Abstract

ABSTRAK Keselamatan  pasien di rumah  sakit. Peraturan ini merupakan tonggak sejarah  Keamanan Operasional Paling Penting  Pasien di rumah sakit di seluruh Indonesia. Rumah Sakit adalah tempat yang  rentan terhadap infeksi nosokomial  infeksi baru selama pengobatan  (Iswati, 2013). Kejadian infeksi  Intranasal sesuai standar Permenkes  (2010) yaitu <1,5%. Penyelidikan  keluar dengan mencuci  Tangan dapat mengurangi kejadian sebesar 20% hingga 40%  Infeksi nosokomial (Saragih, 2014). Kelurahan Ulin Tengah adalah satu di antara kelurahan yang ada di wilayah Kecamatan Landasan Ulin Kota Banjarbaru. Memiliki luas wilayah  1.818 hektar. Jumlah penduduk pada 2015 terdata sebanyak 2.586 KK. Metode pelatihan dilakukan dengan memberikan sosialisasi dan diskusi kepada Ibu-ibu warga Kelurahan Ulin Tengah tentang sistem keselamatan pasien. Penyampaian materi dilakukan dengan pemberian leaflet dengan peserta. Kata Kunci: Keselamatan Pasien, Rumah Sakit, Sosialisasi Sistem  ABSTRACT Patient safety in the hospital. This regulation is a milestone in the history of the Most Important Operational Safety of Patients in hospitals throughout Indonesia. Hospitals are places that are susceptible to nosocomial infections of new infections during treatment (Iswati, 2013). The incidence of Intranasal infection according to the standards of the Minister of Health (2010) is <1.5%. Investigations out by hand washing can reduce the incidence by 20% to 40% Nosocomial infections (Saragih, 2014). Ulin Tengah Village is one of the villages in the Landasan Ulin District, Banjarbaru City. It has an area of 1,818 hectares. The total population in 2015 was recorded as many as 2,586 households.The training method is carried out by providing socialization and discussion to the mothers of the residents of Ulin Tengah Village about the patient safety system. Abstract

The quality of information on health, including knowledge of plants that may be used as diabetes medicine, has a significant effect on public concern for health. This activity aims to introduce the community to the benefits of insulin leaves and Amazon beans, along with their benefits for diabetes, through community empowerment activities. Community empowerment activities include training in developing superior products with economic value using insulin leaves and Amazon beans. The problems identified include residents' need for more knowledge and skills in processing food based on insulin leaf plants, especially regarding food processing with antidiabetics. The method of activity used is education on the efficacy of insulin leaf plants and Amazon beans thru a Group Discussion Forum (FDG) with PKK RT 30 RW 20 women of Cempaka Banjarbaru Village. Moreover, the Community Empowerment Team provided training in the preparation using insulin leaves and Amazon beans into straightforward preparations such as pudding, cookies, tea, simplistic, simple steeping, and packaging manufacturing. Individuals could convert processed food products into Cempaka village home industry products as a business opportunity, thereby increasing people's living environment.

Abstract

Background: Pharmaceutical services are services that are provided directly and responsibly to patients, related to medicines, to achieve accurate results that enhance patient quality of life. Hospitals are required to provide health services that meet optimal service standards. The quality of service in the hospital is very important because, with good service, patient satisfaction will also have a positive impact on the hospital.Objective: The purpose of this research is to analyze the quality of pharmaceutical services and the level of satisfaction of BPJS patients at Hadji Boejasin Pelaihari Hospital.Method: A cross-sectional survey design with a targeted sampling design was used in this study. The research method was a questionnaire containing structured questions to quantify each variable studied. Results: According to the quality survey results, pharmaceutical services were 85.96% (according) and 14.03% (not appropriate), while patient satisfaction had a reliability dimension of 78.63% (very satisfied), responsiveness of 77.82% (very satisfied), assurance of 83.01% (very satisfied), empathy of 80.47% (very satisfied), and tangible of 82.53% (very satisfied).Conclusion: From the average of the five dimensions, a result of 547.4 was obtained with an average patient satisfaction index of 80.49% Intisari Latar belakang: Pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit merupakan kegiatan yang memberikan bantuan secara spontan, konsekuen dan konsisten untuk pasien mengenai obat-obatan agar hasil yang diperoleh sahih dan bermanfaat untuk menaikkan mutu hidup pasien menjadi lebih baik. Rumah sakit dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang memenuhi standar pelayanan yang optimal. Kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit merupakan hal yang sangat penting karena dengan pelayanan yang baik maka kepuasan pasien juga akan berdampak positif bagi rumah sakit.Tujuan: Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian dan tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS di RSUD Hadji Boejasin Pelaihari. Metode: Studi ini menggunakan rancangan survey cross sectional dengan memanfaatkan desain purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan terstruktur untuk menghitung setiap variabel yang diteliti.Hasil: Hasil penelitian pada kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian sebesar 85,96% (sesuai) dan 14,03% (tidak sesuai), sedangkan untuk tingkat kepuasan pasien pada dimensi reliability 78,63% (sangat puas), responsiveness 77,82% (sangat puas), assurance 83,01% (sangat puas), empathy 80,47% (sangat puas), dan tangible 82,53% (sangat puas).Kesimpulan: Dari rata-rata lima dimensi diperoleh hasil sebesar 547,4 dengan indeks rata – rata tingkat kepuasan pasien sebesar 80,49%.Kata kunci: BPJS, kualitas pelayanan, tingkat kepuasan

Abstract

Produk pertanian bernama teh sering dijadikan bahan dasar minuman yang populer di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satu dari gaya hidup sehat yaitu dengan rutin mengkonsumsi minuman probiotik khususnya dengan produk baru yaitu teh kombucha kombinasi teh hitam mawar merah muda. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan yaitu survey, observasi dan pelatihan. Kegiatan ini berfokus pada (1) Sosialisasi kesehatan dan pelatihan pembuatan produk (2) Pemanfaatan tanaman (3) Menambah produk olahan dan memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Pentingnya menjaga pola hidup sehat dan meningkatkan produk olahan khususnya di KWT Kurnia Lestari. Hasil dan kegiatan ini adalah antusiasme masyarakat yang tinggi, sosialisasi Kesehatan dan pelatihan pembuatan teh kombucha, terlihat dari aspek peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat  meningkat sebanyak 70% dari hasil postest, metode pengabdian masyarakat ini efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan menghasilkan produk minuman probiotik. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 70% dan menambah wawasan masyarakat, tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini melanjutkan produk teh kombucha ini sebagai peluang usaha baru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat publikasi LKPD pada Website Pemerintah Provinsi yaitu tingkat ketergantungan Pemerintah Provinsi, belanja modal, dan tingkat akses internet serta menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen Kepala Daerah dalam memoderasi pengaruh langsung masing-masing variabel independen tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan data periode 2015-2021 yang diperoleh dari Website resmi 34 Pemerintah Provinsi dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square di mana penarikan kesimpulan atas hipotesis ddiasarkan pada P Value. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat publikasi LKPD secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh belanja modal dan tingkat akses internet, dan komitmen kepala daerah memoderasi secara signifikan pengaruh belanja modal dan tingkat akses internet terhadap tingkat publikasi LKPD pada Website resmi Pemerintah Provinsi. Sedangkan tingkat ketergantungan Pemerintah Provinsi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat publikasi LKPD pada Website resmi Pemerintah Provinsi. Begitu pula komitmen Kepala Daerah tidak memoderasi secara signifikan pengaruh tingkat ketergantungan Pemerintah Provinsi terhadap tingkat publikasi LKPD pada Website resmi Pemerintah Provinsi.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Mekar Pejaratan terletak dikecamatan Astambul. Kabupaten Banjar. Petani merupakan bagian terbesar dari penduduk setempat. Kegiatan pertanian, termasuk menanam daun bangkal, dimungkinkan oleh potensi alam daerah tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan ini memberikan edukasi manfaat daun bangkal dijadikan produk, pembuatan simplisia dan pembuatan kemasan dan labelling. Metode yang digunakan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh anggota tim mitra sepakat dengan pelaksanaan proyek pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan mengantisipasi bahwa proyek ini akan terus berlanjut. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian program pelatihan pembuatan produk, sosialisasi ulang indikator peralatan produksi diperlukan untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional seluruh proses produksi. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Daun Bangkal, Kelompak Wanita Tani, Teh  ABSTRACT The sub-district of Astambul is home to the Mekar Pejaratan Women Farmers Group (KWT). Regency of Banjar. Farming is the main occupation of most locals. Agricultural pursuits, including growing bangkal leaf plants, are made possible by the area's natural potential. Participation in this event will help spread the word about the many uses for bangkal leaves, making simplicia and making packaging and labeling. The methods used are planning, implementation and evaluation. The conclusion of this activity was that overall the entire partner team strongly agreed and agreed with the implementation of community service activities and hoped for sustainable activities. Abstract

KWT Gangga has never processed sweet corn into a product because it does not yet have the skills to process sweet corn which is ready to sell on the market in the form of popcorn. The aim of this community service is to empower the community, especially housewives or groups of women farmers, to increase the added value of commodities using corn as the raw material to become a product that has marketable value and can increase household income. The method used is counseling and training in making sweet corn popcorn. The counseling includes several activities such as the introduction of sweet corn, processed sweet corn products and training on how to make sweet corn popcorn. During the training in this service activity, the participants were directly and actively involved in all series of activities. The results achieved in this activity were an increase in KWT Gangga's knowledge in utilizing agricultural products in the form of sweet corn which can add to processed products, by making sweet corn popcorn. Increased knowledge with a value percentage of 70%. The follow-up plan for the service activities that have been carried out is that there is also a need for assistance with product PIRT applications in order to expand sales of processed KWT products.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPatient satisfaction is a level of feeling that arises as a result of the performance of health servicesobtained after being compared with expectations. The aim of this research is to determine the effectof waiting time on patient satisfaction in the outpatient unit (internal medicine clinic) at RSD IdamanBanjarbaru in 2024. The method used is a quantitative method with a cross sectional design. Datacollection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of this study show that there is noinfluence between patient satisfaction and the waiting time for TPPRJ services at RSD IdamanBanjarbaru in 2023 with p-value = 0,372 > 0,05.Keywords: Waiting Time, Patient SatisfactionABSTRAKKepuasan pasien merupakan suatu tingkat perasaan yang muncul sebagai akibat dari kinerja layanankesehatan yang diperoleh setelah membandingkan dengan harapan. Abstract

The influence of Employees Burnout on employee job satisfaction is a problem that can increase the risk of fatigue and thus affect the level of employee job satisfaction. A high level of job satisfaction has fewer opportunities to quit work, while Employees who have a lower level of satisfaction will cause stress or work fatigue so that they have the potential to leave their job/quit working. This research aims to analyze the influence of employee Burnout on the job satisfaction of Employees who work at the Sambang Lihum Mental Hospital (RSJ). This research is quantitative research. This research took samples using random sampling techniques. The instrument used in the research is a questionnaire containing structured questions to measure each variable studied. The results of this research show that Employees working at RSJ Sambang Lihum experienced 2.5% Burnout with a high level of job satisfaction of 79.3%.

Abstract

Hospitals as business entity, aside from fulfilling its social mission as public services institution, should perform financial management to accommodate the user’s need. This research carries out the financial ratios analysis and to compare financial performance between a general hospital and specialized hospital with quantitative approach and descriptive technique, in which both hospitals aren’t referral hospitals for Covid-19. This research also aims to analyze the comparation of the trend on financial ratios analysis before Covid-19 (2018-2019) and during Covid-19 (2020-2022). The results showed that the general hospital’s liquidity increased before Covid-19 to during Covid-19, while the specialized hospital liquidity experienced a fluctuating trend. Fortunately, both general hospitals and specialized hospitals has its activity ratios tend to increase during period 2018-2022. Solvability ratios analysis conclude that before Covid-19, both general hospitals and specialized hospital’s ability of managing their debt to get assets influenced by BPJS service debt, and during Covid-19 influenced by the regulation of budget refocusing policy. Meanwhile, this research found that both hospitals haven’t yet optimize their ability to generate surplus, moreover their deficit from before Covid-19 to during Covid-19 increased.
