Wirausahawan di Indonesia masih sangat kurang yaitu 1.56% dari total penduduk sedangkan negara yang ideal minimal terdapat 2% penduduknya menjadi wirausaha. Adversity Quotien merupakan kemampuan individu dalam memahami, mengukur gambaran tentang respon saat “menghadapi kesulitan atau kegagalan dan kemampuan untuk merubah kesulitan tersebut sebagai peluang” kemudian berpengaruh pada profesional dan efektifitas seseorang dalam mewujudkan impiannya. Adversity Quotient berguna untuk meningkatkan efekivitas dalam lingkup tim, hubungan kerja, keluarga, perusahaan, ptuerkumpulan, kebudayaan dan masyarakat, selain itu Adversity Quotient juga berperan untuk memprediksi kesuksesan atau kegagalan seseorang. Peneliti ingin melakukan telaah secara mendalam bagaimana Adversity Quotient pada mahasiswa yang berwirausaha. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling, jumlah subjek 113 mahasiswa dan intrumen yang digunakan adalah skala Adversity Quotien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa berwirausaha memiliki Adversity Quotien dengankategori sedang, yang memiliki makna bahwa mahasiswa cukup memiliki kepercayaan dan keyakinan diri yang kuat untuk dapat mencapai tujuan yang mereka inginkan dan mampu menyelesaikan kesulitan yang dihadapi.

Era industri 4.0 memberikan banyak peluang kerja bagi milenial. Karyawan generasi milenial dianggap mampu mengikuti alur digitalisasi seperti menguasai informasi di internet khususnya terkait lowongan kerja dan berbagai tawaran serta reward yang menggiurkan sehingga peluang untuk berpindah kerja menjadi semakin besar. Hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi perusahaan untuk membuat karyawannya merasa terikat dan berkomitmen didalamnya. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi work engagement ialah adaptabilitas karir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji kemampuan adaptabilitas karir didalam memprediksiwork engagement karyawan generasi milenial di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 400 karyawan milenial yang diambil menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS-International Form) dan Utrecht Work engagement Scale (UWES-17). Hasil uji regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan adanya peran adaptabilitas karir terhadap work engagement karyawan generasi milenial di provinsi DKI Jakarta. Adaptabilitas karir berkontribusi sebesar 47,5% terhadap work engagement karyawan.

The development of communication technology today has changed the behavior of individuals in interacting. Social media has become a means for individuals to express themselves and perform self-disclosure. This study aims to find out how expressive writing can increase self-disclosure in millennial Instagram social media users. The research method uses a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews with participants. The results showed that expressive writing can facilitate individuals to express themselves and increase self-disclosure on Instagram social media users. Through expressive writing, individuals can express their feelings, thoughts, and experiences freely without any restrictions. This encourages deeper self-disclosure in millennial Instagram users. The implication of this study is the importance of using expressive writing to facilitate the self-disclosure process in social media users, especially millennials.

Pengaruh keluarga serta toleransi ambiguitas berperan dalam membentuk keyakinan diri mahasiswa dalam pengambilan keputusan karier. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peran keluarga dan toleransi ambiguitas pada keyakinan diri mahasiswa dalam memutuskan karier. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 157 mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang yang diambil dengan teknik sampling accidental. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji regresi. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa peran keluarga dan toleransi ambiguitas berpengaruh terhadap keyakinan diri penentuan pilihan karier mahasiswa. Toleransi ambiguitas berpengaruh lebih besar terhadap keyakinan diri dalam memutuskan karier mahasiswa dibanding peran keluarga. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa dapat berpikir positif dalam menilai perubahan dunia kerja saat ini, menerima perubahan, mencari kejelasan hal-hal yang ambigu, memantau permintaan pasar tenaga kerja, dan mengembangkan kompetensi diri sesuai dengan demand pasar. Orang tua dapat membantu mahasiswa dengan cara berbagi informasi tentang perkerjaan dan memberikan dukungan emosional dan finansial dalam pengembangan diri mahasiswa.

The present study examined the effect of person-job fit and job crafting on contract employees’ turnover intention. The participants were 135 contract employees of state-owned (BUMN) and private enterprises (BUMS) in Palangkaraya Raya city. They recruited using the quota sampling technique. Three scales were deployed, namely the person-job fit scale, job crafting scales, and turnover intention scales. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result indicating that person-job fit and job crafting affect the employee’s turnover intention. In other words, contract employees with adequate job fit levels and good crafting exhibited low turnover intention. The turnover intention was affected by person-job fit and job crafting. When an employee has the qualifications corresponding to his job position and gets the opportunity to develop his potential the chances of turnover intention are small.

In every phase of development, individuals usually begin to feel uncertainty in facing reality, filled with feelings of doubt and tend to overthink what is happening in their lives. Quarter life crisis is a common phenomenon in individuals in the age range of 20-29 years, which is characterized by anxiety, confusion, and uncertainty about the future. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of the support group method in helping individuals deal with quarter life crisis. This study used a quasi-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test, involving 5 subjects selected by purposive sampling. The support group intervention was conducted in 3 sessions, with experience sharing activities and assignments to help subjects recognize and overcome their problems. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores (p=0.043). The support group method is proven to reduce anxiety levels and provide psychological support to individuals experiencing a quarter life crisis.

Graduate unemployment remains a pressing issue in Indonesia, with a 5.98% open unemployment rate among university graduates reported by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in 2021. Contributing factors include a misalignment between academic preparation and labor market needs, limited work experience, and inadequate readiness for professional roles. Strengthening career adaptability during the transition from university to the workforce is essential. This study employed a quantitative experimental design to examine the impact of academic digital literacy training on career adaptability among recent undergraduate graduates. Participants completed pre- and post-tests measuring career adaptability before and after the intervention. The analysis revealed a statistically significant increase in participants' career adaptability scores following the training. The intervention notably improved graduates’ readiness to meet workforce demands by enhancing their digital competencies relevant to both academic and professional contexts. These findings indicate that academic digital literacy training plays a critical role in bridging the gap between university education and workplace expectations. By equipping graduates with essential digital skills, the program supports a smoother transition into professional roles and may contribute to reducing graduate unemployment. Integrating academic digital literacy into higher education curricula can effectively enhance career adaptability and employment readiness. Institutions should prioritize such training to better align graduate skills with evolving labor market demands.

Digital transformation and advances in artificial intelligence (AI) have fundamentally changed the demands of the workplace, creating a gap between graduate competencies and industry needs. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of AI Agent-based career adaptability psychoeducation as a community empowerment strategy to improve the work readiness of high school/vocational school and university graduates. The study design used a descriptive-interventional approach with 27 participants who participated in a four-week online training. Data were collected through a pre-post survey using the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) and qualitative observations during the training. The results of the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test showed a significant increase in career adaptability scores (Z = –4.543, p < .001), with all participants experiencing increased career adaptability. Observations showed that participants became more confident, reflective, and proactive in designing their career directions after interacting with the AI Agent. These findings indicate that psychoeducational interventions integrated with intelligent technology can strengthen the adaptive capacity and work readiness of the younger generation. Theoretically, this study expands the application of the career adaptability concept in the context of AI-based learning; In practice, the results provide a relevant community empowerment model for educational and employment institutions in the era of digital disruption.

Penguatan aspek psikologis merupakan faktor penting dalam pengembangan kapasitas kewirausahaan pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas intervensi penguatan mindset kewirausahaan terhadap peningkatan entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan community growth mindset pada pengusaha Muhammadiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen satu kelompok pretest–posttest. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 15 pengusaha Muhammadiyah yang memiliki UMKM dan mengikuti seluruh rangkaian intervensi. Instrumen penelitian berupa Skala Efikasi Diri Wirausaha dan Skala Community Growth Mindset dengan model skala Likert 1–5. Intervensi dilaksanakan secara bertahap melalui analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan modul, pelaksanaan workshop, serta pendampingan UMKM melalui coaching dan mentoring. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji paired-sample t-test dan uji Wilcoxon sesuai dengan karakteristik distribusi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan community growth mindset setelah intervensi diberikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi yang mengintegrasikan pelatihan dan pendampingan berbasis psikologis efektif dalam memperkuat sumber daya psikologis kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris terhadap pengembangan program pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis komunitas dengan menekankan pentingnya penguatan mindset dan efikasi diri sebagai fondasi keberlanjutan usaha.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, almost all student activities are carried out from home, whether for lectures, shopping, etc. The number of activities carried out at home for a long period has resulted in students feeling bored/bored and feeling pressured by their routine activities. They seek entertainment by looking at the products offered in online store outlets. This can encourage students to spend excessively or compulsively, especially for students who are less able to regulate emotions. This study aims to empirically prove the effect of emotion regulation on compulsive shopping and wants to know the dimensions of emotional regulation inability that support students' compulsive spending. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study amounted to 166 active students of the Faculty of Psychology, University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The data collection methods used were the Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS) and the compulsive shopping scale for clothing. Data analysis was performed using the regression analysis method with the help of the SPSS version 21 program. The results of the analysis showed that there was an influence of emotion regulation on compulsive clothing shopping. The dimensions of difficulty controlling impulses and refusing to realize emotions are dimensions of the inability to regulate emotions that play a major role in compulsive shopping for clothes. Di masa pandemi Covid 19 ini hampir semua aktivitas mahasiswa dilakukan dari rumah, baik untuk aktivitas perkuliahan, berbelanja, dll. Banyaknya aktivitas yang dilakukan dilakukan di rumah dalah kurun waktu yang cukup lama ini mengakibatkan mahasiswa merasa jenuh/bosan dan merasa tertekan dengan aktivitas-aktivitas rutinnya. Mereka mencari hiburan dengan melihat-lihat produk yang ditawarkan di gerai toko online. Hal ini dapat mendorong mahasiswa untuk melakukan pembelanjaan secara berlebihan atau kompulsif terutama pada mahasiswa yang kurang mampu melakukan regulasi emosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh regulasi emosi terhadap belanja kompulsif dan ingin mengetahui dimensi ketidakmampuan regulasi emosi yang mendukung pembelanjaan kompulsif mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 166 mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Metode pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah skala Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS) dan skala belanja kompulsif pakaian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis regresi dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 21. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh regulasi emosi terhadap pembelanjaan kompulsif pakaian. Dimensi kesulitan mengontrol impuls dan menolak menyadari emosi merupakan dimensi ketidakmampuan melakukan regulasi emosi yang berperan besar terhadap belanja kompulsif pakaian.
