Abstract

PT Non Ferindo Utama is a manufacturing company engaged in the industry that serves and sells pure tin. This study aims to answer questions about the effect of work quality and work professionalism partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT Non Ferindo Utama. The research methodology used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of the production of PT Non Ferindo Utama. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling with simple random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 32 respondents who are production employees. The data collection technique used questionnaire data which was processed using the SPSS program. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a partial effect of work quality variables, as well as work professionalism on the performance of PT Non Ferindo Utama employees. Simultaneously, the variables of work quality and work professionalism also affect the performance of PT Non Ferindo Utama employees. Due to the influence of work quality and work professionalism both partially and simultaneously on employee performance, PT Non Ferindo Utama needs to pay more attention to the quality of work on employees and work professionalism in the organization to improve employee performance as expected by the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to discuss about comparative analysis of Indonesian household consumption expenditure 2018-2021. This type of research is included in descriptive research. The data taken in this study used secondary data. Indonesian household consumption expenditure data from 2018 to 2021. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive qualitative. The research results show that even though it had experienced a deep contraction in 2020, expenditure for household consumption that is leisure and lifestyle experienced positive growth in 2021 of 2.97 percent. This shows that there has been a fairly good recovery during 2021

Abstract

Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) adalah sulitnya mendapatkan data alumni yang cepat yang disebabkan oleh banyaknya alumni yang berpindah alamat, pekerjaan, dan posisi jabatan tanpa memberikan informasi ke pihak SMK. Kebanyakan alumni putus komunikasi setelah mereka lulus, dan SMK jarang sekali melakukan penelusuran alumni secara khusus mengingat aktivitas pembelajaran di SMK sudah cukup padat. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui media zoom meeting mengingat kondisi waktu itu masih pandemi Covid-19 dan masih pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat (PPKM) di Indonesia. Tujuan sosialisasi ini untuk memperkenalkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem penelusuran alumni berbasis web di 6 SMK Pusat Keunggulan yang secara khusus didampingi oleh kampus Universitas Insan Pembangunan Indonesia. Hasil sosialisasi diharapkan dapat membantu SMK untuk memahami manfaat sistem dan mengimplementasikan sistem penelusuran alumni sehingga mempermudah sekolah dalam memperoleh data alumni secara cepat.

Abstract

Bullying among adolescents, especially vocational school students, still often occurs, which starts from joking and insulting each other on purpose and in the end leads to bullying. Technical guidance is intended for teachers and school elements, carried out for one day with three speakers including a psychologist. The involvement of all elements of the school in this technical assistance aims to provide understanding and education to all elements of the school, especially teachers to understand the symptoms of bullying, types, behavior, impacts, and ways to prevent bullying. The technical guidance went smoothly and ended with a discussion and questions and answers as well as group photos. This technical guidance is expected to assist teachers and all elements of the school in early detection and dealing with bullying experienced by students.

Abstract

Pengelolaan bank sampah merupakan salah satu upaya strategis dalam mengatasi permasalahan lingkungan sekaligus mendukung penguatan ekonomi masyarakat. Bank sampah merupakan salah satu strategi penerapan 3R (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle) dalam pengelolaan sampah pada sumbernya di tingkat masyarakat dengan pola insentif ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat sekitar melalui program edukasi dan layanan yang telah disiapkan, mengkaji implementasi digitalisasi pengelolaan bank sampah melalui Sistem AsriGO dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat melalui pelatihan serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di wilayah Perumahan Serdang Asri 2 yang akan menggunakan sistem AsriGO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi dengan AsriGO mempermudah proses pencatatan, penilaian dan transaksi sampah, serta meningkatkan partisipasi dan pendapatan anggota. Pelatihan yang terintegrasi dalam sistem membantu masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah yang lebih efektif, sehingga berkontribusi pada penguatan ekonomi lokal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perluasan pelatihan dan peningkatan fitur AsriGO untuk mendukung keberlanjutan pengelolaan bank sampah secara Digital

In the exploration titled "Media as the Alchemist of Societal Perception: Navigating the Complex Maze of Influence, Responsibility, and Narrative Alchemy," the study delved into the intricate dynamics of media's role as a transformative force. The research in the past tense unfolded against the backdrop of an evolving media landscape, where mass media transcended its conventional role to become a modern alchemist. The investigation aimed to unravel the multifaceted dimensions of media's influence, scrutinizing its ethical responsibilities and engaging with the alchemy of narrative construction. As media, akin to an alchemist, wielded the tools of linguistic and visual elements, the study explored how it actively shaped societal consciousness. The journey through this exploration revealed that media, in its contemporary incarnation, went beyond being a mere disseminator of information. It emerged as an active participant in crafting narratives that influenced collective perceptions, navigating a labyrinth where the boundaries between reality and perception blurred. The study scrutinized the ethical considerations accompanying media's transformative role, delving into the delicate balance between informative storytelling and potential narrative manipulation. Abstract

Problems that occur in the field show that the performance of teachers in several Aliyah Madrasah in Tangerang Regency is still not optimal, which is reflected in the low discipline in the implementation of tasks, lack of innovation in learning methods, and the achievement of student learning outcomes that are not in accordance with the set educational quality standards. This condition indicates the existence of managerial and leadership factors of madrasah heads that need attention, considering the strategic role of madrasah heads as educational leaders in mobilizing all school resources to achieve educational goals, this study aims to analyze the contribution of leadership management to the governance of Islamic educational institutions by focusing on its influence on teacher performance and education quality. In the research conducted in this madrasah, a quantitative method was used with a survey research design on 85 teachers from three Aliyah Madrasah in Tangerang Regency.
