maka siswa dapat langsung melihat hasilnya pada aplikasi, sehingga apakah siswa mendapatkan hasil lulus atau remedial dalam ujian tersebut. Setelah sistem diimplementasikan hasilnya mampu meminimalisasi tingkat kecurangan peserta ujian dengan adanya fitur pengacakan nomor soal ujian dan menampilkan hasil ujian secara detail meliputi jumlah soal yang benar, jumlah soal yang salah dan jumlah soal yang tidak di isi peserta ujian maupun nilai peserta keseluruhan serta sistem mampu menampilkan informasi peserta yang lulus ujian dengan cepat secara langsung. Sistem yang telah diimplementasikan membantu memudahkan para guru agar mendapatkan hasil ujian siswa secara objektif.Kata kunci— ujian online, website, SMK

Abstract

Based on variations in calcination temperature, gamma alumina has successfully been made using a simple sol-gel method for Pomalaa magnesium-laterite adsorption from the South East of Sulawesi. The laterite leached by sulfuric acid was then precipitated by ammonia, to make the magnesium was separated from its main impurities (Si, Fe and Al). Temperature variations at 500, 650, 800 and 950 °C in gamma alumina making formed the gamma alumina phase while the alpha alumina phase was formed at 1100 °C. The higher calcination temperature the lower the specific surface area respectively from 196.385, 156.239, 105.725, 96.134 and 15.396 (m2/g). This results in decreasing the magnesium of the laterite 9.04, 8.70, 8.09, 6.39 and 0.29 (mg/L) respectively. The 800 °C-calcination gamma alumina has the highest volume of the pore, namely 0.3265 mL/g and the radius of 61.76 Å. The gamma alumina isotherm curve is type IV. The SEM-EDS test shows an aggregation spherical shape. Gamma alumina was detected to adsorb Mg laterite. The X-ray mapping of SEM-EDS test shows even distribution between gamma alumina, magnesium and nickel. The highest adsorption is retained by GA-800/3 sample, namely 81.31 %.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh masa jabatan auditor (Tenure Audit) dan reputasi auditor (Reputasi Audit) terhadap kualitas audit menggunakan uji regresi logistik. Melalui analisis ini, diharapkan dapat diketahui sejauh mana faktor-faktor tersebut berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas audit di perusahaan-perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi logistik untuk menguji hipotesis. Data diperoleh dari 90 perusahaan yang dipilih secara acak. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Wald  untuk menentukan signifikansi masing-masing variabel independen terhadap kualitas audit. Hasil: Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa baik masa jabatan auditor maupun reputasi auditor memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas audit. Koefisien regresi untuk "Tenure Audit" adalah 1.934 dengan nilai p < 0.05, dan untuk "Reputasi Audit" adalah 2.777 dengan nilai p < 0.05, menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan satu unit dalam variabel-variabel ini meningkatkan peluang kualitas audit yang baik masing-masing hampir tujuh kali dan lebih dari enam belas kali lipat. Originalitas: Penelitian ini menawarkan kontribusi baru dalam literatur akuntansi dan audit dengan menggabungkan analisis masa jabatan dan reputasi auditor sebagai variabel kunci dalam menentukan kualitas audit. Pendekatan ini memberikan perspektif yang lebih komprehensif dan empiris tentang bagaimana faktor-faktor ini secara simultan mempengaruhi kualitas audit. Implikasi: Temuan penelitian ini memiliki implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan dan regulator. Perusahaan dapat menggunakan hasil ini untuk memperbaiki kebijakan terkait penugasan dan rotasi auditor, sementara regulator dapat mempertimbangkan hasil ini dalam merumuskan aturan yang mendukung peningkatan kualitas audit secara keseluruhan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini tidak hanya memberikan wawasan teoritis, tetapi juga rekomendasi praktis yang dapat diterapkan dalam industri audit.

Abstract

The SMP N 1 Pantai Cermin library has a manual book loan and return system by recording in a ledger so that researchers build a website-based book loan and return application. The purpose of this research is to facilitate data collection and monitoring of borrowing and returning books at the SMP N 1 Pantai Cermin library. The results of the research are applications that help the SMP N 1 Pantai Cermin library admin in recording book loans and returns and having a digital loan report.

Abstract

Abstract: Rice is one of the main food commodities in Indonesia that often faces challenges in the form of insect pest attacks, which can result in a significant decrease in crop yields. Manual pest control not only requires a lot of time and effort, but is also often ineffective and inefficient. In order to overcome these problems, this study developed a monitoring and control system for insect pests in rice plants based on the Internet of Things (IoT) with the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI). This system is designed to detect the presence of insect pests in real-time through sensors installed on agricultural land. The data obtained is then analyzed by an artificial intelligence model to identify the type of pest and the level of threat faced. Based on the results of the analysis, the system can provide recommendations for optimal control actions, both automatically and manually. The system was tested on rice fields in certain agricultural areas, and the results showed that this system was able to increase the effectiveness of insect pest control and reduce dependence on the use of chemical pesticides. Penanganan hama secara manual tidak hanya memerlukan waktu dan tenaga yang besar, tetapi juga seringkali tidak efektif dan efisien. Dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah sistem monitoring dan pengendalian hama serangga pada tanaman padi berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan implementasi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI). Sistem ini dirancang untuk mendeteksi keberadaan hama serangga secara real-time melalui sensor-sensor yang dipasang di lahan pertanian. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis oleh model kecerdasan buatan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis hama dan tingkat ancaman yang dihadapi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, sistem dapat memberikan rekomendasi tindakan pengendalian yang optimal, baik secara otomatis maupun manual. Uji coba sistem dilakukan pada lahan padi di area pertanian tertentu, dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pengendalian hama serangga serta mengurangi ketergantungan pada penggunaan pestisida kimia. Abstract

Abstract: Employee payroll system is one of the important components in human resource management in a company, including in the hotel sector. At Hotel Grandhika Setiabudi Medan, payroll management still faces obstacles such as manual recording, fragmented data, and the risk of errors in calculations. This study aims to design and build a web-based employee payroll system using the Extreme Programming (XP) method, which is an approach to software development that emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and rapid iteration. The XP method is implemented through stages such as planning, simple design, coding, and repeated testing. This system is designed to automate the payroll process, including calculating basic salary, allowances, deductions, and generating payroll reports in real time. The implementation of a web-based system facilitates accessibility and allows for more efficient data integration. The results of the study show that the system built is able to improve the accuracy of salary calculations, speed up the administration process, and minimize the risk of errors. This system is also equipped with security features to protect employee data and payroll information. With this system, Hotel Grandhika Setiabudi Medan can manage employee payroll more effectively and efficiently. Keywords: Payroll System, Extreme Programming, Web Based, Grandhika Setiabudi                 Medan HotelAbstrak: Sistem penggajian karyawan merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di sebuah perusahaan, termasuk di sektor perhotelan. Pada Hotel Grandhika Setiabudi Medan, pengelolaan penggajian masih menghadapi kendala seperti pencatatan manual, data yang terfragmentasi, serta risiko kesalahan dalam perhitungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem penggajian karyawan berbasis web menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP), yang merupakan salah satu pendekatan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak yang menitikberatkan pada fleksibilitas, kolaborasi, dan iterasi yang cepat. Metode XP diterapkan melalui tahapan-tahapan seperti perencanaan, desain sederhana, coding, dan pengujian berulang. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengotomatisasi proses penggajian, mencakup penghitungan gaji pokok, tunjangan, potongan, serta pembuatan laporan penggajian secara real-time. Implementasi sistem berbasis web mempermudah aksesibilitas dan memungkinkan integrasi data yang lebih efisien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu meningkatkan akurasi penghitungan gaji, mempercepat proses administrasi, dan meminimalkan risiko kesalahan. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur keamanan untuk melindungi data karyawan dan informasi penggajian. Dengan adanya sistem ini, Hotel Grandhika Setiabudi Medan dapat mengelola penggajian karyawan secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci: Sistem Penggajian, Extreme Programming, Berbasis Web, Hotel Grandhika Setiabudi Medan

Abstract

The Asian palm civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus) plays a crucial role in the ecosystem as a seed disperser and has economic value in the civet coffee industry. However, monitoring civet activity in captivity is still conducted manually, which is time-consuming and prone to human error. This study aims to develop an automatic monitoring system based on Computer Vision using the YOLOv8 method with the Python programming language. The system can detect civet activities such as eating, drinking, moving, and sleeping through surveillance cameras in real time. The model was trained using a specialized dataset collected from civet enclosures under various lighting conditions and camera angles. Evaluation results show that the model achieved a mean Average Precision (mAP) of 99.5%, precision of 100%, and recall of 99.3%, indicating excellent detection capability. The implementation of this system is expected to assist captive management in monitoring efficiently, reducing reliance on manual supervision, and improving animal welfare through more accurate observation. Furthermore, this system has the potential to be further developed for real-time video-based monitoring and applied to other animal species. Thus, this study not only contributes to the efficiency of Asian palm civet monitoring but also opens opportunities for the application of Computer Vision technology in conservation and wildlife-based industries.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an effective and efficient bird pest repellent tool in farmers' rice fields by utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology. Bird pests often pose a serious threat to agricultural products, especially in rice fields. Through the application of IoT, this tool can monitor real-time bird activity around agricultural areas and take appropriate preventive measures. This tool is designed to utilize motion sensors or pir sensors, surveillance cameras, and a sound or visual signal delivery system to chase away birds. approaching agricultural areas. PIR sensors are widely used in a variety of applications, including home security systems, motion sensor lighting, and building automation. The main advantages of PIR sensors are their low power consumption and ability to provide fast response to movement, making them an efficient and effective choice for many detection applications. motion, data collected from sensors and cameras will be sent to the IoT platform with the Telegram application and which is connected via an internet connection, allowing farmers to monitor and control tools remotely via smart devices such as smartphones or computers. The main advantage of this tool is its ability to provide a quick response to the presence of bird pests, reduce agricultural yield losses and increase crop productivity. Additionally, integration with IoT provides high flexibility and connectivity, enabling continuous system optimization. designing this tool involves the hardware and software design stages. The hardware consists of a pir sensor, an esp 32 cam microcontroller, and a speaker and servo. While the software consists of Arduino Ide, Blynk and Telegram. After design, the tool is field tested for performance. Test results show that this tool is able to detect the presence of birds with good accuracy, provides a fast response in chasing them away, Telegram is able to communicate by giving commands and receiving images, Blynk can provide information on the condition of the tool when it is online and give commands to activate the servo, sound or both of them. With a significant removal success rate, this tool is successful in reducing losses caused by bird strikes in agriculture. Additionally, it has low power consumption and can be integrated with existing IoT platforms for remote monitoring and data analysis. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution to efforts to develop sustainable agricultural technology and improve farmers' welfare by protecting agricultural products from bird pest attacks. Thus, it is hoped that the implementation of this tool in the field can provide an innovative and efficient solution in controlling bird pests in farmers' rice fields.
