The Hotel is one form of accommodation that supports the tourism activity. Kota Bukit Indah Plaza Hotel a four-star hotel in Purwakarta regency has a decrease at the level of customer satisfaction. To increase the customer satisfaction, Kota Bukit Indah Plaza Hotel implementation the service encounter quality is a focus of the performance of the employees by providing the best quality of service delivery currently underway, in the event of contact between employees and individual guest are referred to as the service encounters quality. The purpose of this study was to determine service encounter quality at Kota Bukit Indah Plaza Hotel, the satisfaction of guest who stayed at Kota Bukit Indah Plaza Hotel, and the effect's service encounter quality of the guest satisfaction. In this study, the independent variable (X) was the service encounter quality that consisted of professionalism, civility, friendliness, and competence, and the dependent variable (Y) was individual guest satisfaction. This type of research was a descriptive and verification. The systematic random sampling technique was used to distribute 100 questionnaires for the respondents. The data were analyzed by using path analysis method. The results showed that the variables of service encounter quality had a significant influence on the individual guest satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the training on work performance, work discipline on work performance and training and work discipline on employee work performance The type of research used was descriptive, verification, with a total sample of 80 employees. The data analysis technique used is path analysis The findings from the research on hypothesis testing can be seen that training and work discipline have a positive influence / large category on employee work performance. The originality of this research is the difference found in the object of research, the period of research, the measurement tools and the results of the study.

The background of this research is a low performance of the employee. It is a decline in performance appraisal results and reduced production which exceeds the tolerance limit of the company . The purpose of reasearch (1) find out the description of work environment, (2) find out the description of motivation, (3) find out the description of employee's performance, (4) find out the effect of work environment on employee's performance, (5) find out the effect of motivation on employee's performance, (6) find out the influence of work environment and motivation on employee's performance in PT. Harian Pos Kota di Jakarta. and 7) The relationship between work environment with motivation. The research is an employee's of PT. Harian Pos Kota di Jakarta. This type of research is descriptive and verification. The method in this research is random sampling with sample 175 peoples. Technical analysis of the data used in multiple linear regression with SPSS 24.0. The result of this research is employee's performance is positively influenced by work environment, employee's performance is positively influenced by the motivation, employee's performance is positively influenced by the work. environmental and motivation, and there is a positive relationship by correlation between work environment and motivation

The purpose of this study is how much influence the reward system for performance, work discipline on performance and reward systems and work discipline on employee performance. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The method used in this research is explanatory survey with saturated sample technique and the number of respondents is 71 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The findings of the study on testing the hypothesis are known that reward systems and work discipline affect employee performance simultaneously. Differences found in the object of research, research period, measuring instruments and research results. The author also adds theories from foreign journals and foreign books

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of social work environment on job satisfaction, the influence of career development on job satisfaction, and the influence of social work environment and career development on job satisfaction. Object of analysis in this research is employees of government service. This type of research is using verificative with explanatory survey method of 106 respondents. This study indicates that the influence of the social work environment to job satisfaction are included in the low category. Career development included in medium category to job satisfaction. The influence of social work environment and career development on job satisfaction is medium category. The results of the present study suggest if social work environment in conducive conditions, then it will increase job satisfaction. The implementation of career development is good, then job satisfaction will increase. In addition if social work environmental conditions are conducive and implementation of career development is good, then the job satisfaction will increase.

 Purpose - The purpose of this study is to know the description of discipline, job performance and promotion positions.Design/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. An employee analysis unit of 96 respondents. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results showed that the work discipline is in the category quite appropriate with the score of 75.4%, job performance in high category with score 76.9% and job promotion in the high category with score 77.9%.Originality/value - This research provides a fundamental understanding for issues of work discipline, job performance and promotion. The difference of this research with the previous research is the object of research that is studied in service sector, theory and reference used are the latest theories.Â

This research aims to determine the Effect of Luxury Brand on Purchase Intention iPhone X on member of the Indonesian iDevice Community. Type of this research is descriptive verification. Dependent variable of this research is purchase intention (Y), and luxury brand (X) as independent variable. The population are member of the Indonesian iDevice Community. This research uses a simple random sampling method and probability sampling techniques to 200 member. Data analysis technique using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with IBM SPSS AMOS version 24.0 for Windows. The findings of this research indicates that luxury brand and purchase intention are in good category. Luxury brand has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. Extended self which is one of luxury brand’s dimension gives the biggest contribution of purchase intention building.

ABSTRACT:Â This study aims to describe the political marketing mix and the decision to elect the Governor and deputy governor of West Java in 2018 to students of the Indonesian Education University. This study uses a descriptive approach with the explanatory survey method. The unit of analysis is the 2013-2017 UPI undergraduate students with 106 people. Data collection is done using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is a descriptive technique using frequency distribution. The findings in this study show that the picture of the political marketing mix is in a fairly good category, and the picture of the decision to choose is in a fairly good category, and the political marketing mix has a significant influence on the decision to choose with a quite high influence of 62%. The difference in this study lies in the object of research, the time of the study, the measuring instrument, the literature used, the theory used and the results of the study.Â
