Abstract

Perlindungan nasabah menurut UU RI Nomor 21 Tahun 2008 tentang Perbankan Syariah merupakan upaya perlindungan nasabah yang meliputi: a) Mekanisme pengaduan nasabah yang berpedoman pada PBI Nomor 7/7/PBI/2005 jo. PBI Nomor 10/10/PBI/2008 tentang Penyelesaian Pengaduan Nasabah dan PBI Nomor 8/5/PBI/2006 jo. PBI Nomor 10/1/PBI/2008 tentang Mediasi; b) meningkatkan transparansi produk yang berpedoman pada PBI Nomor 7/6/PBI/2005 tentang Transparansi Informasi Produk Bank dan penggunaan data pribadi nasabah; c) Edukasi terhadap nasabah dilakukan oleh Bank Indonesia bersama-sama dengan bank-bank dan asosiasi-asosiasi perbankan yang tergabung dalam kelompok kerja edukasi masyarakat di bidang perbankan dengan memberikan pemahaman tentang produk dan jasa perbankan kepada nasabah dan calon nasabah. Sistem perbankan syariah yang beroperasi berdasarkan prinsip bagi hasil memberikan alternatif sistem perbankan yang saling menguntungkan bagi masyarakat dan bank, serta menonjolkan aspek keadilan dalam bertransaksi, investasi yang beretika, mengedepankan nilai-nilai kebersamaan dan persaudaraan dalam berproduksi dan menghindari kegiatan spekulatif dalam bertransaksi keuangan. Customer protection according to UU RI Number 21 Tahun 2008 about Syariah banking as an effort to protect customer covering: a) the mechanism of submission done by the customer based on PBI Number 7/7/PBI/2005 jo. PBI Number 10/10/PBI/2008 about the solution of submission done by the customer and PBI Number 8/5/PBI/2006 jo. PBI Number 10/1/ PBI/208 about mediation, b) improving transparancy of product based on PBI Number 7/6/PBI/2005 about transparancy of information of bank product and the use of customer private data, c) education towards customer done by Indonesia Bank in collaboration with other banks and banking association under the group work of society education in the field of banking by giving understanding about banking product and service to the customer and candidate of customer. The system of syariah banking which is done under the principle of profit sharing gives an alternative of banking system to be useful for society and bank. Moreover, the principle offer justice during the process of doing transaction and having ethic during making investment. It also emphasises on the value of togetherness and avoid itself to be speculative in conducting transaction.

Abstract

The principles of sharia economy are: First, Islamic economy is nothing but an economic form to create a quality life. Second, not exploitative (usury). Third, the prohibition of gambling and speculation. Fourth, Islamic economics is the Welfarist economy. Fifth, maintain spiritualism in the public sphere. In the sharia economy has its own rules for economic activities remain in the principles of sharia. Therefore, in the implementation of Islamic economic supervision, there are the role of the ulama, the Sharia Supervisory Board, the National Sharia Board and the Financial Services Authority.

Abstract

In its application, unit link sharia insurance practices in Indonesia have referred to the DSN MUI fatwa and are accompanied by a sharia supervisory board (DPS) that has been appointed for each company, as well as under the supervision of the financial services authority (OJK) so that it is expected in accordance with applicable provisions in Indonesia. And can encourage the growth of unit link Islamic insurance services that are getting stronger and become a milestone in Indonesia.

Abstract

AbstractThe role of unit link sharia insurance companies in the development of digital economics in Indonesia can be described as follows: in providing information related to company profiles, products and also several other provisions, it can be easily accessed using the internet on their respective websites. in Indonesia under the supervision of the FSA both through mobile and laptop media. For information regarding the customer policy, it is also provided convenience with the application on the smartphone about the policies owned by the customer provided by the company. When a customer has a complaint or question about the product purchased can be via a special email for customers in addition to talking via phone via the call center that has also been provided by the company.  Keywords: digital, economic, company, sharia insurance

Abstract

The development of Sharia economics in Indonesia is also not separated from several driving factors. Simply put, the factors are grouped into external and internal factors. External factors are the cause that comes from abroad, the development of Sharia economics in other countries. This realization then ' Mewabah ' to other countries and finally reached Indonesia. While the internal factor is the fact that Indonesia is destined to be the country with the largest Muslim population in the world. This fact raises awareness in some of the scholars and economic practitioners about the need for an economy that complies with Islamic values run by Muslim communities in Indonesia.
