Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational justice on job satisfaction among internship participants at Gran Melia Jakarta, a hospitality company operating in Jakarta. The background of this study stems from a discrepancy between the written provisions of the internship program and their implementation in practice, particularly regarding compensation considered disproportionate to workload and inconsistent enforcement of attendance regulations. This research employed a quantitative approach using simple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to all 124 internship participants using a census technique. In this study, the independent variable (X) is organizational justice, while the dependent variable (Y) is job satisfaction. The results of the descriptive analysis indicate that the levels of organizational justice and job satisfaction among internship participants at Gran Melia Jakarta are generally categorized as very good. For the organizational justice variable, the interactional justice dimension received the highest rating. Meanwhile, for the job satisfaction variable, the work experience and supervision dimensions emerged as the highest-rated aspects. Hypothesis testing revealed that organizational justice has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction among internship participants. These findings indicate that the higher the participants' perception of organizational justice implementation within the company, the higher the level of job satisfaction they experience during the internship program. Academically, this study enriches the literature on organizational justice, particularly within the context of internship participants in the hospitality industry, a population that remains relatively understudied and rarely examined separately from permanent employees.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia’s economy. Roti Kacang Mpok Atik is a culinary MSME specializing in traditional peanut bread from Tebing Tinggi. Established more than eight years ago, this business continues to grow by maintaining its authentic taste and consistent product quality, making it one of the most popular local food products among consumers. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the marketing mix strategy in strengthening the product competitiveness of the Roti Kacang Mpok Atik MSME in Tebing Tinggi City. The research applies a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis focuses on four key elements of the marketing mix (product, price, place, and promotion) as essential factors for improving business competitiveness. The results indicate that the marketing mix implementation positively impacts the competitiveness of Roti Kacang Mpok Atik. Product quality and pricing strategies serve as the main strengths in building customer loyalty, while distribution and promotion aspects still require improvement through packaging innovation and digital marketing optimization. Overall, the consistent and adaptive integration of the four marketing mix elements creates added value and strengthens the sustainable competitive advantage of MSMEs in local markets.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a license and permit document storage system based on the Google ecosystem to improve document management efficiency in organizations. The problem identified was the manual document storage and retrieval process, which required a long time and increased the risk of delayed document renewal. The method used was the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. The system was developed by integrating Google Forms, Google Drive, and Google Sheets with automation using Google Apps Script. The results showed that the system improved document retrieval efficiency from 300 seconds to 10 seconds, achieving a 96.6% increase. The system also reduced human error and improved document expiration monitoring effectiveness. Keywords: Document Management System; Google Apps Script; Cloud Computing; Automation; Digital ArchivingAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem penyimpanan dokumen lisensi dan izin berbasis ekosistem Google guna meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan dokumen pada organisasi. Abstract

This study investigates how location accessibility and the quality of the physical service environment (servicescape) shape perceived value for money, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty within traditional micro-scale culinary businesses, particularly warung soto. The intensifying competition in the food industry has increased the importance of creating meaningful dining experiences, making both spatial accessibility and environmental design crucial determinants of customer evaluations. A quantitative research design was employed by distributing an online questionnaire to 100 individuals who had previously visited a warung soto. The data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS approach via SmartPLS 4.0 to assess measurement validity, construct reliability, and the structural relationships among variables. The findings reveal that both location accessibility and servicescape exert significant positive effects on perceived value for money and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, perceived value for money enhances customer satisfaction but does not directly lead to customer loyalty, indicating that positive value perceptions must be accompanied by satisfying experiences to encourage repeat patronage. In contrast, customer satisfaction emerged as the strongest predictor of customer loyalty, emphasizing that a consistently positive dining experience is essential for building long-term commitment. Overall, the study highlights the strategic importance of enhancing accessibility, improving physical service environments, and ensuring pleasant customer experiences to strengthen perceived value and foster loyalty within traditional micro food enterprises. Future research is encouraged to broaden the scope of variables and contexts to enrich insights into consumer behavior in the culinary sector

Abstract

The healthcare service marketing unit at PT XYZ previously relied on Google Forms and spreadsheets to manage marketing performance data, resulting in scattered information, duplicate records, and difficulties in tracking prospect development and monitoring performance in real time. This community service activity aimed to implement a web-based performance monitoring system that integrates marketing activities, prospect information, performance targets, and incentive management into a single platform. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, including requirements communication, planning, system design, development, and deployment. System design employed Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), while system validation was conducted through Black-box Testing and structured user interviews. The implementation was accompanied by technology transfer through user training and system assistance to support effective adoption in daily operational activities. The results showed that the system transformed the partner's data management process from manual recording into an integrated web-based system, reducing duplicate data, accelerating data recap, facilitating prospect tracking, and enabling real-time performance monitoring through a dashboard. The successful implementation improved the efficiency of marketing performance monitoring and supported more time, data-driven decision-making within the healthcare service marketing unit at PT XYZ.

Abstract

his Action Research was conducted in a partner company, an SME operating in the business-to-business (B2B) industrial supply sector, where operational coordination, decision-making, and daily problem-solving remained highly dependent on the owner. This dependency constrained effective delegation and limited the owner's ability to focus on strategic responsibilities. This study aimed to develop Human Resource Management (HRM) practices to support structured delegation while examining their initial contribution to operational performance. A qualitative Action Research approach was employed through four stages: constructing, planning action, taking action, and evaluating action. The intervention focused on developing job analysis, job design, and a structured delegation mechanism. Data were collected through observations, semi-structured interviews, and company operational records. The findings indicate that the intervention established clearer work structures, strengthened role clarity, expanded delegated operational responsibilities, and reduced the owner's direct involvement in routine operations. Although the implementation period was insufficient to demonstrate substantial improvements across all operational performance indicators, early improvements were observed in delegation capability and operational responsiveness. These findings suggest that developing HRM practices provides the organizational foundation for effective delegation, enabling SME owners to shift their attention from daily operations to strategic decision-making and long-term business development.
