Abstract

Dalam menunjang proses pendidikan vokasi, Politeknik Harapan Bersama menyediakan beberapa sarana prasarana, diantaranya : perpustakaan,  free hotspot area, academic sms gateway, web informasi institusi dan sebagainya. Dengan  fasilitas yang cukup lengkap, sudah semestinya Politeknik Harapan Bersama memiliki informasi profil dan akademik yang menunjang pada setiap program studinya, salah satunya pada program studi D4 Teknik Informatika. oleh karena dengan menggunakan system Development Life Cycle, implementasi sistem e-academic yang dapat menyampaikan informasi profil dan akademik serta terintegrasi dengan web informasi institusi secara online dan realtimeberhasil dibangun. Kata  kunci : system development life cycle, e-academic,politeknik harapan bersama To supporting vocational of education process, Harapan Bersama Of Polytechnic provide some infrastructure, such as:libraries, free hotspots, academic sms gateway, web information institutions and the other. Abstract

ABSTRACT – In this research, we delve into the identification of human voices based kata.on gender by leveraging the differences in vocal characteristics between males and females. In addition to differences in vocal tract size, factors such as length, thickness, and vocal cord stiffness also play a role in producing differences in the fundamental frequency of voice between the two genders. The fundamental frequency of voice becomes one of the indicators used in acoustic analysis for gender classification based on voice. In the automatic classification of voices, sound processing techniques and machine learning are pivotal in system development. The method of gender recognition based on voice involves acoustic analysis using voice features such as fundamental frequency, formants, duration, intensity, and intonation patterns. The research yielded an accuracy of 92% through modeling using CNN on audio data, and the testing results were quite satisfactory in terms of classification. This model's results have been implemented into a Flask API, serving as a connection or backend for an application. The application takes the form of a movie recommendation system developed using the Flutter framework. Abstract

Harapan Bersama Polytechnic, Tegal City (Harber Polytechnic), is one of the higher education institutions. At the Harber Polytechnic there are various fields in carrying out the listed sections, one of which is the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) field. An agency must have a system that is used to facilitate and carry out its goals. An academic system or application used by agencies, namely Oase and Syncnau. From the existence of this system, of course, a place or place is needed to listen to it, to find out how satisfied the users are who often use the system, which is realized in the form of a web repository and evaluation. The web repository is used to store the academic system data and evaluation results using two methods, namely the Likert Scale Method and the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. Of the two methods used as a choice of questionnaires and text mining from user reviews who have filled out the questionnaire. The Likert scale method used uses four Likert levels, namely strongly agree, agree, disagree and strongly disagree. whereas for text mining it was made using the Naïve Bayes algorithm from the results of the build model to get a fairly high percentage quality level of 83.6%, and the test results of the model were also quite satisfactory so that the use of text mining is useful in opening an institution's academic system. These results have been analyzed by this method and the final result of the evaluation is the percentage level of system satisfaction and the results of comments or reviews that have been classified to make it easier for developers to develop academic systems in the future.

Abstract

Kemampuan bepikir yang baik merupakan salah satu aspek atau kompetensi penting yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap insan untuk bersiap dalam menghadapi masa depan yang penuh dengan tantangan. Banyak cara yang dapat digunakan untuk melatih cara berpikir, salah satunya adalah dengan belajar ilmu coding. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mengenalkan ilmu coding pada peserta didik dan guru sebagai alternatif untuk melatih kemampuan berpikir mereka. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan dua metode, yaitu discovery learning untuk mengajak para peseta didik dan guru dalam menggunakan logika dan algoritma guna menyelesaikan suatu masalah secara terstruktur dan sistematis serta cooperative learning untuk melatih kerja sama dan interaksi antar-peserta didik selama melakukan pengodean dan pembuatan aplikasi. Hasil yang didapatkan oleh peserta dari pengabdian ini adalah mereka mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman baru dalam melatih cara berpikir melalui belajar ilmu coding. Kegiatan ini juga mendapatkan respons positif dari mayoritas peserta kegiatan.

Abstract

Inovasi Pendidikan mewakili upaya untuk menghadirkan perubahan positif yang lebih baik dalam dunia pendidikan. Salah satu bentuk inovasi di bidang Pendidikan adalah dengan cara menerapkan pembelajaran secara online atau sering kita sebut dengan e-learning. E-learning secara dasar menerapkan teknologi jaringan, informasi dan komunikasi. Saat ini konsep e-learning sudah banyak diterima di masyarakat, terbukti dengan banyaknya implementasi e-learning di sekolah-sekolah. Banyak juga sekolah yang belum menerapkan e-learning salah satunya adalah SMK An Nur yang terletak di Kabupaten Tegal. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berdasarkan kebutuhan dari SMK An Nur yang menginginkan adanya aplikasi e-learning yang memanfaatkan fitur artificial intelegent (AI). Metode pelaksanaannya di bagi menjadi beberapa bagian diantaranya adalah survei awal kebutuhan aplikasi, pembuatan aplikasi, pengujian aplikasi, selanjutnya adalah pelaksanaan sosialisai penggunaan aplikasi e-learning yang sudah di buat oleh tim. Dalam pengabdian ini mendapat respon yang baik dari pihak SMK An Nur Slawi selaku mitra, dan tertarik untuk menggunakan aplikasi e-learning yang dibuat oleh tim karena terdapat fitur yang berupa face recognition karena fitur ini dapat menghindari kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh siswa ketika menggunakan e-learning. Para siswa menjadi lebih mudah dalam belajar karena proses belajar mereka di damping dengan aplikasi e-learning.

Abstract

With the internet network, we can quickly get information very quickly. The information we get is not changed by people not authorized to access the system or platform. Apache is a web server often used to connect users with websites where the information is located. The more users there are, the more crimes there will be when attacking the web server by irresponsible people. Due to limited time for web administrators, to improve the security of the Apache web server, an intrusion detection system is needed that can help monitor network traffic and detect the type of attack that is occurring and then forward the notification to the mobile application in real-time, because attacks can occur at any time. Intrusion Detection is one implementation of the security hardening method for the software hardening category. The results of this research will be that the system will detect intrusion attempts based on the rules created, and users will receive notifications to the Telegram application and can see details of incoming reports such as the attacker's I.P. address, description of the intrusion, name of the security hole, time of intrusion, and payload used.

Abstract

Radio-Frequency Identification or commonly called RFID is a technology that can be integrated into various softwares to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. In an educational unit, one of the services that needs to be repaired or improved is recording student attendance. However, recording and monitoring student attendance in almost all educational units in Indonesia, and especially in Tegal City is still carried out conventionally, so that educational units cannot provide feedback to parents about their children's attendance in real time. This condition is the main basis for conducting this research. In this research, RFID technology was implemented into an desktop based application with the aim of making it easier for educational units to record student attendance automatically, and assisting schools in providing feedback about student attendance to parents through social media services (whatsapp or telegram) and increasing enthusiasm students in taking attendance. The method chosen for development is the waterfall method, this method ensures that all stages are carried out sequentially. The research application has been tested using the black box testing method, the test results indicate that the application functionality is running well.

Abstract

Abstrak: Presensi siswa merupakan salah satu komponen yang dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kedisiplinan siswa. Namun demikian tidak banyak sekolah yang telah menerapkan teknologi dalam aktivitas presensi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses presensi dan monitoringnya, termasuk monitoring dari orang tua siswa. Pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pengenalan dan pemanfaatan aplikasi SMART-Presensi yang telah menerapkan teknologi RFID di SMK PGRI Kota Tegal. Jumlah peserta kegiatan pengabdian ini sebanyak 50 peserta yang terdiri dari 39 siswa, 1 operator, dan 10 wali murid. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah edukasi dan penyuluhan tentang teknologi RFID, dan demonstrasi aplikasi SMART-Presensi. Kegiatan ini dievaluasi menggunakan sistem pre-test dan post-test untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Hasil evaluasi dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 19.59% peserta pengabdian menjadi lebih tahu tentang teori dan penerapan teknologi RFID.Abstract: Student attendance is one component that can be used to evaluate student discipline. However, not many schools have implemented technology in attendance activities to improve the effectiveness of the attendance and monitoring process, including monitoring by parents of students. In this community service activity, an introduction and utilization of the SMART-Presensi application was carried out which has implemented RFID technology at SMK PGRI Tegal City. The number of participants in this community service activity was 50 participants consisting of 39 students, 1 operator, and 10 parents of students. The methods used in this activity were education and counseling about RFID technology, and demonstration of the SMART-Presensi application. This activity was evaluated using a pre-test and post-test system to determine the increase in participant knowledge. The evaluation results of this community service activity showed that more than 19.59% of community service participants became more knowledgeable about the theory and application of RFID technology.

Abstract

SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kramat merupakan salah satu SMK yang terletak di Kota Tegal, yang juga merupakan salah satu sekolah berbasis teknologi. SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kramat telah menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Mutu (ISO 9001:2008), namun SMK 1 Muhammadiyah 1 Kramat belum memiliki aplikasi tracer study yang baik karena terkendala dalam pengumpulan data yang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga banyak data-data alumni tidak terekap dan terlacak dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berdasarkan kebutuhan dari SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kramat yang menginginkan adanya aplikasi tracer study yang sederhana. Dalam metode pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa bagian yaitu survei awal kebutuhan aplikasi, kemudian pembuatan aplikasi, uji aplikasi, selanjutnya pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yang didalamnya terdapat kegiatan sosialisasi pentingnya tracer studi, kemudian demo aplikasi yang dilanjutkan dengan praktik penggunaan aplikasi yang sudah dibuat oleh tim pelaksana. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon yang baik dari pihak SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kramat selaku mitra, dan merasa tertarik untuk menggunakan aplikasi buatan dari tim, siswa-siswi maupun operator juga dapat menggunakan aplikasi ini dengan baik.

Abstract

SMK Muhammadiyah Bulakamba merupakan sekolah menengah kejuruan yang ada di wilayah kecamatan Bulakamba, kabupaten Brebes. Hasil survey yang dilakukan, bahwa hampir semua guru, karyawan, dan siswa (99%) menggunakan internet untuk keperluan pembelajaran, kegiatan sosial, hobi dan lainnya pada saat di dalam maupun diluar sekolah. Dengan penggunaan internet yang maksimal maka potensi terhadap kejahatan internet juga sangat tinggi. Kejahatan internet sangat penting diketahui oleh penggunanya, demikian pula bagi guru, karyawan, dan siswa SMK Muhammadiyah Bulakamba. Ini dikarenakan kejahatan internet dapat menyebabkan akibat yang fatal, seperti: hilangnya data, pemalsuan akun, perusakan data dan lainnya.      Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah pembelajaran bagi guru dan siswa SMK Muhammadiyah Bulakamba mengenai kejahatan dan keamanan internet. Metode yang dilaksanakan yakni dengan memberikan presentasi, diskusi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan, maka hasil yang didapatkan adalah pengetahuan, pemahaman, kompetensi guru dan siswa SMK Muhammadiyah Bulakamba mengenai kejahatan dan keamanan internet semakin meningkat.
