Abstract

This study is entitled Concentration Test of Three Liquid Organic Fertilizer From Agricultural Waste on Growth and Yield of Arugula (Eruca Sativa) to test the concentration of three kinds of liquid organic fertilizer, sugarcane bagasse waste, banana peel and coconut fiber with a concentration of 50 ml/l, 100 ml/l, and, 150 ml/l. This study uses a single Randomized Complete Design (CRD) method consisting of 10 treatments that are repeated 3 times, consisting of K0, K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K7, K8, K9, the results of this study were analyzed with Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at 5%, the parameters observed were: plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, leaf length, root length, fresh weightof biomass, and dry weight of biomass. The results of the study show that: (1) Giving treatment (K3), liquid organic fertilizer of banana peels with a concentration of 150 ml/l, provides interaction with parameters of observation of leaf width, root length and dry weight of biomass arugula plants, but they need to increase the concentration of organic fertilizer liquid to assist the growth process with observations of plant height parameters, number of leaves, leaf length and fresh weigh of biomass. (2) Provision of treatment with 150 ml/l concentration is the best treatment for the parameters of observation of leaf width, length of root and dry weight of biomass, but the administration of 150 ml/l concentration is not sufficient for plant nutrient requirements so there is no interaction with the growth process of plant height, number of leaves, length of leaves and fresh weight of biomass. (3) The highest dry weight of biomass in the treatment of liquid organic fertilizer from banana peel waste with a concentration of 150 ml/l, weighing 4.32 g or an increase of 20% compared to the control.

Abstract

Research on coconut water concentration tests and chicken manure doses on arrowroot growth in the highlands was carried out in April - July 2020, located in Karangsari RT 01 RW 07, Tawangmanggu District, Karanganyar Regency with an altitude of ± 1,200 masl with andosol soil types. This study aims: to test the concentration of coconut water on arrowroot growth, to test the dose of chicken manure on arrowroot growth and to test the concentration of coconut water and the dose of chicken manure on arrowroot growth. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) which was arranged factorial with 2 treatment factors, namely the dose of chicken manure (D) and the concentration of coconut water (K) which resulted in 9 combinations. D0K0: without yam manure dose and without coconut water concentration, D1: 120 g dose, D2: 240 g dose, K1: 50% concentration, K2: 100% concentration. Observations were made on the treatment plot. To determine whether there was an effect of water concentration and chicken manure dose treatment, the F test was used through analysis of variance. Meanwhile, to determine the significance of the treatment, the LSD test was used at the 5% level. The results showed (1) Treatment of 50% young coconut water which was shown to be dry weight of 9.07 g showed a higher growth than without coconut water and coconut water with a concentration of 100%. In fact, it can be seen that at a concentration of 50% increased to 100% concentration there is a decrease in arrowroot growth. (2) The dose of chicken manure was not able to affect plant growth by showing no different dry weight. (3) There is an interaction between the dose of chicken manure and the concentration of coconut water.

Abstract

Research on "Study of Kinds of Mulch Against the Intensity of Phakopsora pachyrhizi Leaf Rust Disease in Three Soybean Varieties (Glycine Max (L.) Merrill)". This study aims to examine the kinds of mulch on the intensity of Phakopsora Pachyrhizi leaf rust disease in three varieties of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill). The study used a Complete Randomized Block Design (CRBD) arranged in a split plot consisting of 2 treatment factors, namely the variety of soybean varieties as the main plot (main plot) and the kinds of mulch as a sub plot (subplots), each treatment was repeated 3 times. Data were analyzed using Variance Analysis and followed by Honest Real Difference Test at the 5% level. The results showed the symptoms of Phakopsora pachyrizhi leaf rust disease on soybean plants first appeared at the age of 30 days after planting. Silver black plastic mulch and straw organic mulch were able to reduce the intensity of Phakopsora pachyrizhi leaf rust disease in Anjasmoro variety. The Anjasmoro variety was able to increase the yield on the number of pods and the number of seeds, the Grobogan variety was able to increase the yield on the weight of 100 seeds, and the Biosoy variety was able to increase the yield on pod weight and seed weight.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian tentang “Kajian Macam Zat Pengatur Tumbuh Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Bawang Merah” telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari – April 2021, bertempatkan di Desa Gunungsari, Kemiri, Mojosongo, Boyolali dengan keringgian 400 mdpl dengan jenis tanah andosol. Penelitian ini bertujuan : Untuk menguji pengaruh perbandingan macam Zat Pengatur Tumbuh dan konsentrasi (IBA dan BAP) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang disusun secara faktorial dengan 2 faktor  perlakuan yaitu konsentrasi IBA (A) dan konsentrasi BAP (K) yang menghasilkan 9 kombinasi. A1K1 : tanpa pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh, A2: konsentrasi IBA 2 ppm, A3:konsentrasi IBA 4 ppm, K2: konsentrasi BAP 1 ppm, K3: konsentrasi BAP 2 ppm. Perlakuan diulang 3 kali sehingga didapatkan 27 satuan percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1). Perlakuan pemberian konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh BAP berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter umbi, jumlah umbi per-rumpun, Berat umbi segar per-rumpun dan berat umbi kering per-rumpun. 2). Perlakuan pemberian konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh IBA 0 ppm dan pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh BAP 1 ppm memberikan hasil tertinggi pada berat umbi kering per-rumpun seberat 61,98 gram. 3). Perlakuan pemberian konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh IBA 0 ppm dan pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh BAP 2 ppm memberikan hasil terendah pada berat umbi kering per-rumpun seberat 48,24 gram

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Kajian  Dosis Pupuk Urea Dan Pupuk Kandang Ayam Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Sorgum Manis (Sorgum bicolor (L). Moench), bertujuan untuk mengkaji interaksi pemberian dosis pupuk urea dan pupuk kandang ayam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sorgum manis (Sorgum bicolor (L.) Moench), dilaksanakan mulai bulan April 2021 sampai bulan Juli 2021, di Dusun Kalitan, Desa Kertonatan, Kecamatan Kartasura, Kabupaten Sukoharjo dengan ketinggian tempat 121 m diatas permukaan laut dan jenis tanahnya Regosol. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang disususn secara faktorial yang terdiri dari 16 perlakuan yang masing – masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Pupuk yang digunakan yaitu pupuk urea dan pupuk kandang ayam. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan uji BNJ (Beda Nyata Jujur) pada taraf 5 % . Parameter – parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang daun, berat brangkasan basah, berat brangkasan kering, jumlah biji pertanaman, berat biji kering pertanaman, dan berat 100 biji kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Dosis pupuk urea (U) memberikan pengaruh pada jumlah daun tertinggi yaitu 29,33 helai dan berat brangkasan kering tertinggi yaitu 513,40 gram (2) Pupuk kandang ayam (A) memberikan pengaruh pada jumlah daun tertinggi yaitu 29,33 helai (3) Interaksi antara dosis urea (U) dan pupuk kandang ayam (A) tidak memberikan pengaruh pada semua pengamatan.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang pengaruh ekstrak tanaman terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tiga varietas bawang merah(Allium Ascalonicum L.)  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret – Juni 2021, yang akan dilaksanakan di Desa Lencoh Rt.10/Rw.2, Kecamatan Selo, Kabupaten Boyolali dengan ketinggian tempat 1.400 mdpl, jenis tanah andosol. Tujuan dari penelitian ini Untuk Mengkaji Pengaruh Ekstrak Tanaman Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tiga Varietas Bawang Merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) dan hasil terbaik dari perlakuan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktortorial, terdiri dari dua faktor perlakuan. Kedua faktor tersebut diperoleh 12 kombinasi perlakuan. V1 : Varietas Bima Brebes, V2 : Varietas Tajuk, V3 : Varietas Beuji, Z0 : Tanpa Ekstrak Tanaman, Z1 : Ekstrak Bonggol Pisang dengan konsentrasi 40 ml/l, Z2 : Ekstrak Bawang Merah dengan konsentrasi 40 ml/l, Z3 :  Ekstrak Rebung Bambu dengan konsentrasi 40 ml/l. Kedua faktor tersebut diperoleh 12 kombinasi perlakuan dan masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali dengan sempel tengah 3 polybag sehingga didapatkan 108 polybag. Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh tersebut, digunakan analisis ragam. Analisis selanjutnya mengunakan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) pada taraf nyata 5% untuk mengetahui perlakuan-perlakuan yang berpengaruh dan yang tidak berpengaruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dari Pengaruh Ekstrak Tanaman Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tiga Varietas Bawang Merah (Allium Ascalonicum L.) (1) Ekstrak Tanaman Bonggol pisang memberikan pengaruh terhadap Tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter umbi,jumlah umbi,  pada varietas Bima Brebes. (2) Ekstrak Tanaman Bawang Merah berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah umbi per tanaman Tetapi tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap Tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter umbi, pada varietas Tajuk. (3) Ekstrak Tanaman bonggol pisang berpengaruh terhadap jumlah daun per tanaman, Tetapi tidak memberikan pengaruh tinggi tanaman, diameter umbi, pada varietas Bauji.   Kata kunci : Ekstrak tanaman, Varietas bawang merah, Pertumbuhan, Hasil.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Various Lengths of Entries on the Success of Insertion of Mango (Mangifera indica L.). with the aim of knowing the effect of various lengths of entries on the success of insertion of mango (Mangifera indica L.). This research was carried out in November 2021 – January 2022 located at the Tohudan Food Crops and Horticulture Garden. This study used a single factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) experimental design with treatments P1 (4 Cm), P2 (8 Cm), P3 (12 Cm), P4 (16 Cm), P5 (20 Cm). In this study there were 5 types of treatment with 5 replications, each type of experiment contained 2 plants so that there were a total of 50 plants. To determine whether there was an effect of treatment, this study used ANOVA analysis of variance data followed by DMRT test with a level of 5%. Parameters observed were the number of shoots, shoot length, number of leaves, stem diameter, and the success of insertion of finished seedlings. The results showed that the P4 (16 Cm) treatment gave the best grafting results compared to the other treatments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interaction effect of tea extract and the number of seeds per hole on the growth and yield of celery plants. This study used a factorial Completely Randomized Block Design (RAKL), which consisted of 2 factors, each treatment combination replicated 3 times. The two factors were: (1) the number of seeds per hole (S), with 3 levels, namely: S1: 1 seed per hole, S2: 2 seeds per hole, S3: 3 seeds per hole. (2) tea extract, with 4 levels, namely: T0: control, T1: dose of tea extract 1 ml/hole, T2: dose of tea extract 2 ml/hole, T3: dose of tea extract 3 ml/hole, obtained 12 treatment combinations. Analysis of the data using Analysis of Variation (ANOVA), if it is significantly different then a further test is carried out, namely the 5% level BNT test. The results showed that: (1) the interaction between the application of tea extract and the number of seeds per hole did not affect the growth and yield of celery plants, (2) the treatment of tea extract 3 ml/hole with 2 seeds per hole gave the best results on the wet weight of the stover. of 130.77 grams per hole is equivalent to 10.9 tons/Ha. Abstract

Long beans (Vigna sinensis L.) are shrubs which are a type of leguminous plant. Long beans are creeping upwards. The research was carried out in Hamlet Temulus, Tunggulrejo Village, Jumantono District, Karanganyar Regency, from November 17, 2021 to January 21, 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing Phonska fertilizer and 3 varieties on the growth and yield of long beans. The experimental design used in this study was a completely randomized block design (CRBD) which was arranged in a Split Plot design consisting of 2 factors. The first factor used 3 varieties, namely Parade tavi, Merah Putih Super and Fagiola IPB. The second factor is the use of 4 doses of Phonska fertilizer, 0 grams, 2.5 grams, 5 grams and 7.5 grams. This research shows that of 2.5 grams of Phonska fertilizer on the varieties of Merah Putih Super and Fagiola IPB on the yield of 4 long bean harvests had an effect on the number of fruits 51.83 and 42.99 fruits.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of NPK Fertilizer Dosage and Shallot Litter on the Growth and Yield of Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.), this study aims to analyze the effect of doses of NPK fertilizer and shallot leaf litter on the growth and yield of shallots, which be held from July - September 2021. The research was carried out in Polo, Kenteng, Nogosari, Boyolali with an altitude of 152 meters above sea level. The type of soil used is regosol soil. This study used the Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) method which was arranged in a factorial manner consisting of 9 treatments, each treatment repeated 3 times. The fertilizers used are NPK fertilizer and onion leaf litter. The data from this study were analyzed by using the LSD (Least Significant Difference) test at a level of 5%. Parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, weight of wet stover, weight of dry stover, number of tubers per clump, weight of wet tuber per clump, weight of dry bulb per clump. The results showed that: (1) In the plant growth phase, the dose of NPK fertilizer and onion leaf litter had an effect on plant height and number of leaves. The dose of NPK fertilizer was 1.2 g/plant and onion leaf litter 100 g/plant (D2K2), at plant height gave the best yield of 43.33 cm and the highest number of leaves was 47.00 strands. Meanwhile, the weight of the wet stove and the weight of the dry stove had a slight influence (tendency) which gave different results. On the weight of wet stover the dose of NPK fertilizer was 1.2 g/plant and onion leaf litter 100 g/plant (D2K2) with the highest yield of 14.67 grams and the dry stover weight dose of NPK fertilizer was 1.6 g/plant and leek litter red 150 g/plant (D3K3) with the highest average of 4.00 grams. (2) In harvest yields, the dose of NPK fertilizer was 0.8 g/plant and onion leaf litter 150 g/plant (D1K3) gave the best results for the number of tubers, namely 13.33 pieces, the highest wet tuber weight was 39 grams, and the highest dry tuber weight which is 29.33 grams.
