Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the variable Investment (PMDN), Regional Tax and Labor (Working Force) on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB-ADHK) in the Regency/City of East Java Province. The analytical tool used is panel data regression. From the results obtained, the value of the determinant coefficient R^2 for the model used is the Fixed Effect of 0.929335. Where it shows the dependent variable is 92.93%. So that the results of the study can be concluded that simultaneously Investment, Regional Tax and Labor have a positive and significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) with F statistic 48.65 greater than F-table. While the results of the partial test show that investment, local taxes and labor have a significant positive effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the real impact of the covid019 pandemic on the income of coffee farmers and the strategies taken by coffee farmers in Baturetno Village, Dampit District, Malang Regency. The population in this study were 723 coffee farmers. The research sample was taken intentionally. The data analysis technique in this study is the analysis of the paired sample t-test difference test and descriptive analysis. The results showed that, based on the results of the different paired sample t-test, the following results were obtained: (1) there was a significant difference between income before the covid-19 pandemic and during the covid-19 pandemic. (2) The strategy taken by coffee farmers to maintain their business is to carry out promotions via online or digital platforms, process products before they are marketed, change business strategies, survive and continue agricultural activities as usual.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of goverment spending on education, balancing fund and the number of poor people on human development index (HDI). The data used in this study is secondary data for the period 2014-2019. human development index (HDI) as dependent variable, while goverment spending on education, balancing fund and the number of poor as Independent variables. The research method used is the analysis of the regression of panel data. The analysis tool uses Eviews9 which includes Chow test, Hausman test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedaticity. The results of this study are goverment spending on education has a positive and significant effect on human development index (HDI), balancing fund has a positive and significant effect on human development index (HDI), and the number of poor people has a negative and significant effect on human development index (HDI).

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to find out the Islamic view regarding decision making in uncertainty.Method – The method used is literature study from various related references.Result – The result of this study is that uncertainty or risk is not something that is forbidden in Islam. Implication – The implication of this study is the advantage of Islamic economics which lies in recognizing this uncertainty. Very useful as a stimulant and motivation to "engineer" an investment to bring a return.Originality – This is the first study examining an Islamic perspective on decision making under uncertainty.

Abstract

This study attempts to provide an overview of the digitalization of MSMEs in East Java. It is a qualitative descriptive study in which the data were collected through surveys with simple random sampling method. Basically, 80 percent of MSMEs have integrated digital literacy, particularly in the context of product marketing, into their strategy, yet only 12 percent have carried out it professionally. In East Java, 70 percent of MSMEs emphasize digital marketing through social media platforms, i.e., Instagram and Facebook, while 30 percent prefer mixed method. This study also reveals that either using a single platform or multi platform, it statistically has insignificant effect on the ratio of online transactions. Nevertheless, there is a significant positive effect between the ratio of online transactions and the management quality of digital marketing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the competitiveness of Indonesia’s CPO exports in the world and strategies to increase Indonesia’s CPO competitiveness. The required data is secondary data from the report of CPO export in Indonesia in 1993-2017. This research-based on the background by the issue of palm oil discrimination by the European Union, where Europe is one of Indonesia’s main CPO export destinations. This research uses a qualitative-quantitative approach, analysis with a quantitative approach is used to analyze the comparative advantage of Indonesia’s palm oil in the international market used RCA. Analysis with a qualitative approach is used to analyze which strategies will be used to improve the competitiveness of Indonesian palm oil. The results of the study show that in 2017 export performance of Indonesia’s palm oil increased. It showed by the value of RCA>1 which is 55,47 and an average of 37,22, Indonesia has the competitiveness of palm oil because of the increased export volume of palm oil to the major importer countries, such as India, Pakistan, and Europe. Indonesia’s still competitive in Europe and Asia’s market based on the average value of the RCA index.

Abstract

Achievement of quantitative performance in Sharia Rural Banks (BPRS) "X" in the first semester of 2018 based on the first semester of 2018 financial statements which showed a trend compared to the financial statements of the second half of 2017. Required marketing and financing funds in this BPRS. This assistance activity can help increase the amount of financing in Murabahah at the BPRS Bumi Rinjani. Neither does the amount of savings or deposits.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of China's exports and imports on Indonesia's economic growth through the exchange rate during 2000-2019. The method used is a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the publications of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), World Bank Data, and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The analytical tool used is path analysis. Data is processed through E-views. The results of this study show that directly Indonesia-China exports had a positive and significant impact on Indonesia's economic growth. While, directly Indonesia-China imports did not have a significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth. Indirectly Indonesia-China exports and imports have no significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth through the exchange rate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of the cable car project to be implemented in Batu City. This type of research is quantitative which is assisted by primary and secondary data in processing data. Primary data in the form of the latest numbers in 2021 assisted by Microsoft Excel Software. The analysis method of this research is an investment feasibility analysis using NPV, IRR, Net B/C Ratio, Payback Period, ROI, and Sensitivity Analysis instruments. This study found that the cable car project was declared feasible to be built with an NPV value of Rp. 221,270,812,352, IRR 14.90%, Net B/C Ratio 14.90%, Payback Period estimated at 22 Years 7 Months and RIO 13.90%. Sensitivity analysis of 75% of the number of visitors stated that the NPV of Rp. -29,045,541,406, IRR of 10.05%, Net B/C Ratio of 10.83%, Payback Period . 24 Years 7 Months, and an ROI of 9.83%.

Abstract

Village funds sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget, which are transferred through regional budgets and expenditures to be distributed to each village, assist villages in financing government needs, regional sustainable development, as well as coaching and empowering village communities, and it is identified that Village Funds have an impact for the economic growth of a region, namely the problem of poverty. This study was used to determine how the influence of village funds in overcoming the problem of poverty. The variables used to determine the condition of poverty in this study are village funds, unemployment and education. As well as this study took samples and populations of 10 villages in the Empang sub-district, Sumbawa district. This study uses the best panel data regression model is the Random Effect Model (REM), to measure how the influence of village funds on poverty conditions. The results of this study indicate that village funds have an influence on poverty conditions. Dana desa yang bersumber dari Anggaran pendapatan dan belanja negara, yang di transfer melalui anggaran dan belanja daerah untuk dibagikan ke setiap desa, membantu desa dalam membiayai keperluan pemerintah, pembangunan berkelanjutan daerah, serta pembinaan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa, dan teridentifikasi bahwa Dana desa memiliki dampak bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu wilayah yaitu masalah kemiskinan. Penelitian ini adalah digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dana desa dalam mengatasi masalah kemiskinan. Variabel yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi kemiskinan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Dana desa, Pengangguran dan pendidikan. Serta penelitian ini mengambil sampel dan populasi 10 desa di kecamatan Empang kabupaten Sumbawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi data panel terbaik adalah Random Effect Model (REM), untuk mengukur bagaimana pengaruh Dana desa terhadap kondisi kemiskinan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dana desa memiliki pengaruh terhadap kondisi kemiskinan.
