Abstract

Penguasaan kelas merupakan hal yang paling substansi dalam mengajar. Kemampuan teknis dalam mengelola kelas tentunya didukung oleh kemampuan serta pengetahuan tentang metode, model pembelajaran, strategi pembelajaran serta kemampuan membaca karakter peserta didik. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti melihat pentingnya manajemen pengelolaan kelas yang efektif menuju masa post pandemic. Peneliti melakukan penelitian di salah satu sekolah di Kota Pekanbaru. Dikarenakan di kota ini sekolah sedang melakukan masa transisi setelah mengalami masa pandemi. Peneliti menggunakan instrument wawancara serta observasi untuk mengukur sistem pengelolaan kelas guru PJOK dalam mengelola kelas. Hasil dari penelitian ini peneliti berkesimpulan bahwasanya guru PJOK menguasai metode, strategi, dan model pembelajaran untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar. Adapun kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah, setiap pendidik terutama guru PJOK diwajibkan menguasai berbagai macam instrument pembelajaran agar proses pembelajaran dapar berjalan efektifKata Kunci: Manajemen, pengelolaan kelas, PJOK

Abstract

Credit constraints on banks in the sugarcane plantation sector hinder efforts to achieve sugar self-sufficiency. Farmers' access to banking is often deemed difficult due to the dominance of small-scale farmers who lack collateral. In reality, farmers who successfully access banking sources also face constraints as the amount of credit received does not match the amount requested due to information imperfections between banks and farmers. Therefore, this research aims to identify the characteristics of farmers facing credit constraints, analyze the impact of credit constraints on productivity and technical efficiency, and identify the factors influencing technical inefficiency. The sample size consists of 4885 farmers who were then analyzed using ordinal probit regression, stochastic frontier analysis (SFA), total factor productivity (TFP), partial productivity, and propensity score matching (PSM) methods. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that land area and participation in agricultural organizations such as cooperatives and partnerships strengthen the degree of credit constraint. Meanwhile, land ownership and irrigated decrease the degree of credit constraint. The negative impact of credit constraints on productivity and technical efficiency is evident. Factors influencing technical efficiency include land status, land type, seed varieties, and participation in cooperatives and partnerships. This research has implications for bank policies that should not hinder farmers' access to banking services. This can be achieved by designing specific agricultural loans that view agriculture not as a risk but as a long-term investment. Abstract

This study was conducted using a data collection method in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 86 customers and prospective customers of BMT Mitra Khazanah Palembang. Then, a quantitative analysis was carried out on the data obtained. The quantitative analysis includes testing data instruments, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests), simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (determination coefficient (Adjusted R Square) and T test). The results of this study indicate that marketing strategies partially have a significant positive effect on public interest, with a t-count value of 5.719> t-table 1.663 and a significance of 0.000 <α = 0.05. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.272, which means that 27.2% of public interest can be explained by the independent variables in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Human Resource Competence, Information Technology, and Regional Financial Administration on the quality of financial reports in the North Aceh Regency Government. This research uses Stakeholder Theory. The population includes heads of departments, financial sub-division heads, and treasurers in 33 SKPKs in North Aceh. Using purposive sampling, 92 respondents were selected. The research uses primary data and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24. The results showed that Human Resource Competence and Information Technology positively and significantly affect financial reporting quality, while Regional Financial Administration has a negative but significant effect. Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran gerak dasar passing bawah bola voli melalui pendekatan Teaching at The Right Level (TaRL) pada siswa kelas IX 7 di SMP Negeri 6 Pekanbaru. Pendekatan TaRL diterapkan dengan cara mengelompokkan peserta didik berdasarkan tingkat kemampuan untuk memberikan pembelajaran yang sesuai dan lebih terarah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar dari 54% pada pra-siklus menjadi 71% pada siklus I, dan meningkat lagi menjadi 85% pada siklus II. Peningkatan ini mencerminkan efektivitas pendekatan TaRL dalam menyesuaikan pembelajaran dengan kebutuhan peserta didik serta meningkatkan motivasi dan kepercayaan diri mereka dalam melakukan gerak dasar passing bawah bola voli. Dengan demikian, pendekatan TaRL terbukti mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik secara signifikan dalam pembelajaran PJOK.
