Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMdes) are business entities who’s entire or most of the capital is owned through direct participation originating from separated village assets to manage service assets and other businesses for the most excellent welfare of the village community. However, usually, BUMdes administrators tend to experience uncertainty when starting their business. Therefore, we need a work plan made by BUMdes in the field of entrepreneurship. These activities must be written and official to run their business because BUMdes is like a company, so planning and mapping are needed and later will require an evaluation process of the business model they have established. One way to simplify business model mapping and analysis is to use the Business Model Canvas by drawing nine canvas blocks. The nine blocks are interrelated with each other so that companies can design and evaluate strategies in each of the canvas blocks. This service is carried out in the village of Sepakat Loa Kulu, Kutai Kartanegara. This community service activity uses the training method and structured assistance. The result of this activity is that the BUMDes members in the village agree that Loa Kulu Kutai Kartanegara can plan the BUMDes business by using the Business Model Canvas to facilitate the mapping and analysis of the BUMDes business model in the Sepakat Village with the ultimate goal of advancing the economy in the Sepakat Village of Kutai Kartanegara

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, likuiditas, dan aktivitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016- 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sehingga dari 30 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI, terdapat 15 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Pengujian ini dilakukan menggunakan Eviews 10. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan path analysis untuk profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal dan aktivitas berpengaruh, sedangkan likuiditas dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas tidak mempu memediasi hubungan variabel struktur modal, likuiditas, dan aktivitas terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Struktur modal, likuiditas, aktivitas, profitabilitas, dan nilai perusahaan.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan programSPSS Statistik 21 dengan jumlah sampel 135 responden yang berdomisili Jakarta Timur, Pusat, Selatan, Barat, Utara, Bekasi, Depok dan Bogordengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa celebrity dan brand imagememiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Bittersweet By Najla. Manfaat penelitian ini bagi Bittersweet By Najla adalah sebagaibahan masukan dan evaluasi agar tetap mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dengan menggunakan strategi marketingcelebrity endorser dan brand image sehingga dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor lainnya. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk, pemasaran media sosial, dan kesadaran merek terhadapkeputusan pembelian di Restoran Gajah Mungkur. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Hasil dari 200 responden yangdiolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS Statistics 27 menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembeliandengan nilai T hitung> T tabel = 2,615> 1,972. Variabel pemasaran media sosial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai T hitung> Ttabel = 3,896> 1,972. Variabel Brand Awarness berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai T hitung> T tabel = 13.132> 1.972.Variabel pemasaran media sosial, kualitas layanan, dan lokasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai F hitung> Ftabel = 189,771> 2,650. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti variabel kualitas produk, pemasaran media sosial, dankesadaran merek berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teamwork, perilaku inovatif dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 150 karyawan dengan teknik random sampling sebanyak 150 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumenter. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang diuji dengan menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa teamwork, perilaku inovatif dan motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Teamwork, Perilaku Inovatif, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

In the manufacturing industry, employee job satisfaction not only has an impact on performance or contribution given to the company, but also has an impact on work discipline, loyalty and work quality. In types of industries with monotonous working conditions and uncomfortable working environments, job satisfaction is a challenge not only for company management but also for employees. This study aims to explore the role of workplace cold violence, abusive supervision and organizational support on employee job satisfaction, especially in the manufacturing industry. This study uses a qualitative research method, where researchers conduct a study of theories, literature and previous research results that discuss the relationship between all independent variables and dependent variables. The literature collected is scientific articles published in journals in the last seven years. Based on the results of the study and analysis conducted by researchers on the literature and the results of previous studies that discuss the relationship and influence of workplace cold violence, abusive supervision and organizational support variables on job satisfaction, it proves that there is a strong relationship between each independent variable and the dependent variable. Workplace cold violence and abusive supervision have been shown to have a negative effect on job satisfaction, while organizational support has been shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, key opinion leader strategy, and digital promotion on consumer repurchase intention in the context of digital business. In the era of digital transformation, companies increasingly rely on technology-based marketing strategies and social media to retain customers and increase repeat purchases. Two hundred people who have shopped online are surveyed for this quantitative study. Multiple linear regression techniques were employed for the data analysis. Concurrently, the data demonstrated that digital promotion, Key Opinion Leader approach, and service quality all significantly impact repurchase intention. One of the most important factors in determining whether or not a customer will buy from a company again is the key opinion leader approach. The results demonstrate the significant impact that public figures' trust and influence can have on consumers' perceptions and decisions. By emphasizing the importance of service quality and collaborating with relevant key opinion leaders, this study offers practical implications for online business actors looking to build efficient marketing strategies.
