Abstract

A lot of busyness in various activities makes a person not prioritizing their basic needs, such as food, especially students who live in boarding houses, whom can even consume several types of instant noodle food in a single day. Consuming instant noodles in large quantities and for a long time causes the accumulation of addictive substances contained in instant food in the body. Thus, many students suffer from stomach ulcers, inflammation and various diseases that attack the digestive system. Counseling about the processing of nutritious food was carried out to a student at the Indonesian University of Education who was happen to be a neighbor of the activity instructor's boarding house. One way to reduce instant noodles is to cook it yourself. The counseling approach used was in the form of eclectic counseling, which was a combination of directive counseling and non-directive counseling approaches. The results of counseling showed that clients can carry out counseling activities well and can apply cooking activities in their daily lives, so they can reduce consuming instant noodles. Therefore, it is hoped that similar activities can be carried out by clients continuously so that clients can reduce consuming instant noodles

Abstract

The rapid development of technology affects the development of instruments for measuring child development. The tool developed follows Permendikbud RI No. 137 of 2014 by utilizing technology based on the digital format of Jotform. This study aimed to create a digital format-based child social-emotional development measurement instrument at the Ceria Anak Foster Care Park (TARA). This research uses a mixed method with an (RD) approach and uses the ADDIE research model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews and validation tests through the expert judgment of measurement, material, and I.T. experts. Then a limited trial implementation was carried out on 2-3-year-old children in a foster park for children. The results of expert judgment show that the measurement instrument for social-emotional development using the Jotform application in the TARA program is declared very feasible with revisions. The percentage of the feasibility of the measurement instrument is 100%, the rate of material feasibility is 88%, and the portion of application feasibility is 100%. The results of the limited trial implementation show that the measurement instrument of children's social-emotional development using the Jotform application in the home-based childcare program is feasible to use. The percentage of the feasibility of the measurement instrument after being implemented with a limited trial was 72.6%. Recommendations for further research can test the effectiveness of measuring children's socio-emotional development using the Jotform digital format to implement child assistance at the daycare or childcare.

Abstract

Alat penilaian yang standar di SMK Akomodasi Perhotelan yang digunakan saat praktikum sangat diperlukan. Alat penilaian yang ada saat ini belum mengacu pada SOP Hotel dan kebutuhan dari masing-masing kompetensi keahlian. Urgensi penelitian ini mengembangkan alat penilaian yang berbentuk e-rubric yang dibutuhkan guru SMK Akomodasi Perhotelan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan: 1) Panduan Pembuatan dan Penggunaan E-rubric Assessment Bidang Akomodasi Perhotelan, 2) E-rubric dengan Pendekatan Competency Based Assessment Pada Bidang Keahlian Akomodasi Perhotelan di SMK. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan Research and Development. Penelitian mencakup studi pendahuluan, tahap pengembangan dan tahap uji validasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari peserta didik dan guru produktif bidang keahlian akomodasi perhotelan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan uji kompetensi. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur dan karakteristik dari temuan data penelitian; untuk data kuantitatif dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan untuk data kualitatif dianalisis secara kualitatif. Alat penilaian kinerja yang biasa digunakan secara manual dapat dikembangkan menjadi e-rubric assessment oleh guru di sekolah maupun pada saat peserta didik sedang melakukan Praktek Kerja Lapangan di hotel. Hasil validasi terhadap panduan pembuatan dan penggunaan E-Rubric dengan Pendekatan Competency Based Assessment pada bidang keahlian akomodasi perhotelan di SMK dinyatakan sangat layak untuk diimplementasikan

Abstract

 Enhancing social skills in adolescents facing complex challenges, such as those residing in orphanages, follows a distinct trajectory compared to their counterparts living with families. This research endeavors to uncover the nuanced patterns of adolescent social skill development within the Muhammadiyah Child Welfare Institution (LKSA) in Bandung City. Employing a qualitative methodology with an intervention theory approach in casework, this study seeks to identify strategies for improving social skills. The results indicate that the enhancement of social skills among adolescents in LKSA Muhammadiyah Bandung City is achieved by addressing aspects of peer relations, self-management, and compliance. This is facilitated through increased adolescent participation, the cultivation of emotional intelligence, and the promotion of productive self-management. These interventions contribute to heightened self-identity and independence in social activities among adolescents. The cultivation of self-reliance becomes integral to improving adolescents' societal functioning, leading to an augmentation in social community acceptance. This positive transformation stems from bolstering the mental and physical readiness of adolescents through affective and psychomotor strengthening. Keywords: Caregiver, Social Skills, Early Adolescents   Peningkatan keterampilan sosial pada remaja yang memiliki kompleksitas problem, seperti remaja yang berada di panti asuhan memiliki pola berbeda dengan remaja yang hidup bersama keluarganya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola peningkatan keterampilan sosial remaja di Lembaga Kesejateraan Anak (LKSA) Muhammadiyah di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan teori intervensi dalam casework. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan sosial pada remaja di LKSA Muhammadiyah Kota Bandung dicapai dengan peningkatan pada aspek peer relation skills, self-management skill, and compliance skill melalui peningkatan partisipasi remaja, pembangunan intelegensi emosional, dan pengelolaan diri secara produktif. Tiga aspek yang dilakukan mengarah pada peningkatan identitas diri dan kemandiran remaja dalam aktivitas sosialnya. Penanaman terhadap kemandirian diri merupakan bagian dari peningkatan keberfungsian remaja dalam masyarakat agar aspek penerimaan komunitas sosialnya semakin meningkat. Peningkatan tersebut dihasilkan dari penanaman kesiapan mental dan fisik remaja melalui penguatan afektif dan psikomotorik. Kata Kunci: Pengasuh, Keterampilan Sosial, Remaja Awal

Abstract

The research entitled "Students' Performance as Social Worker in the Practice of Child Support Services at Vocational Schools, Department of Social Work" aims to determine the performance of students as a social worker in the practice of child support services as well as to obtain data on student performance as a social worker in the practice of mentoring services which include cognitive, psychomotor and affective aspects. This research applies a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, using data collection techniques through interview techniques, observation, and the distribution of performance assessment tools. The population in this study consisted of one productive teacher majoring in Social Work who taught Child Care and Advocacy subjects in class XI Social Work 3, totalling 35 people. The results of this research show that students have a social worker role as companion, facilitator, and educator in accompanying, facilitating, and teaching child clients about fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and child socialization. This analysis focuses on three aspects of assessment, namely cognitive, psychomotor and affective assessment.

Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan pada penelitian ini yaitu masih terjadinya ketidakadilan gender yang dialami remaja di dalam keluarga. Upaya untuk menciptakan kesetaraan gender dalam keluarga pada remaja yaitu dibutuhkannya edukasi. Penyampaian edukasi yang mudah dipahami remaja yaitu melalui komunikasi visual, media sosial instagram merupakan media sosial yang karakteristik utamanya adalah media visual. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti bertujuan untuk membuat Konten di Media Sosial Instagram sebagai Sarana Edukasi Kesetaraan Gender dalam Keluarga pada Remaja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriftif kualitatif dengan pendekatan Research and Development (Penelitian dan Pengembangan), dengan pendekatan PPE yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu Planning, Production, and Evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner oleh remaja awal usia 12-15 tahun dan expert judgment yang terdiri dari dua ahli materi dan dua ahli media. Hasil temuan penelitian yang diperoleh dari validasi bahwa Konten Edukasi Kesetaraan Gender dalam Keluarga termasuk kedalam kriteria sangat layak, baik dari segi materi maupun segi media. Hasil validasi tersebut menunjukan bahwa Konten Edukasi Kesetaraan Gender dalam Keluarga yang telah dibuat sangat layak untuk digunakan kepada remaja. Rekomendasi bagi peneliti selanjutnya, diharapkan dapat melanjutkan penelitian ini dengan mengimplementasikan Konten Edukasi Kesetaraan Gender dalam Keluarga untuk diuji coba secara langsung pada remaja.   Abstract The problem in this study is that there is still gender inequality experienced by adolescents in the family. Efforts to create gender equality in the family in adolescents are the need for education. The delivery of education that is easy for adolescents to understand is through visual communication, social media Instagram is a social media whose main characteristics are visual media. Based on this, the researcher aims to create content on Instagram as a means of educating gender equality in the family for adolescents. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a Research and Development approach, with a PPE approach consisting of three stages, namely Planning, Production, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques were carried out by filling out questionnaires by early teens aged 12-15 years and expert judgment consisting of two material experts and two media experts. The research findings obtained from the validation that the Gender Equality Education Content in the Family is included in the very feasible criteria, both in terms of material and in terms of media. The validation results show that the Gender Equality in the Family Educational Content that has been made is very feasible to be used for teenagers. Recommendations for further researchers are expected to continue this research by implementing Gender Equality Education Content in the Family to be tested directly on adolescents.

Abstract

Tantangan yang saat ini yang dihadapi dalam proses pembelajaran di TK Bukit Dago yaitu penggunaan media analog yang dirasakan kurang menarik bagi anak-anak prasekolah, khususnya dalam pengajaran kosakata dan penguatan karakter. Kerterbatasan variasi metode pembelajaran ini memerlukan adanya inovasi berupa video pembelajaran berbasis puisi tematik untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan keterlibatan anak-anak dalam proses belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video pembelajaran bagi anak usia prasekolah untuk menambah kosakata dan memperkuat karakter melalui puisi tematik. Penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, uji validitas, dan observasi. Subjek penelitian adalah dua orang ahli media pembelajaran, dua orang ahli materi pembelajaran, dan tujuh orang anak untuk uji coba terbatas. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Video pembelajaran yang dihasilkan memperoleh penilaian sangat valid dari ahli media dan ahli materi. Dari uji terbatas untuk penguasaan kosakata dan penguatan karakter pada anak prasekolah menunjukkan kriteria penilaian sangat baik, sehingga video pembelajaran layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to apply a competency-based assessment model on the job performance of Public Area at Housekeeping Department. The scope of the study produced 2 targets in housekeeping department: 1) competency based assessmen model on the job performance of public area; 2) assessment tool on job performance of public area. This study was used a descriptive method with three stages of development study. First is a preliminary study, second stage is development model, and finally is validation test of the model. The research subject was teacher of public area subject matter, and employees of housekeeping department. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and expert judgment. Data was analyzed in accordance with the procedures and characteristic of the findings. It was used both the qualitative and quantitative data. The finding showed that competency-based assessment model on the job performance of public area in housekeeping department included the planning, the instrument and the process of assessment stages. The instrument consisted of the preparation, practices, and outcome of assessment stages. The conclusion is assessment tools on the public area practices using competency-based assessment is very appropriate to apply this competency-based assessment at senior vocational high school, especially for job performance on housekeeping department expertise. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan model Competency Based Assessment pada pengembangan Job Performance Public Area di Housekeeping Department. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan: (1) Model Competency Based Assessment pada pengembangan Job Performance Public Area di Housekeeping Department, (2) Alat Penilaian Job Performance Public Area di Housekeeping Department. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan Research and Development. Studi pengembangan ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, meliputi: Tahap pertama merupakan tahap studi pendahuluan, Tahap kedua merupakan tahap pengembangan model dan Tahap ketiga merupakan tahap uji validasi model. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru pengampu mata pelajaran Public Area dan praktisi dari housekeeping depatment. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan expert judgement. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur dan karakteristik dari temuan data penelitian; untuk data kuantitatif dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan untuk data kualitatif dianalisis secara kualitatif. Temuan penelitian berkaitan dengan Model Competency Based Assessment pada pengembangan Job Performance Public Area di Housekeeping Department meliputi tahap perencanaan penilaian, instrumen penilaian, dan pelaksanaan penilaian. Instrumen penilaian terdiri dari tahap persiapan praktik, proses praktik, dan hasil praktik. Dari temuan penelitian dan hasil validasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Alat Penilaian praktik Public Area dengan menerapkan model Competency Based Assessment “sangat layak” untuk diimplementasikan di SMK Akomodasi Perhotelan dan di Housekeeping Department pada saat melakukan penilaian terhadap Job Performance Public area. Abstract

Tujuan jangka panjang dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model competency based-assessment pada Praktik Cleaning Bathroom di Housekeeping Department. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan: 1) Model competency based-assessment pada pembuatan alat penilaian Praktik Cleaning Bathroom di Housekeeping Department. 2) Implementasi model competency based-assessment pada praktik Cleaning Bathroom di Housekeeping Department. 3) Capaian kompetensi pada praktik Cleaning Bathroom di Housekeeping Department. 4) Kualitas model competency based-assessment praktik Cleaning Bathroom di Housekeeping Department. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan Research and Development. Penelitian mencakup studi pendahuluan, tahap pengembangan model, dan tahap uji validasi model. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari praktikan, penilai internal dan eksternal pada praktik Cleaning Bathroom. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan uji kompetensi. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur dan karakteristik dari temuan data penelitian; untuk data kuantitatif dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan untuk data kualitatif dianalisis secara kualitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model competency based-assessment pada praktik Cleaning Bathroom di Housekeeping Department yang diimplementasikan memiliki keunggulan mencakup tahap persiapan, proses dan hasil sesuai Standar Operasional Prosedur Hotel. Tahapan penilaian mengacu pada Job Performance di Housekeeping Department yang diimplementasikan oleh penilai internal dan eksternal menunjukkan capaian kompetensi praktikan sesuai standar kinerja hotel yaitu seluruhnya mencapai kompeten. Model competency based-assessment pada praktik Cleaning Bathroom di Housekeeping Department memiliki kualitas yang baik melalui hasil uji interrater reliability dan dibuktikan dengan nilai cronbach alpha rata-rata sebesar 0,854 yang berada di atas batas minimal reliabilitas 0,6. Abstract The long term objective of this research is to develop a model competency assessment based on the cleaning bathroom in housekeeping department. Targeted to be achieved from the study on cleaning bathroom practices in housekeeping department is to produce:(1) the competency based-assessment model, (2) implementation of the competency based-assessmentmodel, (3) the competence result, and (4 )the quality model of competency based-assessment. This research used descriptive methods with research and development approach. The research includes the preliminary study, the stage of development model, and the step of experiment validation model. The subject of this study are interns, external and internal examiner of the cleaning bathroom practices.The data collection technique was done through observation and competency test. Data analysis the research was done in accordance with the procedures and characteristic of the findings; data was analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. The findings showed that model competency based assessment that implemented on cleaning bathroom practices in housekeeping department have the advantages. First, it has the preparatory, proces and resultstages according to standard operating procedures hotel. Second, the assessment stage referring to job performance in housekeeping department that implemented by an internal and external appraiser, and show that of interns’competence according to standard performance hotel that is entirely reached competent. The competency based-assessment model on practices cleaning bathroom in housekeeping departmentpossed having a good qualities. It was prove through the interrater reliability test that showed the score is 0.854 more than the minimum score of 0,6 of the cronbach alpha.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the unavailability of industrial practice assessment instruments on job performance of social work and family science skills by standard demands in social institutions and government agencies. This causes the competence of students when carrying out industrial practices cannot be assessed properly because there is no specific reference in assessing the ability of students. Developing this industrial practice assessment model, it is to clarify and facilitate the process of implementing the practice assessment, so that the implementation of industrial practice can be carried out properly. In addition, there is still a variety of assessment instruments used to assess student job performance in the implementation of Industrial Practice, so that guidance is needed by Standard Operating Procedures in Social Institutions and government agencies. This research aims to develop the Industrial Practice Assessment Model on Job Performance of Social Work and Family Science Expertise. Problem-solving is done using a Research and Development approach, through stages: (1) Preliminary Studies, (2) Model Development, and (3) Model Validation. Industrial Practice Assessment Model on Job Performance competence of social work and family science expertise produced has the advantage of having gone through the stages of needs identification, theoretical analysis, and validation tests through expert judgment practitioners from social institutions and government institutions. The results of validation of industrial practice assessment tools that have been designed are categorized as "Very feasible" so that the assessment tool can be implemented on the implementation of Industrial Practice in social institutions and government agencies. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum tersedianya instrument penilaian praktik industri pada job performance keahlian pekerjaan sosial dan ilmu keluarga yang sesuai dengan tuntutan standar di lembaga sosial dan lembaga pemerintah. Hal ini menyebabkan kompetensi mahasiswa saat melaksanakan praktik industri tidak dapat dinilai dengan baik karena belum ada acuan khusus dalam menilai kemampuan peserta didik. Dengan dikembangkan model penilaian praktik industri ini adalah diharapkan dapat memperjelas dan memudahkan dalam proses pelaksanaan penilaian praktik, sehingga pelaksanaan praktik industri dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Di samping itu, masih beragamnya instrumen penilaian yang digunakan untuk menilai job performance mahasiswa pada pelaksanaan praktik industri, sehingga diperlukan panduan penilaian yang sesuai standar operasional prosedur di lembaga sosial dan lembaga pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model penilaian praktik industri pada job performance keahlian pekerjaan sosial dan ilmu keluarga. Pemecahan masalah dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan research and development, melalui tahapan: (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) pengembangan model dan (3) validasi model. Model penilaian praktik industri pada job performance kompetensi keahlian pekerjaan sosial dan ilmu keluarga yang dihasilkan memiliki keunggulan karena telah melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, analisis teoritis dan uji validasi melalui expert judgement praktisi dari lembaga sosial dan lembaga pemerintah. Hasil validasi alat penilaian praktik industri yang telah dirancang dikategorikan “sangat layak”. Sehingga Model penilaian praktik industri pada job performance kompetensi keahlian pekerjaan sosial dan ilmu keluarga ini dapat diimplementasikan pada pelaksanaan praktik industri di lembaga sosial dan lembaga pemerintah.
