Abstract

Self-motivation to continue learning is very important for every student, Based on the results of the research that has been done, the researchers can draw the following conclusions: (1) Student learning motivation at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Tasikmadu Malang. Students who have a high interest in taking lessons seriously, actively, and diligently do the tasks given by the teacher. (2) The efforts of Akidah Akhlak teachers in improving student learning motivation at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Tasikmadu Malang. The efforts of Akidah Akhlak teachers in increasing student learning motivation are as follows: first, clarifying the goals to be achieved. Second, provide learning resources. Third, give advice. Fourth, give proper praise. Fifth, create a pleasant atmosphere in learning. Sixth, provide tests and assessments. (3) The inhibiting and supporting factors faced by Akidah Akhlak teachers in increasing students' learning motivation at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Tasikmadu Malang. a. The inhibiting factors are as follows: lack of understanding of students on the material being taught, and inadequate facilities. b. Supporting factors are as follows: students have a strong enough motivation, and adequate school facilities.

Abstract

One of the provisions in writing scientific papers is that there must be references in foreign languages. The problem arises that students have difficulty in capturing accurately and properly the message or meaning written in foreign language references due to differences in cultural context between Indonesian and foreign languages. This study aims to investigate the role of intercultural competence in writing scientific papers by students at the Nahdlatul Ulama Islamic University of Jepara. This study uses a qualitative research design with observation techniques, semi-structured interviews, and literature studies. Data analysis uses content analysis techniques. The participants observed were all 22 seventh semester students and 3 supervisors of writing scientific papers/thesis. The results of the study indicate that intercultural competence is very necessary to be taught to students who are completing scientific papers so that students can properly understand foreign language literature. The second finding revealed that there was a real impact of the role of intercultural competence in compiling scientific papers, namely increasing students' understanding of foreign language reference sources. The implication of the research results is that universities need to include intercultural competence in the study program curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh anak berkebutuhan khusus “Slow Learner” bisa mendapatkan pendidikan yang layak dengan pendidikan Inklusi khususnya di Pembelajran sehari-harinya. Jadi, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai implementasi pembelajaran pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus “Slow Learner” di SD Ngaliyan 05 dan identifikasi kendalanya. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskripsi kualitatif . Peneliti memanfaatkan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dalam mencari perolehan data yang valid untuk menunjang kebutuhan penelitian. Teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan serta verifikasi data merupakan teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti. Selanjutnya menggunakan triangulasi dalam menentukan keabsahan data. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus “Slow Learner” di SD Ngaliyan 05 dilakukan melalui 3 tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan tahapan evaluasi. Sedangkan faktor yang memberikan kelancaran dan penghambat terbagi menjadi dua hal, yaitu faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan.

Abstract

“Novel "Sayap-Sayap Patah" karya Kahlil Gibran mengeksplorasi kompleksitas manusia melalui perjalanan tokoh utama, Salma. Teori Abraham Maslow tentang hierarki kebutuhan menawarkan kerangka konseptual yang relevan untuk menganalisis evolusi Salma dalam memenuhi kebutuhan psikologisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana hierarki kebutuhan tokoh utama dalam "Sayap-Sayap Patah" tercermin melalui perjalanan karakternya. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana kebutuhan fisik, keamanan, sosial, penghargaan, dan aktualisasi diri dalam teori Maslow tercermin dalam karakterisasi dan perkembangan tokoh utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis naratif untuk mengeksplorasi perjalanan karakter tokoh utama. Data dianalisis secara mendalam untuk mengidentifikasi pencapaian Salma dalam setiap tingkatan hierarki kebutuhan Maslow. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Salma mengalami transformasi yang kompleks dalam memenuhi kebutuhan psikologisnya sepanjang cerita. Melalui pencapaian berbagai tingkat kebutuhan, Salma akhirnya mencapai aktualisasi diri dan memahami esensi kehidupan.

Abstract

Panglipuran Traditional Village in Bali has gained international recognition as one of the cleanest tourist villages in the world and serves as a model for culture-based sustainable tourism. The economic foundation of the village relies heavily on the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) rooted in local wisdom, which simultaneously function as drivers of economic growth and instruments of cultural preservation. This study seeks to examine the management practices, marketing strategies, and challenges faced by MSMEs in Panglipuran Village. The research applied qualitative methods, including field observation, in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, documentation review, and descriptive analysis. The findings reveal a strong synergy between customary values and economic activities, reflected in flagship products such as bamboo handicrafts, traditional cuisine, and signature beverages. Success factors include an effective organizational structure, the support of customary institutions, and the ability to adopt adaptive marketing approaches. Nonetheless, several challenges were identified, including limited utilization of digital marketing platforms, constraints in production capacity, and insufficient product innovation to meet the demands of broader markets. Recommendations highlight the importance of strengthening online marketing, diversifying product variations, and expanding cooperative networks both within and beyond the village. Overall, the study underscores the significant potential of culture-based MSMEs to enhance community welfare, increase competitiveness, and ensure the sustainability of local traditions within the dynamics of modern tourism.
