Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan respon pengguna terhadap kesesuaian dan efektivitas buku ajar Family Life Education yang dikembangkan sebagai sumber belajar pada mata kuliah Ilmu Kesejahteraan Keluarga. Pengembangan buku ajar dilakukan dengan pendekatan model ADDE yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan, dan evaluasi produk. Identifikasi kebutuhan dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan dosen pengampu dan mahasiswa untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai kekurangan media pembelajaran yang tersedia. Buku ajar yang dihasilkan memuat materi Family Life Education yang terintegrasi dengan nilai karakter, disusun secara sistematis sesuai capaian pembelajaran, serta dilengkapi dengan ilustrasi dan contoh aplikatif di kehidupan keluarga. Validasi ahli terhadap isi, kebahasaan, dan penyajian buku menunjukkan bahwa buku layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar. Uji terbatas kepada mahasiswa menghasilkan persentase kepuasan rata-rata sebesar 94%, meliputi aspek kemudahan penggunaan, efektivitas dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran, relevansi materi, dan kualitas visualisasi. Mahasiswa menyatakan materi mudah dipahami, dapat membantu pembelajaran mandiri maupun diskusi, serta memberikan wawasan aplikatif tentang konsep Family Life Education. Saran perbaikan yang diajukan pengguna meliputi penambahan konten interaktif seperti QR Code dan penyederhanaan bahasa agar buku dapat diakses oleh kalangan non-akademik. Secara keseluruhan, buku ajar ini dinyatakan sangat sesuai dan efektif sebagai sumber belajar, dapat direkomendasikan untuk digunakan lebih luas, serta membuka peluang pengembangan selanjutnya guna meningkatkan kualitas dan pengalaman belajar mahasiswa serta penguatan pendidikan keluarga.   Abstract This study aims to evaluate user satisfaction regarding the suitability and effectiveness of the Family Life Education (FLE) textbook developed as a learning resource in the Family Welfare Science course. The textbook was developed using the ADDE model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, development, and product evaluation. Needs identification was carried out through observations and interviews with lecturers and students to gain insights into the shortcomings of available learning media. The resulting textbook contains Family Life Education material integrated with character values, systematically organized according to learning outcomes, and complemented by illustrations and practical examples from family life. Expert validation of the book’s content, language, and presentation showed that it is suitable for use as a learning resource. Limited trials with students yielded an average satisfaction rate of 94%, covering aspects such as ease of use, effectiveness in supporting the learning process, material relevance, and quality of visualization. Students reported that the material was easy to understand, helpful for independent and group learning, and provided practical insights into the concept of Family Life Education. Suggestions for improvement from users include adding interactive content such as QR Codes and simplifying the language so that the book can be accessed by non- academic readers as well. Overall, this textbook is deemed highly suitable and effective as a learning resource, is recommended for broader use.

Abstract

This study examined marriage preparation among university students in Indonesia through Family Life Education (FLE). FLE was an educational program that aimed to develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes to foster harmonious family relationships and prevent family problems. The objectives were to assess students' knowledge of family life, identify key materials in FLE, and explore preferred program formats. Research data were collected from 56 University of Education Indonesia and Bandung Islamic University students using an online questionnaire via non-probability sampling, specifically voluntary sampling techniques. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA to explore differences in knowledge, material importance levels, and implementation preferences based on gender and age group. The study revealed that students were exceptionally knowledgeable about family law, roles, responsibilities, parental responsibilities, family dynamics, and money management, deeming these subjects essential for marriage preparation. Students preferred flexible FLE implementation (in-person, online, or blended), a minimum duration of 24 hours, qualified speakers, and certification. No significant differences were found based on gender or age. Integrating the FLE program into the university curriculum was considered crucial for students to acquire comprehensive knowledge, skills, and attitudes for responsible married life and family responsibilities.

Abstract

Stunting remains a serious nutritional problem in Indonesia, including in Sukabumi Regency, where the prevalence reaches 27%. In Cicareuh Village, Ciemas Subdistrict, there are still 14 cases of stunting among toddlers. In fact, this area has abundant marine fish resources that can be utilized as a source of high-quality animal protein. The low utilization of fish as a nutritious food source is due to the community's limited knowledge in processing it into varied and appealing products. This community service activity aimed to provide nutrition education and improve skills through training on the diversification of marine fish processing for mothers of toddlers. The implementation method used a learning-by-doing approach involving 20 participants (mothers of toddlers and PKK cadres). The material provided included nutrition counseling, demonstrations on the use of processing tools, and practical training on making fish balls, nuggets, and dim sum. The results of the activity demonstrated a significant increase in the knowledge and skills of the participants, as well as an interest in home-based culinary businesses, and the establishment of a network of cooperation with the village government. In conclusion, this program successfully improved nutrition literacy, supported stunting prevention, and created opportunities for family economic empowerment in coastal areas. Abstrak Stunting masih menjadi permasalahan gizi serius di Indonesia, termasuk di Kabupaten Sukabumi yang prevalensinya mencapai 27%. Desa Cicareuh, Kecamatan Ciemas, masih ditemukan 14 kasus stunting pada balita. Padahal, wilayah ini memiliki potensi sumber daya ikan laut yang melimpah dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber protein hewani berkualitas tinggi. Rendahnya pemanfaatan ikan sebagai bahan pangan bergizi disebabkan oleh keterbatasan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam mengolahnya menjadi produk yang bervariasi dan menarik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi gizi sekaligus meningkatkan keterampilan melalui pelatihan diversifikasi olahan ikan laut bagi ibu balita. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan learning by doing dengan melibatkan 20 peserta (ibu balita dan kader PKK). Materi yang diberikan meliputi penyuluhan gizi, demonstrasi penggunaan alat pengolahan, serta praktik pembuatan bakso, nugget, dan dimsum ikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, muncul minat usaha kuliner rumah tangga, serta terbentuk jejaring kerja sama dengan pemerintah desa. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi gizi, mendukung pencegahan stunting, serta membuka peluang pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga di wilayah pesisir. Abstract

Catfish farmers face marketing challenges, resulting in delayed harvests and significant price declines. This program aims to improve the economic capacity of women's farmer groups through catfish-based culinary training in Sukamanah Village, Rancaekek District, an area impacted by industrial waste. The method used was a participatory, learning-by-doing model and a Training-of-Trainers (ToT) approach. The program was implemented over six months, encompassing needs analysis, training, mentoring, and evaluation. Results showed significant improvements in participants' knowledge, food processing skills, and product innovation capabilities. The resulting products, such as siomay (siomay), tofu meatballs, and fried catfish dumplings, have a high level of acceptance and have the potential to become household-based micro-enterprises. This program also contributes to women's empowerment by increasing productivity and family income. Furthermore, the digital-based mentoring approach and the role of PKK (Family Welfare Movement) cadres as local agents have proven to support the program's sustainability. Thus, culinary training based on local potential can be an effective strategy for improving family welfare in areas affected by industrial pollution.   Abstrak Para peternak ikan lele mengalami kesulitan dalam pemasaran, sehingga ikan terlambat dipanen dan harga jual menurun secara signifikan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas ekonomi wanita kelompok tani melalui pelatihan kuliner berbasis ikan lele di Desa Sukamanah, Kecamatan Rancaekek, yang merupakan wilayah terdampak limbah industri. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif berbasis model learning by doing dan pendekatan Training-of-Trainers (ToT). Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama enam bulan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan, keterampilan pengolahan pangan, serta kemampuan inovasi produk peserta. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa siomay, baso tahu, dan pangsit goreng ikan lele memiliki tingkat penerimaan yang tinggi dan berpotensi menjadi usaha mikro berbasis rumah tangga. Program ini juga berkontribusi terhadap pemberdayaan perempuan melalui peningkatan produktivitas dan pendapatan keluarga. Selain itu, pendekatan pendampingan berbasis digital dan peran kader PKK sebagai agen lokal terbukti mendukung keberlanjutan program. Demikian, pelatihan kuliner berbasis potensi lokal dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga di wilayah yang terdampak oleh pencemaran industri. Abstract

The industrial practice assessment tool that can objectively measure the competency achievements of students of the Family Welfare Education Study Program during Industrial Practice at the Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) is essential. The research objectiveis to produce a digital assessment model for Industrial Practices on the job performance of the social worker. The study used a qualitative descriptive method through expert judgment and the limited availability of exams and responses. Participants are industry practitioners, PUSPAGA external consultants, and a team of government agency experts. Researchers collect data Research results show that a digital assessment model on the job performance of social workers is very feasible to implement and achieve student performancein the implementation of Industrial Practices at PUSPAGA; all of them are declared competent.External Mentors on Industry Practice as a digital assessment user t responds strongly agree thatthe digital assessment model on the job performance of socialworkers is the application: (a) which makes it easier to assess student performance objectively online; (b) more practical, systematic, and efficient in assessing practicum performance; (c) who helps and provides user satisfaction in providing an objective assessment of practicum performance.

Abstract

This research was based on issues related to Society 5.0 era for the requisite learning process to be linked to technology. The technology can provide students with flexible time to access learning materials. In addition, the specification of the material in this research is a practical social rehabilitation procedure for handling sexual assault for adolescents. This research aims to develop web-based practice guidance for the practical procedure of social rehabilitation in the society 5.0 era. The research was carried out to produce guidance for the practical procedure products that can be used for practical application in lectures to facilitate students' ability to practice social rehabilitation after graduating. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Planning, Production, and Evaluation (PPE) model. The research process involves documentation studies and validity tests by two media experts. The study results prove that the web-based guidance for the practical procedure is valid to be used as a resource for learning practical procedures in the Social Rehabilitation course. These results are based on the experts' assessment, with an average rating from the two media experts being 86.59% in the "Valid (Not Revised)" category. This research produces web-based practice guidance for the practical procedure of social rehabilitation, which has been assessed through expert judgment and proven valid to be applied by the lecturer of Social Rehabilitation courses at the Family Welfare Education Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (FWE UPI) Study Program.
