Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar yang mampu melakukan diagnosis gangguan kesehatan mental pada anak menggunakan metode jaringan saraf tiruan backpropagation dan forward chaining. Gangguan kesehatan mental pada anak merupakan masalah yang kompleks dan seringkali sulit untuk dideteksi secara dini. Sistem pakar yang diusulkan mengintegrasikan teknologi jaringan saraf tiruan untuk analisis pola data kesehatan mental anak dan metode forward chaining sebagai mekanisme inferensi untuk menghasilkan diagnosis yang akurat. Pengembangan sistem dimulai dengan pengumpulan data kesehatan mental anak melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Data tersebut kemudian diolah dan digunakan sebagai input bagi jaringan saraf tiruan dengan metode backpropagation untuk melatih model agar dapat mengenali pola yang berkaitan dengan gangguan kesehatan mental. Selanjutnya, metode forward chaining digunakan untuk melakukan inferensi berbasis aturan dan menghasilkan diagnosis yang sesuai. Uji coba dilakukan menggunakan dataset independen yang mencakup berbagai kasus gangguan kesehatan mental pada anak. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar yang dikembangkan mampu memberikan diagnosis dengan tingkat akurasi yang memadai. Dengan adanya sistem ini, dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam mendukung deteksi dini dan intervensi terhadap gangguan kesehatan mental pada anak, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka.

Abstract

The development of learning media, teachers and students are required to be more creative in processing data and documents. Documents are one of the main components such as school regulation documents, teacher data, school administration, learning materials, exam questions and others. One source of learning for students at school in obtaining messages given by teachers is through learning media. One application that supports learning media is the Google Docs word processing application. The purpose of this activity is to provide training in the use of Google Docs as a learning medium for students of Al-Kautsar Parungpanjang High School. The method used is socialization and training in the use of Google Docs. Through this PKM activity, Al-Kautsar High School students have been able to document personal files well, and have begun to practice collaborating with friends in completing several important tasks.

Abstract

Penyebaran berita hoaks di media sosial semakin marak, dan hal ini dapat memengaruhi pola pikir serta opini publik, terutama di kalangan generasi muda (Prasetyo et al., 2023). Oleh karena itu, kegiatan sosialisasi tentang identifikasi dan antisipasi berita hoaks sangat penting dilakukan, terutama di kalangan siswa/i SMA Al-Kautsar Parungpanjang (Rahmawati et al., 2024). Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan literasi digital siswa agar dapat lebih kritis dalam menghadapi informasi yang beredar di media sosial (Syafitri et al., 2024). Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi interaktif yang melibatkan diskusi, simulasi, dan studi kasus (Suryani et al., 2023). Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa/i SMA Al-Kautsar Parungpanjang kini lebih paham cara mengenali berita hoaks, serta lebih berhati-hati dalam menyebarkan informasi (Maulana et al., 2025). Selain itu, mereka juga dilatih untuk menggunakan sumber informasi yang terpercaya dan memverifikasi kebenaran berita sebelum membagikannya (Kurniawan et al., 2024). Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi penyebaran berita hoaks di kalangan siswa dan masyarakat sekitar (Handayani et al., 2025).

Abstract

Today the development of technology is very rapid, everything can be done using technology. One of them in termsof reading, reading is a hobby that must be owned by everyone, where reading can provide a lot of knowledge and information. Not only news, this also applies to light reading such as comics, novels and others. One application that is quite widely used is Line Webtoon. Webtoon is a combination of words from 'web' and 'cartoon', which means cartoons or comics that can be enjoyed online in the form of a website. The Line webtoon application contains lots of comics from various genres and types of stories that are presented. Of the many genres and stories that make users confused about reading webtoons, especially since there is a coin system and daily passes that require users to pay to read more. With the recommendation system for the contentbased filtering method with the k-nearest neighbors algorithm, it can make it easier for users to get webtoon recommendations.

Abstract

Currently parking is still operated manually, starting from cars queuing when entering the parking lot because parking attendants are still manually inputting vehicles into the system, this will cause the queue of cars to get longer at the parking entrance, especially during rush hours, then parking users are still constrained or have difficulties in finding an empty parking space, they are looking for an empty parking space by surrounding the parking area so it is less efficient and takes a very long time to park the vehicle, and it is not uncommon for parking users to forget to park their vehicle on the floor and how many blocks, this is also a separate problem for parking users because they have to search in a large area. Based on this, researchers feel the need to make an intelligent parking control device based on the Internet of Things (IOT) using an Arduino microcontroller as the controlling brain, then the micro controller will send data to the user's application server, so the user can find out which parking slots are empty and which are filled. then the user can also order the parking space through the application.

Abstract

Bank Capital Indonesia or better known as Bank Capital is a bank that was established in 1989 and has its head office in Jakarta. Companies need to pay attention to the quality of service that can provide an incentive to customers to establish a strong relationship with the company. So far, customers have to come to the office to report complaints. For telephone complaints, errors and omissions often occur in handling, which can slow down the performance of officers in providing services. To overcome this problem, especially regarding the submission of customer complaints to Bank Capital Indonesia, a system is needed that can make it easier for customers, namely the E-CRM system. This system planning model uses the Extreme Programming method. While the data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and literature studies. Then the database used is PHP and MySQL. The results of the study found that this system can design an effective and efficient system in the process of handling customer complaints with a questionnaire assessment result of 93%. With this web-based CRM system, you can design a system that provides fast service and the response is not long so that it doesn't make customers feel bored with the results of the questionnaire assessment, which is 86%. And can design a system that can process and make reports based on customer complaints with the results of the questionnaire assessment being 89%.
