Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan dimensi kehidupan yang sangat penting, dengan memiliki mental yang sehat dapat membuat kehidupan berjalan dengan baik. Kesehatan mental diartikan sebagai kondisi mental yang normal dan tetap memiliki motivasi untuk melanjutkan hidupnya secara berkualitas, baik dalam kehidupan pribadi, keluarga, pekerjaan ataupun kehidupan lainnya. Lingkungan kerja tentunya memiliki peran penting dalam kehidupan individu (karyawan), lingkungan kerja tidak hanya dipergunakan sebagai tempat untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan hidup, tetapi juga dapat menimbulkan sumber stres yang akan berdampak negatif pada kesehatan mental karyawan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini menguji kesehatan mental dan strategi coping terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pindad Persero selama pandemi covid-19.  Peneliti melakukan penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang diujikan kepada 68 responden. Hasil mendapatkan temuan empirik bahwa pengaruh kesehatan mental dan strategi coping memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel kesehatan mental sebesar 10,6%. Sementara untuk sisanya sebesar 89,4% dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

Abstract

UMKM salah satu sektor yang dapat menopang perekonomian bangsa Indonesia dikarenakan menyerap banyak sekali tenaga kerja. Dimana pada saat itu perusahaan baik yang berskala internasional dan nasional banyak sekali yang gulung tikar. Tujuan pembentukan unit bisnis pelatihan dan konsultasi UMKM;   GoBisnis123 ini menjadi salah satu konsultan yang dapat menjadi mitra UMKM untuk memberikan solusi  yang terjadi yakni proses produksi, keuangan dan pemasaran. Konsultan ini telah berjalan selama 4 bulan serta metode  yang dilakukan adar konsultan ini dapat berkembang diantaranya dengan mengadakan kegiatan bechmarking ke Rumah BUMN Bandung BRI, brainstroming dan membaca litelatur yang sesuai dengan tujuan yang akan diperoleh. Hasil dari kegiatan GoBisnis123 yakni pembuatan struktur organisasi, jobdesk, dokumen SOP, website dan database UMKM berdasarkan segmentasi pasar wilayah Jawa Barat.

Abstract

This study used the descriptive analysis method. The activities carried out are data analysis and distribution of questionnaires. The number of respondents was collected by as many as 115 people. Of the 115 respondents, the population of this study are customers of Bank BRI or have ever transacted at BRI bank. The statistical analysis used is regression analysis using the SPSS version 22 application. The results of this study indicate that the service quality is satisfied based on the mean value of 4.06. The results of the data analysis show that the mean value of consumer satisfaction is 3.87. This value indicates that the level of consumer satisfaction is sufficient to be satisfied. The regression coefficient shows that service quality influence 0.304 to customer satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000. Thus, it can be concluded that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Document archiving is something that is often done by every company, one of which is PT Nusantara Turbine and Propulsion. Document archiving at PT Nusantara Turbine and Propulsion, especially in the Aero Engines Sales and Trading Division, still uses conventional systems. Therefore, the process of searching for documents can take quite a long time. In addition, there is a case experienced by secretaries, namely the loss of archives. This loss of archives is caused by borrowing archives. To overcome this problem, an electronic archive system was created that can store and display information about archives. The system can also record the data of the person who borrowed the archive. In this case, the application that supports the process of designing and creating the system is Microsoft Access. System design and creation can be started from DFD Level 0 and Level 1 and ERD design. As for the creation is done in Microsoft Access which starts from creating tables, forms, reports to queries. The results of the project are the front page, login form, main menu, data input menu, report menu and document search. All features that have been made are tested to the secretary as a user of SAEDPB. The results of the trial were declared acceptable because there were no obstacles when operating. With the search feature and storage of documents in the form of soft files, it is expected to help secretaries in rediscovering archives easily and quickly. This is supported by several studies that say that electronic records management can make it easier for someone when archiving and rediscovering archives. Therefore, the use of SAEDPB is expected to make work more effective and efficient, especially in archiving.
