Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out the factors that influence the purchasing decision of millenial Muslim generation toward the halal tourism products of Lombok based on the destination personality, brand attractiveness, and brand awareness. Lombok is the only region in Indonesia that has received the most awards in three categories of twelve categories received by Indonesia at the award ceremony of the World Halal Tourism 2016 in Abu Dhabi, Uni Emirat Arab, as The Wolrd’s Best Halal Beach Resort, The World’s Best Halal Tourism Website, and The World’s Best Halal Honeymoon Destination. Data analysis of the study uses SEM WarPLS 6.0. the research findings show Brand Awareness is the only variable of halal tourism concept that does not influence the purchasing decision toward the halal tourism product of Lombok by millenial Muslim generation. The result of the study is expected to be an additional reference for the effort to develop the halal tourism in Indonesia. Keywords: Millenial Muslim Generation

Abstract

The competition between modern physical retailers in the industrial revolution 4.0 have an impact on the number of physical retail stores that have been forced to close, due to declining turnover. This encourages management to focus more on the performance of employees to be able to achieve. Outstanding employees are able to exceed the target set by the company. The factors that are thought to affect work performance are motivation, knowledge, ability, expertise, education, experience, training, interests, and attitudes. In this study, the factors that are focused are motivational factors. The theory that became the basis was pioneered by McClelland, which included achievement motivation, power motivation, and affiliate motivation. This research method is a quantitative method, with an expalanatory causal approach. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 31 retail employees from 3 branches. Data analysis using WarpPLS 6.0 software. The results of the study explain that overall motivation affects work productivity.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to discuss the perceived influence of organizational support on turnover intentions in hospital employees in West Bandung. This research was conducted on 67 respondents of hospital employees using quantitative methods. The data collection tool consists of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis using averages and simple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS24 program. The results of this study indicate that the perception of organizational support at Hospital X is categorized quite high and considered a significant influence between the perception of organizational support for turnover intention in Hospital employees. The result view negative relationships between variables. The perceived increase in organizational support will reduce turnover intentions. Keywords: Perceived Organizational Support (POS), Turnover Intention. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan rumah sakit di Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 67 responden karyawan rumah sakit dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis statistik desktiptif dengan menggunakan rata-rata dan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support pada rumah sakit berada dikategori cukup tinggi dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan rumah sakit. Dari hasil terlihat, terdapat hubungan yang negatif antara kedua variabel. Peningkatan perceived organizational support akan menurunkan tingkat turnover intention. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Work-Family Conflict on the satisfaction of hospital nurses in Bandung. This study took 103 samples of female nurses in the hospital using quantitative methods. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was the WarpPLS7.0 program. The results of this study indicate that Work-Family Conflict has a significant negative effect on the satisfaction of female hospital nurses. Increasing the p Work-Family Conflict will decrease the level of satisfaction. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara Work Family Conflict pada kepuasan perawat rumah sakit di Bandung. Abstract

Companies that want to grow and progress rapidly need strategies and take care of their employees. Nowadays, the concept of an environmentally friendly company is able to provide benefits. The advantage that will be obtained is that the company is able to reduce costs because it is replaced by an online system, reduce emissions or waste, and the company can also seek to recycle waste into other finished goods. This study aims to analyze the application of the concept of go green company the textile industry in Bandung. The respondents studied were 22 supervisors/ managers. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results obtained, the implementation of Green HRM has been carried out well. Keywords: Descriptive, Green HRM, Waste, Go green. Abstrak Perusahaan yang ingin berkembang dan maju pesat perlu strategi dan menjaga para karyawan. Di masa sekarang konsep perusahaan ramah lingkungan mampu memberikan keuntungan. Keuntungan yang akan diperoleh adalah perusahaan mampu mengurangi biaya karena tergantikan oleh sistem online, mengurangi emisi atau sampah, dan perusahaan juga bisa mengupayakan untuk mendaur ulang limbah menjadi barang jadi lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan konsep perusahaan ramah lingkungan di industri tekstil di kota Bandung. Responden yang diteliti sebanyak 22 supervisor / manajer. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deksriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh, penerapan Green HRM sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Kata kunci: Deskriptif, Green HRM, Limbah, Ramah Lingkungan
