Abstract

Anemia is a global health problem that affects various age groups, including the productive age. Anemia in young women has a significant impact on productivity, including affecting their ability to concentrate, learn, and actively participate in school activities. This community service activity aims to optimize the role of the health extension team by using video education media to see the level of knowledge for female students productive age for anemia prevention at SMAN 1 Mataraman, Banjar Regency. The method used is pretest and postest using google form with a total of 89 female students. The results obtained in this activity were before being given an animated video with the results of a knowledge level of 52 people 58% (medium knowledge level) and after being given an animated video 77 people, 86% (good knowledge level). With increased knowledge, female students can understand and contribute With increased knowledge, young women can understand and contribute to healthy living, healthy diets, iron supplementation, and lifestyles that support the prevention of anemia

Abstract

The use of local food as a strategy to prevent anemia is not optimal; one of the causes is a lack of public knowledge and awareness about the importance of nutrition in local food. Effective counseling by nutritionists can help change people's behavior in choosing and consuming food. A series of activities are the answer to the problem, namely increasing knowledge through direct counseling and PMT (supplemental feeding) cooking demonstrations using local food, namely the use of the Kelakai plant as a nugget mixture. The community is given an understanding of local food diversity, which can help increase nutritional intake, especially iron. Extension workers encourage people to take advantage of local food that is easy to obtain and affordable, namely the Kelakai plant, which is processed into nuggets. Extension workers also provide training to pregnant women on how to cook and serve local food to keep it nutritious. The activity began by conducting a pre-test through questions about knowledge of anemia in pregnant women. The aim was to see the descriptions of participants, namely pregnant women, regarding knowledge of anemia, symptoms, and consequences of anemia. The taste of Nugget received quite good ratings from respondents, especially for texture and color. The taste also received positive reviews, although some respondents felt the aroma could be improved. The comments provided can be used to improve product quality

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien mencerminkan salah satu standar mutu dalam rumah sakit, dan mempertahankannya merupakan kebutuhan penting bagi rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kebahagiaan pasien yang dirawat di RS Nirwana Banjarbaru pada bulan Februari 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pola analisis analitik dan menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dan kelompok sampel terdiri dari pasien atau pendamping pasien yang dirawat di RS Nirwana Banjarbaru, dipilih melalui convenience sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, dan data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis tunggal dan ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel-variabel tersebut berwujud ( p =0,000, r= 0,903), keandalan ( p= 0,000, r=0,778), daya tanggap ( p= 0,000, r=0,778), daya tanggap ( p = 0,000, r=0,778), jaminan ( p =0,000, r=0,778), empati ( p =0,000, r=0,778) terhadap kepuasan pasien. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah aspek bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSU Nirwana Banjarbaru.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan unsur penting dalam kehidupan organisasi, karena keberhasilan suatu organisasi sangat bergantung pada SDM yang ada dalam organisasi tersebut untuk mencapai tujuan nya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Umum Nirwana Banjarbaru, serta mengukur pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Umum Nirwana Banjarbaru. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Kelompok populasi dan sampel terdiri dari seluruh karyawan RSU Nirwana Banjarbaru, yang dipilih melalui teknik random sampling dengan jumlah sampel keseluruhan 128 karyawan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, dan data analisis menggunakan metode analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil spearman rank menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh dari variabel motivasi (p=0,063, r=0,165), lingkungan kerja (p=0,520, r=0,057) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh dari variabel motivasi( thitung (1,154) < ttabel (1,657) atau nilai sig = 0,251 > 0,05), lingkungan kerja (thitung (-0,019) < ttabel (1,657) atau nilai sig = 0,985 > 0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini ialah motivasi dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan RSU Nirwana Banjarbaru.

Abstract

The influence of Employees Burnout on employee job satisfaction is a problem that can increase the risk of fatigue and thus affect the level of employee job satisfaction. A high level of job satisfaction has fewer opportunities to quit work, while Employees who have a lower level of satisfaction will cause stress or work fatigue so that they have the potential to leave their job/quit working. This research aims to analyze the influence of employee Burnout on the job satisfaction of Employees who work at the Sambang Lihum Mental Hospital (RSJ). This research is quantitative research. This research took samples using random sampling techniques. The instrument used in the research is a questionnaire containing structured questions to measure each variable studied. The results of this research show that Employees working at RSJ Sambang Lihum experienced 2.5% Burnout with a high level of job satisfaction of 79.3%.

Abstract

Hospitals as business entity, aside from fulfilling its social mission as public services institution, should perform financial management to accommodate the user’s need. This research carries out the financial ratios analysis and to compare financial performance between a general hospital and specialized hospital with quantitative approach and descriptive technique, in which both hospitals aren’t referral hospitals for Covid-19. This research also aims to analyze the comparation of the trend on financial ratios analysis before Covid-19 (2018-2019) and during Covid-19 (2020-2022). The results showed that the general hospital’s liquidity increased before Covid-19 to during Covid-19, while the specialized hospital liquidity experienced a fluctuating trend. Fortunately, both general hospitals and specialized hospitals has its activity ratios tend to increase during period 2018-2022. Solvability ratios analysis conclude that before Covid-19, both general hospitals and specialized hospital’s ability of managing their debt to get assets influenced by BPJS service debt, and during Covid-19 influenced by the regulation of budget refocusing policy. Meanwhile, this research found that both hospitals haven’t yet optimize their ability to generate surplus, moreover their deficit from before Covid-19 to during Covid-19 increased.

Abstract

The interest in repeat visits is an illustration of a hospital's success in creating a quality hospital in terms of its services. Patients returning to the same health service means that the reality they receive is higher than what they expected, resulting in patient loyalty to the hospital. This research aims to find out what factors influence the interest in revisiting outpatients at RSI Sultan Agung Banjarbaru. This research uses a cross-sectional approach with causal quantitative methods. The population and sample in this study were outpatients at RSI Sultan Agung with a sample of 105 people, with the research instrument using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses univariate and bivariate analysis methods. The results showed that there was an influence of patient attitude variables (p=0.001, r=0.622), brand image (p=0.001, r=0.812), perceived value (p=0.001, r=0.700), perceived quality (p=0.001, r=0.565) on interest in revisiting. The conclusion of this research is that the variables of patient attitude, brand image, perceived value and perceived quality influence the interest in revisiting outpatients at RSI Sultan Agung Banjarbaru. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pentingnya pengelolaan limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun (B3), terutama dalam konteks fasilitas kesehatan seperti puskesmas pembantu di daerah terpencil, terluar, dan tertinggal (3T). Limbah B3 adalah zat, energi, atau komponen lain yang dapat mencemarkan lingkungan hidup, membahayakan kesehatan, dan organisme hidup. Penelitian ini menganalisis kerangka hukum yang mengatur pengelolaan limbah B3 di puskesmas pembantu 3T. Terdapat peraturan yang mengaturnya, seperti Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 18 Tahun 2020 dan Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Nomor 6 Tahun 2021. Namun, kendala dalam pengelolaan limbah B3 meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya pemahaman, dan infrastruktur yang kurang memadai. Rekomendasi untuk perbaikan melibatkan investasi dalam fasilitas transportasi, pengembangan pusat pengumpulan limbah, peningkatan kesadaran, peran otoritas lingkungan, dan peninjauan ulang kebijakan. Kesimpulannya, regulasi dan analisis dampak lingkungan hidup penting untuk melindungi lingkungan dan kesehatan, tetapi tantangan dalam implementasi dan upaya peningkatan perlu diatasi untuk pengelolaan limbah B3 yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Financial performance is an important indicator in assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of hospital financial management, especially those with Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) status. This research aims to analyze the financial performance of Hospital The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection through financial report documentation for the 2019–2023 period and interviews. Analysis was carried out on liquidity ratios, activity, profitability, PNBP ratio to operational costs, as well as BLUD financial management compliance. The research results show that overall Hospital The conclusion of this research is that although Hospital X has demonstrated good financial performance according to regulatory standards, improvements in certain aspects are still needed to support financial management.

Abstract

There is a need to increase the effectiveness and efficiency with which the operational fund budget is managed at RSUD Brigjend H. Hasan Basry Kandangan. Declining revenue projections and limited resources mean that hospitals must determine budget priorities in an objective and measurable way. This research aims to analyse the application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine operational fund budget priorities, providing recommendations to support more effective decision-making in a hospital environment. A qualitative approach was used, involving data collection through interviews and documentation, and analysis using the AHP method with the assistance of Expert Choice 11 software to compare criteria and service alternatives. The results showed that the main criteria for determining budget priorities are potential income, market demand, operational costs and limited resources. The analysis prioritised home care services due to their high revenue potential and market demand. The application of AHP has also been proven to increase the efficiency, transparency and accountability of budget decision-making processes. This study concludes that the AHP method can be an effective tool for BLUD Hospital's operational budget prioritisation process. It is recommended that the method be integrated into all work units and supported by training for optimal application.
