Abstract

There are many ways to save the forest, one of which is to make theconcept of ecotourism in forest areas, both natural and socio-culturalecotourism which is the local wisdom of residents. Local wisdom itself isthe life of the village community which is one of the attractions of touristsfrom urban areas who have never felt village life, especially forest areas,or tourists who want to get peace in the village. In addition, the culturethat is currently still believed by the forest community and has theopportunity to become a potential as a cultural heritage of thecommunity. Ecotourism conceptualized is a form of tourism that leadsto meta tourism. Ecotourism that not only sells destinations but sellsphilosophy. From this aspect, ecotourism will not recognize marketsaturation, the results of observations show that the forest area that hasthe potential to create Ecotourism is between two districts, namely SekarDistrict and Gondang District which are located in Sambongrejo,Krondonan, Klino and Deling Villages.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education and soft skills on employment in the District of Soko Tuban, both partially and simultaneously. It employs a descriptive quantitative approach, targeting high school graduates up to bachelor's degree holders in Soko District, with a sample size determined using the Slovin formula. Primary data was collected from 99 respondents through questionnaires using purposive sampling. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression

Abstract

This research examines the digital transformation in the operational management of Bawaslu East Java, focusing on how digital technology improves efficiency and drives innovation in election oversight. Digital transformation includes process digitalization, integrated systems, and data-driven decision-making, which streamline workflows, reduce costs, accelerate responses, and foster innovation in public services. Using a qualitative approach, the study explores strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, involving policymakers and technical implementers across 38 districts. Findings highlight that the Rumah Data innovation significantly enhances Bawaslu’s performance by centralizing data management, improving transparency, and increasing responsiveness.The analysis places Rumah Data in a promising strategic position, demonstrating that aggressive development strategies effectively sustain innovation within operations. The research recommends proactive actions to strengthen positive drivers such as capacity building, system integration, and data quality improvement—while mitigating risks that could weaken innovation outcomes.Ultimately, this study concludes that digital transformation is crucial for achieving efficient, transparent, and adaptive election oversight. Immediate and strategic interventions are necessary to ensure Rumah Data continues to deliver long-term organizational benefits and supports the achievement of Bawaslu’s strategic objectives.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of trade openness, institutional quality, and the exchange rate on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Indonesia. The approach used is an ARDL regression analysis of time-series data from 2003 to 2023. The study's findings reveal that, in the short term, only trade openness has a significant positive effect on FDI. In contrast, in the long term, none of the other variables is substantial. These results highlight the importance of strengthening institutional improvements and maintaining trade policy stability to increase FDI attraction over the longer term.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran sangat banyak di era digital, seperti Youtube dan sosmed lainya,  hal ini memotivasi masyarakat untuk memulai berwirausaha, pengabdian berjudul “Menginspirasi Lewat Layar: Produksi Video Success Story untuk Meningkatkan Semangat Wirausaha di Era Digital” judul ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya minat wirausaha di kalangan pemuda dan kurangnya role model yang inspiratif. Media video digital dipilih karena memiliki jangkauan luas dan daya tarik tinggi untuk menyampaikan pesan secara emosional dan persuasif. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research yang melibatkan komunitas videografi “Imajinasi Anak Bangsa” yang secara aktif dalam seluruh tahapan: identifikasi UMKM inspiratif, penyusunan storyboard, produksi, editing, hingga publikasi di YouTube dan Instagram. Kegiatan dilengkapi bedah teknis videografi dan literasi digital agar mitra mampu menghasilkan konten secara mandiri pada konteks success story. Hasil pengabdian menciptakan video success story yang menggugah motivasi bagi penonton, peningkatan keterampilan teknis komunitas, serta peningkatan interaksi audiens yang diukur melalui engagement digital (like, komentar, share). Program ini membuktikan bahwa format success story berbasis video efektif sebagai alat sosial memicu minat wirausaha dan memperkuat ekosistem kewirausahaan lokal. Dampak jangka panjang diharapkan berupa lahirnya usaha baru serta replikasi model produksi video oleh komunitas lain, sehingga tercipta inspirasi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (Bawaslu) merupakan institusi negara yang diberikan kewenangan melakukan pengawasan pada setiap tahapan Pilkada. Di samping kewenangan dalam aspek pengawasan, Bawaslu juga memiliki tugas untuk melakukan penegakan hukum, termasuk penegakan hukum terhadap pelanggaran netralitas aparatur sipil negara (ASN). Pelanggaran netralitas ASN selalu mewarnai dalam setiap ajang PIlkada. Sesuai dengan kewenangannya, Bawaslu telah menangani pelanggaran netralitas ASN dalam Pilkada serentak tahun 2024, tidak terkecuali di kabupaten Bojonegoro. Namun, proses penegakan hukum yang diperankan, sesungguhnya tidak hanya sekadar untuk menjalankan kehendak regulasi, tetapi lebih jauh proses tersebut adalah untuk menumbuhkan kepercayaan publik atas berjalannya praktik berdemokrasi yang selaras dengan konstitusi. Oleh karena itu, transparansi harus diperlihatkan Bawaslu dalam proses penanganan pelanggaran yang dapat menciderai prinsip Pilkada yang jujur dan adil. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, transparansi Bawaslu dalam menangani pelanggaran netralitas ASN belum diatur secara terperinci dalam peraturan, walaupun dalam praktiknya Bawaslu kabupaten Bojonegoro memberikan akses informasi kepada publik mengenai perkembangan penanganan pelanggaran. Dengan demikian disarankan kepada Pemerintah agar transparansi dalam penanganan pelanggaran netralitas ASN dalam Pilkada diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan, sehingga memiliki daya mengikat dan menjadi pedoman serta berlaku menyeluruh bagi Badan Pengawas Pemilu.
