Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan layanan kesejahteraan sosial bagi lanjut usia di dalam kehidupan keluarga untuk mencapai kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan dalam kehidupan lanjut usia atau lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Model Pendampingan Lanjut Usia Berbasis Home Care dalam Implementasi Pendidikan Vokasional. Pemecahan masalah dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development, melalui tahapan: Studi Pendahuluan, Pengembangan Model dan Validasi Model. Temuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu Model Pendampingan Lanjut Usia Berbasis Home Care dalam Implementasi Pendidikan Vokasional dirancang dalam bentuk program pendampingan berbasis Home Care bagi lansia tidak potensial, meliputi: aspek fisik, sosial, mental dan spiritual. Aspek fisik: a) Penyelenggaraan makanan lansia, b) Pakaian lansia, c) Kebersihan diri lansia, d) Mobilisasi lansia, e) Kebersihan kamar tidur lansia, dan f) Kesehatan lansia. Aspek Sosial: a) Komunikasi sosial lansia, b) Keikutsertaan atau partisipasi lansia dalam kegiatan masyarakat, dan c) Rekreasi lansia. Aspek Mental: a) Kecerdasan intelektual, b) Kecerdasan emosional, serta c) Kecerdasan moral. Aspek Spiritual: Bimbingan Keagamaan. Program pendampingan lanjut usia berbasis Home Care dirancang terdiri dari komponen: tujuan, sasaran, bentuk pendampingan, dan pelaksana program pendampingan; yang memiliki keunggulan pada peningkatan layanan sesuai kebutuhan lansia untuk mencapai kesejahteraan keluarga.

Abstract

This research was conduct due to the absence of a program in childcare with a focus stimulation for cognitive development, this program is created Home-Based Childcare with the development of childcare characteristics by Barnados (2017) such as care in an environment that’s like home, flexibility for child and family, nurturing relationships and attention to individual needs. A Design Based Research (DBR) was used to collect data from three participants compiring early childhood education experts, family education experts and childcare practitioners in two times judgment. The results represent that at first times judgment program was designed to be in decent category with revisions on program purpose, program activity planning, process management activities and program activity reports. Futhermore in second times judgment indicates that the program is in very decent category. Therefore the program can be used in childcare to stimulate for children cognitive development. The results recommend to childcare manager, that a home-based childcare program that has been created by researchers can be implemented in childcare, as well as for future researchers, conducting research with a topic of report the children developing aspects of the digital-based program activities.

Abstract

Posyandu has an important role in improving the quality of maternal and child health through the health service process, so the use of supporting tools such as flipcharts is very helpful when conducting counseling. Posyandu at the Sukasari District in Bandung, the use of flipchart media in the Posyandu counseling activity helped cadres to provide explanations because some cadres were still technologically illiterate. On the other hand, infographic media is also needed in counseling because infographic is a visualization of data to provide information represented through graphic objects, so it is interesting and easy to understand. Based on this analysis, the researcher developed infographic flipchart media on the health of pregnant women and toddlers in the Posyandu Sukasari District, Bandung by implementing expert judgment. This research uses the RD method, adopts research and development steps using the PPE model so the researcher only carries out three stages such as planning, production and evaluation. The results of the development of infographic flipchart media have been validated by media experts and Posyandu material experts. The results of the validation of the development of flipchart media about the health of pregnant women and toddlers in Posyandu Sukasari District, Bandung made by researcher are very feasible to be used for extension activities and as research material. Even so, the validator also provides comments or nests to perfect the flipchart media developed by researcher.

Abstract

This research departs from the problem, namely the material types of drugs that are abstract and a little difficult to explain which needs explanation equipped with pictures or videos because they cannot choose the types of drugs directly in the class and the unavailability of source books from the subjects students stick to the material presented by the teacher in the classroom. The teacher has used learning media in delivering material but it is limited to projection text in the form of power points that contain and images that make learning tend to be oblique and monotonous. This study aims to develop multimedia learning based on Adobe Flash on the basic competencies of analyzing the types of drugs in the Social Work Vocational School. The method used in this research is Research and Development (RD) with the Planning, Production, and Evaluation (PPE) model developed by Richey and Klein. Data techniques in research using two of the latest research instruments, documentation and expert assessment validation format. The expert assessment was carried out by four PKK FPTK UPI lecturers consisting of two drug material experts and two instructional media experts. The results of the validation carried out by two drug material experts and two instructional media experts were stated "very feasible" to be used with revisions according to the suggestions and comments of the validator so that they could be used as teaching materials.

Abstract

This background of this research is motivated by the fast moving technology development of the education world which implicates the development standard development of performance assessment in assessing student's competence in SMK Hotel Accommodation, so the result of performance assessment could be well documented for a long time. The purpose of this research is to develop a Web-Based VE.Rubric to the Making Bed Performance Assessment Application in SMK Hotel Accommodation. This research is using descriptive method with the planning, production, and evaluation phase. Data collecting technique was used by utilizing interview and validation test through Expert Judgement to IT Expert, Assessor, Teacher, and Hotel Practitioner as Housekeeping's Expert. The result of the shows that VE.Rubric to the Making Bed Performance Assessment is considered worthy to be implemented to the performance test in SMK Hotel Accommodation and the in the Hotel Industry to the Job Performance Housekeeping Department.Keywords: VE.Rubric, Web based application, Performance assessment, Making bed, SMK Hotel Accommodation

Abstract

Penelitian ini berdasarkan permasalahan yaitu belum adanya program penyuluhanyang khusus mensosialisasikan pentingnya pemberian makanan pendamping ASIyang tepat kepada ibu menyusui di posyandu Lestari Desa Tarumajaya. Gizioptimal sangat berperan penting dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan fisik,serta kecerdasan bayi. Pemenuhan gizi bayi dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, sikap,dan cara ibu dalam memberikan makan kepada bayi karena ibu adalah orang yangmemiliki hubungan paling dekat dengan bayi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengembangkan program penyuluhan makanan pendamping ASI untukposyandu. Program penyuluhan MP-ASI ini bertujuan agar dapat meningkatkanpengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan para ibu menyusui mengenai MP-ASI.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan modelPlanning, Production, and Evaluation. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari15 orang, meliputi 10 orang ibu menyusui, satu orang kader posyandu, dua orangahli penyuluhan, dan dua orang ahli materi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkanpengembangan program penyuluhan MP-ASI untuk posyandu dibutuhkan bagiibu menyusui. Hasil expert judgment menunjukkan bahwa program penyuluhanMP-ASI yang dikembangkan berada pada kategori sangat layak untuk digunakan.Rekomendasi penelitian ini yaitu bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat menindak lanjutimengenai implementasi program penyuluhan makanan pendamping ASI ini, danbagi kader posyandu dapat dijadikan sumber rujukan dan pedoman dalampenyelenggaraan program penyuluhan makanan pendamping ASI di posyandu.Kata Kunci: Program Penyuluhan, Makanan Pendamping ASI, Ibu Menyusui,Posyandu.

Abstract

The program for social-emotional development stimulation is an essential aspect in early childhood in childcare. The childcare environment at home and every child's individual needs was the attention of this study. The method used a design-based research model that is covering the planning, production, and evaluation. Technique data collection for this research used interviews and validation expert judgment. These research participants are the early childhood education expert, family education expert, and practitioner’s childcare. The validation proceeds at stage 1 indicate that the program in the category worthy of revision. In phase 2, the program created is highly feasible. Therefore, childcare could use the program to stimulate social-emotional development for early childhood. The research was recommended to the childcare maintainer that the home-based childcare program could be used as a guide in childcare and for the next researcher to research the implementation of home-based childcare programs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to apply a competency-based assessment model on the job performance of Public Area at Housekeeping Department. The scope of the study produced 2 targets in housekeeping department: 1) competency based assessmen model on the job performance of public area; 2) assessment tool on job performance of public area. This study was used a descriptive method with three stages of development study. First is a preliminary study, second stage is development model, and finally is validation test of the model. The research subject was teacher of public area subject matter, and employees of housekeeping department. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and expert judgment. Data was analyzed in accordance with the procedures and characteristic of the findings. It was used both the qualitative and quantitative data. The finding showed that competency-based assessment model on the job performance of public area in housekeeping department included the planning, the instrument and the process of assessment stages. The instrument consisted of the preparation, practices, and outcome of assessment stages. The conclusion is assessment tools on the public area practices using competency-based assessment is very appropriate to apply this competency-based assessment at senior vocational high school, especially for job performance on housekeeping department expertise. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan model Competency Based Assessment pada pengembangan Job Performance Public Area di Housekeeping Department. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan: (1) Model Competency Based Assessment pada pengembangan Job Performance Public Area di Housekeeping Department, (2) Alat Penilaian Job Performance Public Area di Housekeeping Department. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan Research and Development. Studi pengembangan ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, meliputi: Tahap pertama merupakan tahap studi pendahuluan, Tahap kedua merupakan tahap pengembangan model dan Tahap ketiga merupakan tahap uji validasi model. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru pengampu mata pelajaran Public Area dan praktisi dari housekeeping depatment. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan expert judgement. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur dan karakteristik dari temuan data penelitian; untuk data kuantitatif dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan untuk data kualitatif dianalisis secara kualitatif. Temuan penelitian berkaitan dengan Model Competency Based Assessment pada pengembangan Job Performance Public Area di Housekeeping Department meliputi tahap perencanaan penilaian, instrumen penilaian, dan pelaksanaan penilaian. Instrumen penilaian terdiri dari tahap persiapan praktik, proses praktik, dan hasil praktik. Dari temuan penelitian dan hasil validasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Alat Penilaian praktik Public Area dengan menerapkan model Competency Based Assessment “sangat layak” untuk diimplementasikan di SMK Akomodasi Perhotelan dan di Housekeeping Department pada saat melakukan penilaian terhadap Job Performance Public area. Abstract

Tujuan jangka panjang dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model competency based-assessment pada Praktik Cleaning Bathroom di Housekeeping Department. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan: 1) Model competency based-assessment pada pembuatan alat penilaian Praktik Cleaning Bathroom di Housekeeping Department. 2) Implementasi model competency based-assessment pada praktik Cleaning Bathroom di Housekeeping Department. 3) Capaian kompetensi pada praktik Cleaning Bathroom di Housekeeping Department. 4) Kualitas model competency based-assessment praktik Cleaning Bathroom di Housekeeping Department. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan Research and Development. Penelitian mencakup studi pendahuluan, tahap pengembangan model, dan tahap uji validasi model. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari praktikan, penilai internal dan eksternal pada praktik Cleaning Bathroom. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan uji kompetensi. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur dan karakteristik dari temuan data penelitian; untuk data kuantitatif dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan untuk data kualitatif dianalisis secara kualitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model competency based-assessment pada praktik Cleaning Bathroom di Housekeeping Department yang diimplementasikan memiliki keunggulan mencakup tahap persiapan, proses dan hasil sesuai Standar Operasional Prosedur Hotel. Tahapan penilaian mengacu pada Job Performance di Housekeeping Department yang diimplementasikan oleh penilai internal dan eksternal menunjukkan capaian kompetensi praktikan sesuai standar kinerja hotel yaitu seluruhnya mencapai kompeten. Model competency based-assessment pada praktik Cleaning Bathroom di Housekeeping Department memiliki kualitas yang baik melalui hasil uji interrater reliability dan dibuktikan dengan nilai cronbach alpha rata-rata sebesar 0,854 yang berada di atas batas minimal reliabilitas 0,6. Abstract The long term objective of this research is to develop a model competency assessment based on the cleaning bathroom in housekeeping department. Targeted to be achieved from the study on cleaning bathroom practices in housekeeping department is to produce:(1) the competency based-assessment model, (2) implementation of the competency based-assessmentmodel, (3) the competence result, and (4 )the quality model of competency based-assessment. This research used descriptive methods with research and development approach. The research includes the preliminary study, the stage of development model, and the step of experiment validation model. The subject of this study are interns, external and internal examiner of the cleaning bathroom practices.The data collection technique was done through observation and competency test. Data analysis the research was done in accordance with the procedures and characteristic of the findings; data was analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. The findings showed that model competency based assessment that implemented on cleaning bathroom practices in housekeeping department have the advantages. First, it has the preparatory, proces and resultstages according to standard operating procedures hotel. Second, the assessment stage referring to job performance in housekeeping department that implemented by an internal and external appraiser, and show that of interns’competence according to standard performance hotel that is entirely reached competent. The competency based-assessment model on practices cleaning bathroom in housekeeping departmentpossed having a good qualities. It was prove through the interrater reliability test that showed the score is 0.854 more than the minimum score of 0,6 of the cronbach alpha.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the unavailability of industrial practice assessment instruments on job performance of social work and family science skills by standard demands in social institutions and government agencies. This causes the competence of students when carrying out industrial practices cannot be assessed properly because there is no specific reference in assessing the ability of students. Developing this industrial practice assessment model, it is to clarify and facilitate the process of implementing the practice assessment, so that the implementation of industrial practice can be carried out properly. In addition, there is still a variety of assessment instruments used to assess student job performance in the implementation of Industrial Practice, so that guidance is needed by Standard Operating Procedures in Social Institutions and government agencies. This research aims to develop the Industrial Practice Assessment Model on Job Performance of Social Work and Family Science Expertise. Problem-solving is done using a Research and Development approach, through stages: (1) Preliminary Studies, (2) Model Development, and (3) Model Validation. Industrial Practice Assessment Model on Job Performance competence of social work and family science expertise produced has the advantage of having gone through the stages of needs identification, theoretical analysis, and validation tests through expert judgment practitioners from social institutions and government institutions. The results of validation of industrial practice assessment tools that have been designed are categorized as "Very feasible" so that the assessment tool can be implemented on the implementation of Industrial Practice in social institutions and government agencies. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum tersedianya instrument penilaian praktik industri pada job performance keahlian pekerjaan sosial dan ilmu keluarga yang sesuai dengan tuntutan standar di lembaga sosial dan lembaga pemerintah. Hal ini menyebabkan kompetensi mahasiswa saat melaksanakan praktik industri tidak dapat dinilai dengan baik karena belum ada acuan khusus dalam menilai kemampuan peserta didik. Dengan dikembangkan model penilaian praktik industri ini adalah diharapkan dapat memperjelas dan memudahkan dalam proses pelaksanaan penilaian praktik, sehingga pelaksanaan praktik industri dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Di samping itu, masih beragamnya instrumen penilaian yang digunakan untuk menilai job performance mahasiswa pada pelaksanaan praktik industri, sehingga diperlukan panduan penilaian yang sesuai standar operasional prosedur di lembaga sosial dan lembaga pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model penilaian praktik industri pada job performance keahlian pekerjaan sosial dan ilmu keluarga. Pemecahan masalah dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan research and development, melalui tahapan: (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) pengembangan model dan (3) validasi model. Model penilaian praktik industri pada job performance kompetensi keahlian pekerjaan sosial dan ilmu keluarga yang dihasilkan memiliki keunggulan karena telah melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, analisis teoritis dan uji validasi melalui expert judgement praktisi dari lembaga sosial dan lembaga pemerintah. Hasil validasi alat penilaian praktik industri yang telah dirancang dikategorikan “sangat layak”. Sehingga Model penilaian praktik industri pada job performance kompetensi keahlian pekerjaan sosial dan ilmu keluarga ini dapat diimplementasikan pada pelaksanaan praktik industri di lembaga sosial dan lembaga pemerintah.
