Abstract

Pesantren and Madrasah were born because of the acculturation of local culture and Islam, so Islamic education practitioners should be open, adaptive, and not anti-cultural. The principle that should be followed is to preserve the old values ??or traditions that are still good and take on new values ??or traditions that are better. That way, Islamic education will advance and modern, but not uprooted from its historical roots. The method used is a library method that focuses on the study of reference books that discuss the education of Islamic boarding schools and madrassas. The purpose of this paper is to be able to understand the meaning of pesantran / madrasa education in particular in Indonesia Cottage. Islamic boarding schools have gone through various periods of time, this shows that this Islamic educational institution shows a strong survival. This resilience was born because of the existence of idealism and consistency in the progress of his struggle. Supposedly, idealistic values ??such as the sincerity of the kiai and his sincere commitment to maintaining and developing Islamic teachings can be used as a foothold of idealism for educational practitioners today. The goal is to make educational institutions and activities a place for commercialization and politicization, to reap profits and power.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the key drivers of socio-economic development in a number of major countries and regions, especially in the city of Surabaya. Mangrove ecotourism is a traditional model of tourism that is undergoing transformation that raises some fact that tourism has the characteristics that are plants that can be made the syrups, taffy, etc. On the east coast of Surabaya the mangrove forest is a very attractive destination, because in addition to ecotourism there are collection egret birds that live there as a transit point as well as other animals such as monkeys. Newer classifications of tourism sector in Wonorejo consider include: beach tourism, domestic tourism, cultural tourism, rural tourism, camping tours, marine tours, cruises and city tours. The coordinates on the X-axis strength variable or = 0.754 and weakness variable or Y axis = 0.055. It means that sustainable mangrove ecotourism in Wonorejo are in a favorable situation because it has a pretty good chance and strength so that should be applied in these circumstances is the aggressive growth policy or aggressive strategies. Resolution of issues that need to be done include : (1) Sustainable mangrove ecotourism can generate local tax revenues to finance infrastructure improvements and quality of service (schools, NGO, park and recreation, roads, etc.). (2) Sustainable mangrove ecotourism can stimulate the development of local companies dedicated to this activity. (3) Social and cultural awareness which leads to the formation of larger socio-cultural association to preserve the diverse tourist. (4) Sustainable mangrove ecotourism can contribute to forest rehabilitation and conservation, animal and building conservation, and environmental improvement. (5) The siding of Surabaya government in developing mangrove ecotourism to be more recognized by the public both inside and outside the country. Relying on technology to create sustainable rural tourism offering travelers up to their potential and increase the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the beach and the sun. Coordination and planning of all initiatives in tourism, undertake the new threats and vulnerabilities emerge, encourage environmental sustainability and products competitive that meet the needs of more experienced people as well as all aimed at improving the current situation, not only economically but also socially.

Abstract

This article suggests the problematic of educators and students as learning actors so it is important to interact educative, conductively, effectively, and efficiently. Students as the next generation, it is important to be equipped with religious education (PAI) in order to have personality integrity. The success of students in PAI learning is influenced by creativity, commitment, dedication, and competence of educators implementing learning. It is important to examine the problem of educators and students in learning, the problem of learning Islamic education, and the solution to that problem. This research is Research and Development (R&D). The research findings in the field show among others: the problem of educators is the complexity of the character of students; limited learning time; mastery of subject matter; availability of learning tools; limited learning infrastructure; mastery of learning strategies and methods; participation in scientific training and meetings; and the density of activities at the cottage. The problem of students is also monotonous learning strategies and methods; high teaching material; memorization strategy; motivation to compete; and lack of discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance differences by those who are taught using Quipper through a facebook account in assigning creative worksheets and those who are not taught using Quipper in the field of Islamic education studies. This research method is an experiment with Quasi Nonequivalent control group design. The population was 70 people and the sample was divided into experiment class and control class with a total of 35 people each. The research instrument was the Observation Sheet, Student Learning Outcomes Test in the form of worksheets, questionnaires, study documents, and triangulation. Quantitative data analysis with descriptive and inferential non-parametric statistical techniques Mann Whitney U-Test test. Data analysis was assisted by SPSS application version 24. The results of the study were the use of Quipper School through a Facebook account in assigning creative worksheets to improve the effectiveness of Islamic education learning in SMK Negeri 1 Sengkang meeting the KKM, and there were significant differences between use and not use Quipper School through facebook account in assigning creative worksheets, and in the mann-whitney test, it is known the value of Asymp. Sig. (2- tailed) of 0,000 is smaller than probability value of 0.05 then the hypothesis H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. The next important study is the development of Quipper School media through a Facebook account on strengthening psychomotor competence in the field of Islamic education studies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the transition from conventional learning to digital learning. The research method is Research and Development carried out at IAIN Parepare. The research stages start from FGD, product design, expert validation, product testing, verification, publication and implementation. This research shows that research-based digital learning is very important and must be implemented. Research-based digital learning utilizes digital features in creating content, research as a strategy in implementing learning. The results of the research are made up of content as teaching materials, then setting the evaluation system in the form of assessment tools. Abstract

This study examines the pedagogic competence of Islamic education teachers, the principal’s strategy, constraints and solutions. The aim is to find problems, solutions, and strategies implemented by principals of public elementary schools to improve teachers’ pedagogic competence. This research method is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. This research's informants are school principals and Islamic education teachers. The results of the study are: first, the teacher masters the curriculum, learning theory and principles, is able to organize learning, is communicative, empathetic, polite, evaluates, and follows up; second, increasing teacher competence through workshops, supervision, mentoring, further study, and participating in training; third, the obstacle is the lack of teacher training, facilities and infrastructure, and teacher commitment. The solutions are to activate MGMP meetings, continue studies, workshops, monitoring, and school meetings. The research implication is that school principals must carry out their main duties properly, and teachers, as partners, carry out educational tasks in schools.

Abstract

Contemporary learning trends lead to digital implementation. Digitalization of learning has implications for the effectiveness and efficiency of achieving learning objectives. Demand and need for implementing digital-based learning in Moral and Islamic Religious Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti, PAI dan BP) because the students are millennials. Digital-based learning design includes objectives, teaching materials, digital media, methods, and evaluation (assessment tools). This study aimed to find a digital-based learning model for PAI and BP subjects at senior high schools. This type of research was qualitative. Observation, interviews, and document studies carried out techniques of data collection. Data was collected through various settings, sources, and methods. Data analysis techniques used data condensation, information disclosure, and conclusion. The study results showed that the digital-based Islamic religious learning approach was scientific and student-centered; Islamic religious learning used Google Classroom, assisted by WhatsApp. Teaching materials were designed as power points, pdf books, and videos. The digital learning model with a student-centered approach has several indicators, including interactive digital learning strategies, lecture methods, assignments, simulations, inquiry, and Islamic religious learning-specific scenarios, namely habituation, exemplary, praise, and threats. Learning techniques use WhatsApp, connected to other social media such as Facebook and Instagram. Learning tactics through humor, singing, rhetoric, and surprise. The implications of implementing digital-based learning models can create a learning atmosphere that encourages students to be more interactive, foster creativity, and develop independent learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan keberhasilan penerapan model literasi Al-Qur’an berbasis digital dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar PAI peserta didik kelas VIII.1 di UPTD SMP Negeri 4 Parepare. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan model siklus dari Kemmis dan Taggart yang terdiri dari 2 siklus dengan empat tahapan pada siklusnya yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan/observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model literasi Al-Qur’an berbasis digital melalui 2 siklus telah berhasil diterapkan pada peserta didik. Pada Siklus I terdapat 2 peserta didik yang merasa tidak senang menerapkan, 5 peserta didik merasa tidak mudah menerapkan dan 2 peserta didik yang merasa tidak terbantu dalam belajar, artinya pada siklus I terdapat 9 peserta didik atau 45 % yang masih terkendala dalam penerapannya. Dan setelah diadakan perbaikan pada siklus II keberhasilannya mencapai 100%. Adapun peningkatan motivasi belajar melalui penerapan model literasi Al-Qur’an berbasis digital, data menunjukkan bahwa: (1)) Kondisi awal motivasi belajar peserta didik sebelum dilakukan penelitian dapat digambarkan bahwa sebanyak 20 peserta didik hanya 2 peserta didik atau 10% berada pada kategori motivasi sangat baik, 3 peserta didik atau 15% kategori motivasi baik, 3 peserta didik atau 15% kategori motivasi cukup dan 12 peserta didik atau 60% kategori motivasi kurang. (2) Setelah dilakukakan tindakan pada siklus I, motivasi belajar peserta didik sudah mengalami peningkatan. Dari 20 peserta didik, meski tidak ada lagi peserta didik berada pada kategori kurang, namun sebagian besar peserta didik masih berkategori cukup yaitu 12 atau 60%, 6 peserta didik atau 30% kategori motivasi baik, dan 2 peserta didik atau 10% kategori motivasi sangat baik, artinya pada kategori baik baru terjadi peningkatan sebanyak 15% dan 10% pada kategori amat baik, sehingga peneliti merasa masih perlu melanjutkan penelitian pada siklus II. (3) Setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus II, meskipun masih terdapat 2 peserta didik atau 10% yang memiliki motivasi belajar kategori cukup namun motivasi belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan. Dari 20 peserta didik 11 peserta didik atau 55% kategori motivasi baik, 7 peserta didik atau 35% berada pada kategori motivasi sangat baik, artinya pada kategori ini telah terjadi peningkatan sebanyak 25%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa peningkatan motivasi belajar hasil ketercapaiannya sudah sangat tinggi yakni 90%. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dihentikan pada siklus II.
