Abstract

This study aims to describe the characteristics of Third Party Fund (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and total assets as well as to examine the effect of third party funds (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to deposit Ratio (FDR) and total assets simultaneously and partially to finance the Islamic Banks Year 2007-2016.The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The hypothesis tests use t-test (to test the effect of variable partial) and F-test (test the effect of variables simultaneously) with significance level of 5% (0:05). The results shows that simultaneously affect independent variables (DPK, CAR, FDR and total assets) The dependent variable (financing) amounted to 99.74%, while the other 0. 26% are influenced by other factors not disclosed in this study. Partially DPK, FDR and total assets have positive and significant effect. While CAR no significant positive effect on the financing of Islamic Banks Year 2007-2016.Keywords : Capital Adequacy Ratio, Third Party Funds, Financing to Deposit Ratio and Distribution of Funds

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the competition conditions of traditional retail stores with the presence of modern retail store businesses in Sungai Danau Village. in Sungai Danau Village. The method applied in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis, further utilizing SWOT analysis to compile the strategy upon increasing the store traditional ritel competition. Apparently, the presence of the modern retail store does not make these entire traditional retail store experiencing huge decline in their sales and there were even some traditional retail store stating that the presence of this modern retail store has affected them positively, forcing them to create an innovation in their stores to keep up with the current market trends. On the average, the strategy that has been done by these small stores. Total score from factor of internal strategy is 3,00 and total score from factor of external strategy is 2,65 and highest variabel from SWOT analysis is IFAS 2,25 and EFAS 2,00. And the strategy that can be done is the S-O Strategy through the build of a one stop shopping concept and the consistent use of direct services. S-T Strategy by maintaining a good relationship with customers, the shop reputation by selling low-priced products and the making of service standardization. W-O Strategy by utilizing assistance from cooperatives and extending the networks and finding supplies in low-cost places. W-T strategy by improving service quality as an attempt to retain customers.     Keywords: Competition, Modern Retail Store, Traditional Retail Store Strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of variable land area, labor, working capital and selling prices on the income level of salt farmers in Rembang Regency. In this research using primary data through the distribution of questionnaires and direct interviews with 45 respondents of salt farmers as farmers who are owners in Rembang Regency, with a list of questions prepared. The analytical method used is multiple linear regrei, classic assumption test: normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedacity, hypothesis testing : T statistical test, F statistical test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the variable area of land, labor and selling prices have a significant positive effect on the income of salt farmers, while for the working capital variable has a positive but not significant effect on the income of salt farmers

Abstract

Economic development is marked by an increase in economic growth as well as being able to promote economic growth. Indonesia is a developing country that has a fairly good economic growth and has increased from year to year, even though it had experienced an economic crisis that made Indonesia's economic growth unstable. This study aims to determine the effect of Foreign Direct Investment, labor and trade openness on economic growth in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used is in the form of Indonesian secondary data from 1986-2017. The data analysis technique in this study uses time series using multiple regression models. The results show that: Partially, Foreign Direct Investment and labor have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia, while trade openness has a negative and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Simultaneously, it shows that the variables of Foreign Direct Investment, labor and trade openness have a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing the factors of business location variables, business capital, work experience and working hours on the income level of street vendors, with samples of food and beverage traders in the five intersection area of Ngasem sub-district, Kediri Regency using a simple random sampling technique . In this study using primary data, through questionnaires and direct interviews with traders with 51 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive quantitative analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study partially the t test (Partial) shows that the business location variable does not have a significant effect with the coefficient sig .0377, business capital has a significant effect on the sig coefficient. 0.007 and working hours have no significant effect with the sig coefficient. 0.299 and simultaneously the f test (simultaneous) produces a significance of 0,000 <0.05 which means that the business location variable (X1), business capital (X2), work experience (X3), and working hours (X4) together have an influence real and positive towards the income level of street vendors in the Kediri Regency five gumul (SLG) intersection area.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Income and Efficiency of Tofu Home Industry in Kunir Kidul Village, Lumajang Regency. This research is descriptive with a Case Study approach. The results of the study of Revenue Analysis and Efficiency of Tofu Industry Home in Kunir Kidul Village regarding the average income in one month was Rp. 10,920,000 / month with production costs incurred in the amount of Rp. 4,885,573 and make a profit of Rp. 6,034,427. In the calculation of business efficiency or R / C the value is 2.24. The Tofu Industry in Kunir Kidul Village can be said to be efficient and menguntungkn and feasible to run.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the contribution and examine the effect of provincial minimum wages, investment and GRDP on labor absorption in Indonesia. The data used in this study uses panel data, namely a combination of time series and cross section, in this study using 34 provinces in Indonesia in 2013-2017. This study uses the Fixed Effect test. The results showed that the highest average contribution of labor absorption was in the province of East Java, investment was in the province of West Java, the provincial GDP and minimum wages were in the province of DKI Jakarta. Meanwhile, the estimation results show that the provincial minimum wage variable has a positive and significant effect on labor absorption, the investment variable has a negative and insignificant effect on labor absorption, while the GRDP variable has a positive and significant effect on labor absorption in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the general description of fishermen and determine the level of income of fishermen in village of Banyusangka, Tanjung Bumi District, Bangkalan Regency. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly at the Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) data obtained using purposive sampling as many 44 samples of individual fishermen in the village of Banyusangka. Analysis of the data used is descriptivr quantitative to determine income analysis using the calculation of π = TR – TC, the result of this study indicate the average operational costs of fishermen in Banyusangka village is Rp 177.591, while the average net income of fishermen is Rp 272.409 in one fishing trip. Break Even Point in this study shows that the work of fishermen is considered feasible to be continued.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Number of Travelers, Number of Tourism Objects and Number of Hotel Visitors to the Local Revenue of the Lamongan Regency. This type of research uses quantitative research, which uses data published by the Lamongan Regency Central Bureau of Statistics. Then analyzed using Multiple Linear regression uji asumsi klasik.The research results in the first regression show that the number of tourists does not significantly influence the original income of the Lamongan Regency. The results of the second regression show that the number of tourism objects has a significant positive influence on the original income of the Lamongan Regency region and for the third regression result indicates that the variable number of hotel visitors also has a positive but not significant effect on the regional income.
