Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan keberfungsian keluarga dengan kontrol diri remaja yang dimoderasi oleh jenis kelamin. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja tengah berjumlah 516 siswa yang bersekolah SMA/Sederajat di Pulau Bawean. Keberfungsian keluarga di ukur menggunakan Family Assessment Device (FAD) sedang kontrol diri diukur menggunakan Self-Control Scale (SCS). Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Moderate Regressionn Analysis (MRA). Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberfungsian keluarga dengan kontrol diri memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan Beta = 0.446 dengan p = 0.000 (p<0.01). Namun, jenis kelamin terbukti tidak dapat memoderasi keberfungsian keluarga dengan kontrol diri. Selain itu, dari analisis terpisah penelitian ini juga menjelaskan bahwa kontrol diri remaja laki-laki dan perempuan sama.

Abstract

Each stage of career development raises special characteristics that are not had by other stages of career development. These characteristics are seen to be related to the dimensions of OCB which will then affect the employee's OCB as a whole. Establishment stage, someone who is at the age of 25-44 years where the person tries to adapt at work. Maintenance stage, someone who is at the age of 45-64 years who feels comfort in his job position, will take care and maintain the position as best as possible. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in OCB levels reviewed based on the stages of career development. This study uses comparative quantitative research. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling with a total sample of 60 employees divided into two sample groups, namely 30 employees aged 25-44 years and 30 employees aged 45-64 years. Data retrieval uses the OCB scale. Obtained the results of the analysis of independent sample t test with a t count value of 6.198 and a probability of 0.000, these results indicate that OCB are have significant differences in terms of the stage of career development.

Abstract

Some students, working on a thesis is a ”scourge” because they have to do it themselves and interact personally with other people. This is where students sometimes feel depressed, anxious, and depressed because of the various problems they face. One of the strategies used is to provide psychoeducation programs that are relevant to the problem. The research objective is to find a problem and a psychoeducation model for that problem. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, the subject was taken purposively as many as 63 respondents and descriptive analysis. The results found includes: (a) The main problems are communication with supervisors, self-management and time, looking for references, low motivation, writing a thesis according to APA Style, and economic and family issues, and (b) Psychoeducation program model with achievement motivation training material, persuasive communication training, training program applications quotes, and especially for those who need special treatment, the counseling or psychotherapy process is carried out individually.

Abstract

Many Indonesians are already connected to the internet. Apart from the benefits, of course there are also detriment caused by the internet, especially if it is used excessively. Generation Z is a generation that grew up at the same time as the internet, has certainly experienced more impacts than previous generations. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between parental behavioral control and obsessive internet passion in Generation Z. This research is a quantitative correlational study. The research subjects were Generation Z, who are still at school age, born in 2004-2009 and live with their parents, the samples were selected using non-probability sampling with incidental sampling technique (convenience sampling). The instruments used to collect the data in this study were Parental Control Scale (PCS) and Obsessive Passion Scale (OPS). The data that was analyzed using Karl Pearson's product moment correlation with the help of SPSS version 23 shows that there is a significant negative relationship between parental behavioral control and obsessive internet passion in generation Z which shown by product moment test results with r value of -0.606 and p value of 0.000 (p < 0,01).

Abstract

Kehidupan yang dijalani para lansia di panti werdha tentu berbeda dengan kehidupan yang mereka jalani bersama keluarga di rumah. Hal ini menuntut kemampuan coping yang memadai. Selain itu, meskipun mereka hidup di panti werdha, mereka tentunya memiliki keinginan untuk menemukan makna hidup dan mencapai kehidupan yang bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara avoidance coping dan kebermaknaan hidup pada lansia yang tinggal di panti werdha. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan skala avoidance coping dan skala kebermaknaan hidup pada 25 lansia yang tinggal di Panti Werdha Mojopahit Kabupaten Mojokerto Jawa Timur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa avoidance coping tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kebermaknaan hidup pada lansia.Kata Kunci: avoidance coping, kebermaknaan hidup, lansia, panti werdha

Abstract

This research was aimed to analysis and described motivations and kinds of consumer values Japanese comics. The methods used in this research is quantitative research. The subject in this research is 35 students State Yunior High School in Malang, which is using incidental sampling techniques. The instrument to collect the data is questionare. The data analysis methods is quantitaive descriptive. The first result of the research are the motivating factor is social needs, egoistic needs, self actualization and safety needs. The second, the values Japanese comics is the picture and the language used in the Japanese comics are more understandable, the topic is varieties and almost the same with Indonesian culture ever it is more realistic storys and the cost is cheaper than American comics.

Abstract

Masa remaja adalah masa peralihan dari anak-anak ke dewasa. Di masa remaja banyak sekali terjadi perubahan pada diri anak. Mulai dari fisik, emosi, dan kognitif. Perubahan-perubahan itu mempengaruhi hakekat relasi orang tua dan remaja itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, di masa remaja seringkali menjadi masa-masa yang kritis. Karena pada tahapan inilah seseorang mencari identitas dirinya. Fakta-fakta tersebut juga terdapat pada siswa akselerasi di MAN I Malang, beberapa anak mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola dirinya sehingga membuat belajarnya tidak maksimal pada hal tuntutan akademik sangat tinggi dengan adanya batasan masa studi selama dua tahun. Selain itu, banyak keluhan yang disampaikan oleh para guru khususnya guru Bimbingan Konseling bahwa terdapat beberapa masalah yang perlu mendapat perhatian khusus, yaitu terkait dengan pengembangan soft skill sehingga perlu kiranya dilakukan pendampingan khusus dalam rangka memberikan fasilitas untuk pengembangan diri siswa akselerasi.  Hasil dari pengabdian ini menggambarkan bahwa siswa akselerasi sangat tertarik dengan kegiatan ini dan melalui kegiatan ini siswa akselerasi dapat mengetahui potensi psikologisnya sehingga membantu siswa akselerasi dapat lebih mudah untuk mengoptimalkan potensi-potensinya.

Abstract

SD Negeri 1 Jambesari is one of the elementary schools which has 119 students ranging from grade 1 to grade 6. Based on interviews, observations, and dialogue with teachers at SDN Jambesari 1, several problems were found related to students' lack of information on careers or professions. This activity aims to empower the community through a career introduction program that is carried out at SD Negeri 1 Jambesari. The methods used by the team are preparation, program planning, and program implementation. The implementation of career introduction is carried out through an informative and demonstrative profession by the project team, so that it becomes the result of this program. As a result, students are better able to explain a number of professions that they did not know before. Also, students have real-life experience through observing and demonstrating the tools of each profession. This community service has succeeded in increasing the cognitive aspects of students in recognizing various kinds of careers or professions, so that they can visualize their dream job in the future.

Abstract

The emergence of burnout can be caused by continuous work stress experienced by individuals. The occurrence of burnout can be influenced by the level of hope possessed by employees, whether employees will be able or not to perceive their goals, use goals as motivation, and prepare alternative strategies to overcome problems at work. Individuals who have good self-efficacy will see a difficult job as a challenge and prevent burnout from occurring. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hope and self-efficacy on burnout that occurs in employees. The sampling technique used was quota sampling. The respondents were civil servants, male and female, aged between 23 – 57 years old, who work at the Ngudi Waluyo Hospital agency, Blitar Regency as many as 150 people, including 59 administrative employees and 91 nurses. This study used SHS (State Hope Scale), the Bandura self-efficacy scale; the burnout instrument used a scale compiled by a previous researcher (Sasmita, 2016) by measuring three aspects of burnout, namely fatigue, cynicism, and inefficiency. Multiple linear regressions were used to analyze the data. The results showed that hope and self-efficacy simultaneously had an effect on burnout (17, 1%), and partially hope had a significant negative effect on burnout. However, interestingly self-efficacy had no effect on burnout.

Abstract

The present study examined the effect of person-job fit and job crafting on contract employees’ turnover intention. The participants were 135 contract employees of state-owned (BUMN) and private enterprises (BUMS) in Palangkaraya Raya city. They recruited using the quota sampling technique. Three scales were deployed, namely the person-job fit scale, job crafting scales, and turnover intention scales. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result indicating that person-job fit and job crafting affect the employee’s turnover intention. In other words, contract employees with adequate job fit levels and good crafting exhibited low turnover intention. The turnover intention was affected by person-job fit and job crafting. When an employee has the qualifications corresponding to his job position and gets the opportunity to develop his potential the chances of turnover intention are small.
