Abstract

Manajemen komunikasi merupakan hal yang penting untuk dilaksanakan dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan terutama oleh kepala sekolah dalam memberikan motivasi kepada guru-guru dalam meningktkan kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana kepala sekoah SDIT Izzati Depok melaksanakan manajemen komunikasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dan teknik pencarian data dengan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah SDIT Izzati Depok manjalankan manajemen komunikasi dengan tahapan-tahapan seperti perencanaan menyiapkan pesan motivasi dalam setiap kegiatan. Pengorganisasian memanfaatkan sumber daya dalam menjalankan komunikasi. Pelaksanaan komunikasi dijalankan dengan mempraktikan semua perencanaan dan memilih media komunikasi yang tepat. Terkahir pengawasan adanya supervisi yang dijalankan sekaligus mengevaluasi komunikasi yang dijalankan.

Abstract

The variety of systems and policies offered by educational institutions in Indonesia shows that there are innovative practitioners in terms of education in Indonesia. Some of these institutions have been established classically and traditionally, one of which is the pesantren. The orientation of Islamic boarding schools in building the character strength of generations based on spiritual qualities is an offer that is much needed in the current era of globalization. The purpose of writing this thesis is to be able to find out how the practice of implementing academic supervision for salafiyah Islamic boarding schools at Nurul Hidayah Sadeng Islamic Boarding School, Central Bogor, the academic supervision model applied to salafiyah Islamic boarding schools, and formulate what methods are good and good to use at salafiyah Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a qualitative approach. In the form of research that produces descriptive data in the form of categories, characteristics, or certain characteristics. Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah Pusat is one of the largest and leading salaf-based Islamic educational institutions in West Bogor. The Islamic boarding school founded by KH. Uqon Bulqoeny in 1959M is located on Jl. KH. Mama Bakry Kp. Sadeng Kaum Rt.05/02 Des.Sadeng Kec. Leuwisadeng Regency. Bogor. The academic supervision method used by the principal at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah uses a collaborative approach, namely direct and indirect approaches. The supervision technique used uses two techniques, namely individual techniques and group techniques. Individual techniques include: class visits, individual observations and meetings. Group techniques by holding teacher meetings and training to improve teacher competence. In supervising the head of the madrasah or the leadership of the pesantren, it is better to apply more varied, efficient and innovative academic supervision methods and techniques so that they can be used to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities in Islamic boarding schools in particular.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the leadership of the principal as a leader and manager in schools at SDN 01 Pagi, Central Jakarta. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The participant in this research is the principal of the school. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The results show that the principal in carrying out his duties and functions uses a democratic leadership style. As a leader and manager, the principal is able to create a conducive atmosphere between teachers who have different school origins, build cooperation with parents in participating in maintaining and developing schools, providing facilities to improve information technology capabilities for their subordinates.

Abstract

Pesantren tahfizh memainkan peran penting dalam membimbing santri tidak hanya dalam menghafal, tetapi juga dalam memahami isi al-Qur'an dan menanamkan nilai-nilai moral. Akan tetapi lembaga pendidikan pesantren khususnya pesantren tahfzih masih belum mampu mewujudkan hal di atas, padahal santri yang berada di usia SMP sedang berada di masa mencari jati diri, berkembangnya aspek kognitif, kurangnya kecerdasan emosional, dan ingin memiliki peran sosial di masyarakat. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadi banyak masalah-masalah yang terkait aspek personal, berpikir rasional, sosial, dan vokasional pada santri tahfizh. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan solusi yaitu dengan modul pendidikan life skill. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul pendidikan life skill untuk santri tahfizh tingkat SMP. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dan menggunakan model ADDIE. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modul ini dinilai "sangat layak" oleh berbagai pihak. Ahli materi memberikan skor rata-rata 3,60 (90,21%), ahli bahasa 3,66 (91,66%), ahli media dan psikologi masing-masing 3,50 (87,50%), praktisi 3,65 (91,41%). Penilaian dari 12 santri tahfizh mendapatkan skor 3,33 (83,49%). Semua hasil menunjukkan bahwa modul ini sangat baik dan layak untuk digunakan.
