Abstract

This study aims to identify adolescents' knowledge about reproductive health before and after health education is carried out in the working area of the UPTD Puskesmas Munjul Majalengka Regency in 2022. This type of research is a quantitative study with one group pre-test and post-test design. The population is 2467 people and the sample in this study is adolescents in the working area of the UPTD Munjul Health Center, Majalengka Regency, as many as 100 people in 2022. Data collection used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the average knowledge of adolescents about reproductive health before being given health education was 60.29% and after being given health education was 80.71%. The results of the hypothesis test with an alpha error rate of 0.05 obtained a value of p <0.05 meaning that there is an effect of health education on adolescent reproductive health knowledge in the working area of the UPTD Munjul Health Center, Majalengka Regency in 2022. It is hoped that health workers can improve health promotion programs such as counseling to adolescents in particular about the importance of reproductive health in order to optimize better adolescent health services.

Abstract

Akupresur adalah salah satu teknik pemijatan yang mudah dipelajari dan aman serta efektif digunakan sejak ratusan tahun dengan mengunakan akupresur diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat akupreseur laktasi terhadap produksi ASI Pada Ibu Nifas 1-3 Hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasy Eksperiment) dengan pendekatan One Group Pretest dan Posttest design. Penelitian ini untuk melihat perbedaan produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pijat laktasi di PMB Bidan M. Rata-rata frekuensi bayi mendapat ASI sebelum pijat akupresure sebanyak 3,83 dengan frekuensi terendah 3 kali dan tertinggi 5 kali. Rata-rata frekuensi bayi mendapatkan ASI meningkat setelah mendapatkan terapi pijat akupresure laktasi menyusui ibu menjadi 7,27 kali dengan frekuensi terendah sebanyak 5 kali dan tertinggi 9 kali. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan keadaan payudara ibu tegang sebelum bayi menyusu, adanya ASI yang merembes dari puting susu ibu saat dipencet dengan tangan, adanya peningkatan frekuensi menyusu bayi dalam sehari, frekuensi BAK bayi 6-8 kali sehari, bayi tidur tenang setiap selesai menyusu, dan keluar BAB 2-5 kali sehari. Sehingga hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi pijat akupresure berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI

Abstract

The KIA book is a book that aims to improve the quality of MCH services so that it can reduce MMR and IMR. The importance of pregnant women's knowledge in using the KIA book is for early detection if they experience complications or danger signs during pregnancy. One of the factors that influences pregnant women's knowledge is health education. Objective: This research aims to determine the effect of health education on pregnant women's knowledge about the use of Maternal and Child Health (KIA) books. Method: This research used a pre-experimental research design in the form of one group pretest posttest, involving 21 research samples, the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection uses knowledge questionnaires and SAP. Data analysis used frequency distribution and paired t-test. Results: The average knowledge of pregnant women about the use of MCH books before health education was 11.19. The average knowledge of pregnant women about the use of MCH books after health education is 17.71. The p value = 0.000 < α value = 0.05, thus Ho is rejected. Conclusion: There is an influence of health education on pregnant women's knowledge about the use of KIA books at the UPTD of the Majalengka Health Center, Majalengka Regency. Suggestion: Health workers should help pregnant women understand the MCH book, such as body changes, pregnancy problems, and the care needed during pregnancy and postpartum, which ultimately contributes to improving maternal health.
