Abstract

This study aims to explore the transformation of Islamic preaching and Muslim entrepreneurship practices conducted by persons with disabilities through social media, grounded in Islamic spiritual values inspired by the thoughts of KH. Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur). Using a qualitative case study approach, this research focuses on three social media accounts owned by disabled Muslim entrepreneurs: @rumahaspirasitunanetra, @thisablebeautycare, and @ekosugeng. The findings reveal that social media not only serves as a communication tool but also functions as a digital preaching space and spiritual marketplace, reinforcing the role of people with disabilities as active agents of change. The participants successfully integrated Islamic values such as amanah (trustworthiness), rahmah (compassion), and maslahah (public good) into their entrepreneurial and preaching activities. These findings highlight the urgency of inclusive preaching approaches and the necessity to expand the Islamic Value-Based Entrepreneurship (IVBE) model to encompass marginalized experiences. The study concludes that spirituality-based preaching and business can be powerful strategies for social emancipation and for shaping an inclusive Islamic discourse.

Abstract

The livestock rearing system, known as gaduh goats, is when capital owners or investors have goats and hand them over to other parties to care for them, and are given compensation in the form of profit sharing. In this research, researchers will examine the cooperative analysis of rowdy goat farming according to Islamic Economics in Pojok Village, Ngantru District, Tulungagung Regency. This research intends to analyze cooperative rowdy goat farming according to Islamic Economics. The method applied is a descriptive qualitative approach intended to analyze data in the form of words and images. The types of data processed are primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected directly in the field, namely through owners and breeders, while secondary data was obtained from books and online journals. Data collection applies observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The concept of profit sharing aims to organize partnerships to bear risks and obtain business results for both parties. In this system, there is no guarantee of fixed profits, and profits and losses are shared according to the initial agreement. This principle avoids the element of uncertainty that includes ordinary business risks, but not excessive uncertainty (gharar), which is not permitted in Islam. Risk management in this noisy system is by the principles of Islamic Economics, where future risks are borne by all parties. Keyword: Goat Rowing Practice, Cooperative, Profit Sharing.

Abstract

Islam, among the world's religions, is the only religion that upholds the value of work. A job reflects the actual duties, obligations and responsibilities of each individual employee towards their position. In a company, employee work ethic plays an important role in contributing to the progress and decline of a company. In Islam, the work ethic must be based on three elements, namely, monotheism, piety and worship. This means that monotheism (faith in Allah Almighty) causes a person to assess that his work and the results of his work are a means of uniting Allah SWT. However, in the reality of life, there are still many employees, especially Muslims, who are still lazy, undisciplined, unwilling to work hard, and work as they please or what could be called a lack of work ethic. In this research, researchers will examine various types of work ethic that influence company productivity, and how to improve employee work ethic based on an Islamic economic perspective. This research employs a qualitative methodology characterized by a case study approach, emphasizing descriptive analysis. The work ethic of employees at PT HDMS Professional Blitar is fluctuating, meaning that the conditions of each employee are different from one employee to another. Lack of employee work ethic can be overcome by making conditions as comfortable as possible in the workplace and establishing good relationships between employees and company leaders. Abstract

The method for resolving bad financing at KSPPS BTM Surya Madinah uses the kinship principle, where members who are late in paying are telephoned first to confirm why they are late and when they will be able to pay. However, if a member fails to pay until the 4th month, from then on the KSPPS BTM Surya Madinah will act firmly according to the existing SOP. Then the last way is if you don't want to pay for up to 4 months then what we do is withdraw the guarantee or the language is usually to leave the guarantee with the office, then if we can pay we will return the guarantee, if we still can't pay then we will sell it along with the guarantee. The resolution of bad financing at KSPPS BTM Surya Madinah is in accordance with the provisions of DSN MUI No. 23/DSN-MUI/III/2002 and OJK, the SOP for resolving bad financing at KSPPS BTM Surya Madinah is actually in accordance with the provisions of DSN MUI and OJK. But again, it cannot be implemented completely because it looks at the condition of the KSPPS BTM Surya Madinah members. Existing tolerances in the field are still maintained to maintain the continuity of member financing.

Abstract

In the beginning, many ordinary people assumed that lifeless objects (al-Jama>da>t) are inanimate objects that are static, inactive, and not developing. But the presence of science proves the untruth of this assumption and the Qur’an turns out to be 1400 years ago has first revealed the facts. The Qur’an although not a book of science, explicitly guides and instructs humans to read, observe, and conduct a series of research and trials on the symptoms of the universe’s phenomena. phenomena of the universe that are so powerful. This paper aims to uncover part of the macrocosm, which is the verses of Kauniyah, which are clearly stated by the verses of Qauniyah. Clearly stated by the Qauliyah verses of glorifying and prostrating, then the two types of verses are harmonized, so that it is found that the content of the Qur’an does not contradict modern science which continues to experience does not contradict modern science which continues to develop. This research is a literature type, with qualitative methods and using a descriptive-narrative approach. As for the results of the study, by referring to the opinions of the commentators regarding the universe of dhikr, praise, and prostration, it shows that there is a very close relationship between the verses of Kauniyah as sunnatullah with the verses of Qauliyah, where both come from Allah SWT. Between Qauliyah verses and Kauniyah verses both reinforce each other, Qauliyah verses reinforce the truth of Kauniyah verses, and vice verses, Kauniyah verses reinforce the truth of Qauliyah verses. Thus the microcosm (atoms) and macrocosm rotate/circulate or surround the center of the solar system is a form of tasbih and prostration (submission) to the Creator in order to maintain its balance from destruction.

Abstract

Muslim consumer awareness of halal products in Indonesia continues to grow, yet the implementation of halal certification in food and beverage MSMEs still faces various challenges. This study aims to analyze the implementation of halal certification for MSMEs using the maqashid sharia approach and SWOT analysis. The research method used is qualitative descriptive-exploratory through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that although the Free Halal Certification Program (SEHATI) and the OSS system ease access, MSME actors still face challenges related to digital literacy, understanding of procedures, and limited guidance. The SWOT analysis identifies strengths in religious motivation and regulatory support, weaknesses in technical-administrative aspects, opportunities from the growth of the global halal market, and threats in the form of digital inequality and low synergy between institutions. The maqashid sharia approach shows that digital halal certification contributes to the protection of religion, life, intellect, wealth, and business sustainability. This study highlights the importance of collaborative approaches and affirmative policies to enhance halal certification access for MSMEs, especially in peripheral areas.
