Abstract

ABSTRACT Background : Ahmad Yani  Airport Semarang has a noise intensity level over the limit value of 85 dB(A). The Workers work continuously 8 hour a day. They may be exposed to aircraft noise over limit value that can make the blood pressure increases . The Objective of this research was to determine the factors related to the increasing of the blood pressure on workers in Ahmad Yani Airport. Method : This was an observational research using cross sectional design. Population was the workers of Ahmad Yani Airport, consist of  security unit, cargo unit and PKP-PK unit (Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting). Number of respondent was 60 workers. Data were analyzed using Chi-Square test and multivariate analysis using logistic regression. Result : This research found that (1) 33 peoples (55%) had systolic increased and 36 peoples (60%) had diastolic increased; (2) 45 peoples (75%) had noise exposed over 85 dB(A); (3) 22 peoples (36.7%) have been working over 10 years; (4) 18 peoples (30%) work over 8 hours/day; (5) 54 peoples (90%) are smoker; (6) 52 peoples (86.7%) did not wear ear protector equipment. Conclusions: (1). There are significant relationship between noise intensity, working duration, working hours and systolic blood pressure; (2). There are significant relationship between noise intensity,  working duration and diastolic blood pressure; (3). There are significant relationship between noise intensity and working duration  simultaneously and systolic blood pressure. Workers who has been working over 10 years and has noise exposere over 85 dB(A) has probability 68.7% for  systolic pressure increasing. Worker who has noise exposed over 85 dB(A) has probability 53.7% for diastolic pressure increasing. Key Words: Noise exposure, blood pressure, airport worker.

Abstract

This research uses a cross-sectional approach with causal quantitative methods. The population and sample in this study were outpatients at RSI Sultan Agung with a sample of 105 people, with the research instrument using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses univariate and bivariate analysis methods. The results showed that there was an influence of patient attitude variables (p=0.001, r=0.622), brand image (p=0.001, r=0.812), perceived value (p=0.001, r=0.700), perceived quality (p=0.001, r=0.565) on interest in revisiting. The conclusion of this research is that the variables of patient attitude, brand image, perceived value and perceived quality influence the interest in revisiting outpatients at RSI Sultan Agung Banjarbaru. Abstract

There is a need to increase the effectiveness and efficiency with which the operational fund budget is managed at RSUD Brigjend H. Hasan Basry Kandangan. Declining revenue projections and limited resources mean that hospitals must determine budget priorities in an objective and measurable way. This research aims to analyse the application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine operational fund budget priorities, providing recommendations to support more effective decision-making in a hospital environment. A qualitative approach was used, involving data collection through interviews and documentation, and analysis using the AHP method with the assistance of Expert Choice 11 software to compare criteria and service alternatives. The results showed that the main criteria for determining budget priorities are potential income, market demand, operational costs and limited resources. The analysis prioritised home care services due to their high revenue potential and market demand. The application of AHP has also been proven to increase the efficiency, transparency and accountability of budget decision-making processes. This study concludes that the AHP method can be an effective tool for BLUD Hospital's operational budget prioritisation process. It is recommended that the method be integrated into all work units and supported by training for optimal application.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that has experienced a reduction in the incidence of stunting, from 30.8% in 2018 to 21% in 2022 and is targeted at 14% in 2024. Stunting is caused by a lack of nutritional intake in the first 1000 days of life. Based on a preliminary study in Sungai Besar Subdistrict, there is still a fairly high prevalence of babies below the red line which leads to stunting, which occurs at the age of 0 months to 4 years, as many as 17 toddlers. This community service aims to provide information and education regarding stunting and local food that can be used to prevent stunting with the hope of reducing stunting rates in the Sungai Besar subdistrict. Community service activities were carried out on April 30 2024 in the Sungai Besar Village Hall and via Zoom Meeting. Partners in this activity are PKK Sungai Besar cadres, Banjarbaru City. Information and education is provided using powerpoint and leaflet. The average pretest score of the participants was 6.375 while the posttest was 8. Based on the paired t-test, the significance value was 0.002 (<0.05), which shows that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores regarding understanding stunting and local food that can be used as prevention of stunting. Based on the average pretest and posttest scores, the percentage increase in understanding was 20%. Through this community service, it is hoped that participants can make efforts to prevent and utilize local food so that the reduction in stunting rates can be increased. Based on the results of the service activities carried out, it was concluded that the information and education carried out were able to increase participants' knowledge and understanding regarding stunting and its prevention using local food.
