Abstract

Mycorrhiza is a biological agent to help fertility of soil and plants. Application of mycorrhiza on the land in the form of inoculum is often used in agricultural land in the name of quality of inoculum that also influenced by the content of existing spores. One of them is growing medium. This study aimed to study the effect of soil aggregate size and P dosage on the number of mycorrhizal spores in sorghum plants. The research design used was Randomized Block Design consisting of 2 factors. First factor was soil aggregate size(μm) which consisted of 4 treatments: U1 = < 2000, U2 = 500 - 1000, U3 = 200 - 500, U4 = < 200, and second factor was P dosage: 100 mg/kg and 300mg/kg. Each treatment combination was repeated 3 times so that there were 24 units of experimental unit. Observation parameters included the percentage of the infected root, number of spores, plant height and dry weight of the plant. The research was conducted in Greenhouse and Agronomy Laboratory of Agricultural Faculty of Tadulako University Palu. The various sizes of soil aggregates do not affect the amount of arbuscular mycorrhizal spores in sorghum plants. P 100 mg/kg or f P 300 mg/kg dosage used do not address the effect of the mycorrhizal spores. There is no interaction between soil aggregate size and P dosage to the amount of mycorrhizal spores in sorghum plants.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam ditentukan oleh banyak faktor. Artikel ini bertujuan mengulas beberapa faktor yang memberi dampak terhadap keberhasilan kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam, yaitu moralitas kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan penghargaan. Metode kualitatif kepustakaan (library research) digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Adapun setting penelitian di SIT Nurul Ilmi Kota Jambi, dengan subyek penelitiannya adalah sebanyak 12 orang yang terdiri dari 3 orang kepala sekolah dan 12 orang wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, bidang kesiswaan, dan bidang sarana prasarana SIT (SD IT, SMP IT, dan SMA IT) Nurul Ilmi Kota Jambi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Analisis data menggunakan flowchart analisis melalui tahapan display data, reduksi data, verifikasi, dan konklusi dari data yang diperoleh. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan ketiga factor memberi dampak/pengaruh terhadap keberhasilan kepemimpinan pendidikan. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan sebuah lembaga ditentukan oleh sosok pemimpinnya. Pemimpin bermoral mematuhi norma-norma budaya, reward yang memadai karena bertindak profesional karenanya layak dihargai.

Abstract

As a result of the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the personality and professional behavior of educators at the As-Sulthon Mersam – Batang Hari Islamic Boarding School have a significant influence on the effectiveness of education at the Islamic boarding school. Warrior Personality Influences Professional Behavior The personality of educators in Islamic boarding schools, which tend to vary between extrovert and introvert, plays an important role in determining their leadership style and interactions with students and colleagues. Overall, developing the personality and professional behavior of educators must be a priority to create a conducive educational environment, improve the quality of learning, and encourage the progress of students at the As-Sulthon Mersam – Batang Hari Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between situational leadership and group dynamics on team productivity at the Darul Arifin Islamic Boarding School in Jambi. Situational leadership: Mentors and administrators at the Darul Arifin Islamic Boarding School in Jambi demonstrate good adaptability in providing guidance and direction to the team. Group dynamics: There is a positive relationship between effective communication, good cooperation and team productivity. Teams that are able to establish open communication and support each other show higher productivity. Team Productivity: Teams that have good situational leadership and positive group dynamics show increased productivity in carrying out tasks and achieving targets. This is reflected in the level of satisfaction of students, improving the quality of education, and the active role of students in Islamic boarding school activities.

Abstract

The research results show that there is a significant relationship between the value symbiosis paradigm and job satisfaction eudaimonia on organizational behavior. Well-implemented Islamic values ​​support eudaimonic job satisfaction, which in turn increases the transformation of more positive organizational behavior. Faculty and staff who feel there is alignment between their work and their values ​​tend to work better and demonstrate behavior that supports organizational goals.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource management (HRM) strategies in creating a conducive work environment at Islamic boarding schools (Pondok Pesantren). This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach to deeply examine HRM strategies, including planning, training, development, and performance evaluation. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The results indicate that effective HRM fosters a harmonious work environment, enhances motivation, and builds collaboration among teaching staff and administrative personnel. Key strategies include strengthening internal communication, implementing performance-based rewards, and cultivating a work culture based on pesantren values. However, the study also highlights challenges such as limited resources and resistance to change. This study recommends improving HR competencies through continuous training, formulating adaptive HRM policies, and strengthening leadership to establish a productive and conducive work atmosphere.

Abstract

Organizational changes in Madrasah Aliyah aim to improve the quality of education, but often give rise to challenges such as increased workload and stress for teachers. Effective stress management strategies, such as training, open communication, psychosocial support, and balanced workload arrangements, are key to helping teachers adapt to these changes. With a holistic and planned approach, Madrasah Aliyah can create a healthy work environment, support teacher well-being, and improve the quality of teaching in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The leadership of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in Islamic education is a very relevant example to this day. Through his leadership characteristics which include honesty, trustworthiness, gentle firmness, and noble morals, the Prophet Muhammad SAW succeeded in transforming the divided Arab society of Jahiliyah into one people united in Islamic values. He led with a clear vision and mature strategy, creating an education system that prioritizes the development of character, morals, and knowledge. The Islamic education inherited by the Prophet Muhammad SAW not only includes religious knowledge, but also general knowledge that gave birth to various great scientists during the golden age of Islam. The legacy of his leadership is evident in his broad influence on the development of Islamic civilization. His success in establishing the Islamic Khilafah State and introducing the values ​​of justice, compassion, and the spirit of seeking knowledge became the foundation for the development of science that was very advanced at that time. Therefore, the principles of the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad SAW are not only relevant in a historical context, but can also be implemented in facing global challenges in the modern era, by emphasizing the importance of education, justice, and integrity.

Abstract

Technology plays an important role in organizational culture if managed well and is very helpful in the rotation of an organization's journey. Finger print, for example, is a technological tool that contributes to building organizational culture. This tool not only functions as an attendance system, but also creates time discipline, transparency, and accountability among team members. Technology implementations like these demonstrate how technology can be used to support an organization's core values. Apart from that, applications such as E Pesantren Presence also provide digital solutions for monitoring attendance in real-time, which is very helpful for based organizations. Of course, the Head of Human Resources really feels helped by the contribution of technology in achieving organizational goals and it is very beneficial for teachers to have a disciplined character to apply and set an example for the students.
