Abstract

Aktifitas kejadian Dipole Mode (DM) dapat mempengaruhi curah hujan. DM merupakan salah satu kejadian interaksi laut dan atmosfer yang terjadi di Samudra Hindia akibat perbedaan anomali Suhu Permukaan Laut (SPL) antara Samudra Hindia bagian Barat dan Samudra Hindia bagian Timur. Kejadian tersebut sangat berpengaruh terhadap curah hujan di beberapa wilayah sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji respon curah hujan terhadap kejadian DM di  Kota Pontianak. Data yang digunakan adalah curah hujan bulanan dan indeks DM dari tahun 1985 – 2017 yang telah di filter menggunakan high pass filter dengan cut off 10.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah transformasi wavelet dengan melihat besarnya kekuatan curah hujan yang telah dipecah menjadi beberapa periode dan metode cross wavelet untuk melihat hubungan antara curah hujan dan DM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa curah hujan ekstrim di Kota Pontianak dipengaruhi oleh kejadian DM selama 5 tahun.  Sinyal curah hujan terjadi lebih dahulu dibandingkan sinyal DM.

Abstract

(Article History: Received 8 October 2020; Revised 2 November 2020; Accepted 10 November 2020) ABSTRAKPenelitian eksplorasi mengenai konservasi berbasis kearifan lokal Suku Kokoda di Kepulauan Ugar, Kabupaten Fakfak, Papua Barat telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2016. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran jenis kearifan lokal terhadap alam sebagai penyangga kehidupan masyarakat Suku Kokoda. Aspek penelitian yang diamati yaitu kearifan lokal yang berdampak pada konservasi tingkat spesies atau ekosistem. Data yang didapat berasal dari wawancara semistruktural kepada 10 informan kunci. Pada penelitian ini terdapat tiga kearifan lokal yang teramati, yaitu sasi laut, hutan keramat, dan apotik hidup. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kearifan lokal yang ada pada suku Kokoda berperan penting dalam kelestarian alam di wilayah tersebut. This research aimed to determine the role of Kokoda Tribe's local wisdom in preserving nature. The research aspect observed was local wisdom, which impacted conservation at the species or ecosystem level. The data obtained from semi-structured interviews of 10 key informants. In this research, three local wisdoms were observed, i.e. sasi laut, hutan keramat, and apotik hidup. Abstract

This research aims to determine partially and simultaneously the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT Sinar Jernih Sarana (Aeon Delight Indonesia) Jakarta. This type of research is quantitative research with regression, determination and hypothesis testing. The population in this study was 80 people, the sample in this study used a saturated sample, so the research sample used was 80 respondents, the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The results of this research partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance by obtaining a regression equation value of Y= 21.306+0.432 amounting to 24.2% while the remaining 75.8% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (4.997 > 1.991), motivation had a significant effect on employee performance by obtaining a regression equation value Y= 9.805+0.672 The determination or contribution of influence is 0.258 or 25.8% while the remaining 74.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (5.212 > 1.991), and simultaneously leadership and motivation had a significant effect on employee performance by obtaining a regression equation value of Y= 9.332+0.262 independent with the dependent variable obtained at 0.564, meaning that it has a moderate relationship, the value of the coefficient of determination or contribution of influence simultaneously is 31.8% while the remaining 68.2% is influenced by other factors, hypothesis testing obtained calculated F value > F table or (17.958 > 3.12),

Abstract

Infomedia Solusi Humanika merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa SDM. PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya atau lebih dikenal dengan nama Alfamart merupakan rekanan bisnis PT. Infomedia Solusi Humanika, dimana dalam menangani A-kios Alfamart mempercayakan PT. Infomedia Solusi Humanika dalam maintenance alat pembayaran A-kios. Dalam penanganan maintenance A-kios selama ini, dirasa kurang optimal, karena pembagian wilayah maintenance tiap engineer tidak dihitungkan dengan pembagian jarak yang optimum di tiap wilayah. Dalam mengoptimalkan pembagian wilayah di tiap daerah perlu dilakukan clustering terhadap tiap-tiap lokasi yang telah terpasang mesin pembayaran A-kios agar pembagian lokasi lebih tepat dan optimal. Dalam hal clustering A-kios Alfamart tersebut dapat diterapkan clustering data maining menggunakan algoritma k-means dan google map. Dalam penelitian ini data yang digunakan adalah data A-kios Alfamart wilayah Tangerang Selatan yang telah terpasang mesin pembayaran.

Abstract

Football referees are required to have good physical abilities in order to be able to lead the match. Good physical condition allows the referee to always be close to the ball that is being played and able to clearly see all events on the field. Aceh Besar football referees still often make mistakes in decision making, the referee is far from the ball making it difficult to see the offense. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the evaluation of the physical abilities of the C3 Askab PSSI Aceh Besar Football Referee. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of evaluation, The population and sample in this study were C3 Askab referees totaling 20 people with purposive sampling technique. The research data collection instruments are: 1) Running speed test 6 x 40 meters, 2) Interval test 40 x 75 meters. Data is analyzed using percentages. The research results obtained are, 1) The average running speed of the C3 Askap football referee is 5.516 seconds classified as a very good category (85%), and 2) The average cardiopulmonary endurance of the C3 Askap football referee 17.05 is classified as a very good category (65%). The conclusion of this study is that the physical abilities of the C3 Askab PSSI Aceh Besar Football Referee are very good

Abstract

The increasingly difficult economic conditions make the government have to play a greater role in the problem of poverty. With this free PDAM installation assistance, it is hoped that it can ease the burden on poor people who experience water difficulties. But often the provision of free PDAM installation assistance for low-income communities is still not right on target. Therefore, the author took the initiative to make a decision support system for providing free PDAM installation assistance for low-income people. The method used in this decision support system is the SAW method used to assess or select several alternatives in a limited number. The output results of this system are in the form of a ranking of community recommendations for recipients of free PDAM installation assistance which are assessed based on occupation, income, house conditions, and number of family dependents. Based on the test results of 14 samples of prospective beneficiaries in one village processed using the SAW method, the results obtained are prospective beneficiaries with the 3rd best Vi rating, because in one village only 3 beneficiaries received assistance

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem berbasis Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) untuk membantu individu memahami sifat dasar kepribadian mereka dan menciptakan komunikasi kesan pertama yang efektif. Sistem ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi tipe kepribadian pengguna dan memberikan rekomendasi komunikasi yang relevan dan personal. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat membantu pengguna memahami diri mereka sendiri dan meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memiliki tingkat akurasi 75% dalam mengidentifikasi tipe kepribadian pengguna. Selain itu, responden memberikan tingkat kepuasan rata-rata 4,4 dari skala 5,0 terhadap pengalaman penggunaan sistem ini. Sistem ini juga membantu pengguna memanfaatkan sifat dasar mereka untuk meningkatkan potensi komunikasi, pengambilan sikap, serta strategi interaksi yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi individu. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode MBTI dapat memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam mendukung komunikasi interpersonal yang lebih efektif dan bermakna. Sistem ini memiliki potensi besar untuk diterapkan secara luas di berbagai bidang, seperti rekrutmen, pendidikan, dan pelatihan interpersonal. Pengembangan lebih lanjut dapat mencakup integrasi teknologi canggih untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan personalisasi sistem guna mendukung kebutuhan komunikasi di era digital. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat menjadi kontribusi yang signifikan dalam pengembangan sistem komunikasi yang lebih efektif dan personal.

Abstract

This research focuses on optimizing the Random Forest algorithm for sentiment analysis of social media x in Indonesian using TextBlob as a labeling tool, followed by the SMOTE data balancing technique and hyperparameter optimization with GridSearch. The data used was taken from 611 tweets with the keyword ukt (single tuition). Sentiment labeling using TextBlob produces 438 negative sentiments and 173 positive sentiments. The SMOTE method is used to balance the data by first dividing the data into 75% training data and 25% test data. Data vectorization using tf-idf. The Random Forest algorithm model was evaluated with an initial accuracy using split data of 73%, and cross validation evaluation with 10 k-folds produced an accuracy value of 75%. Optimization carried out with GridSearch hyperparameters succeeded in increasing the accuracy value to 74%, while cross validation evaluation using 10 k-fold accuracy was 89%. In this research, the SMOTE method was effective in balancing unbalanced data, and gridsearch hyperparameter optimization succeeded in increasing the accuracy value of the Random Forest algorithm in classifying social media sentiment x in Indonesian with automatic texblob labeling.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan latar belakang pengetahuan nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam dan nilai kebangsaan pada tanggal 22 Oktober 1445, bagaimana resolusi ini, mampu memberikan semangat juang dalam menjaga kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia, dengan dilandasi dengan nilai-nilai Pendidikan Islam yang terkandung dalam semangat resolusi tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) adanya nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam yang terkandung pada naskah resolusi jihad yakni: (a) nilai aqidah. (b) nilai akhlak. (c) nilai ibadah. (2) adanya nilai kebangsaan yang terdapat pada naskah "resolusi jihad" yakni semangat patriotisme yang di tunjukkan oleh perlawanan ketika melawan penjajah. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana nilai-nilai Resolusi Jihad dapat di implementasikan dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam era milenial yang penuh dengan tantangan baru seperti globalisasi, kemajuan teknologi, kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan disrupsi informasi.

Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency reported a continued rise in the elderly population in Indonesia, indicating a growing demographic shift toward an aging society. Alongside this trend, a considerable proportion of older adults have been facing various health challenges. Many elderly individuals reported experiencing health problems within a recent period, reflecting a notable level of morbidity among this age group. The Central Statistics Agency of Sukabumi City noted, based on the results of the 2020 census, the elderly population in Sukabumi City amounted to 42,275 people and in Cibeureum sub-district there were 4,518 people and in Cibeureum Hilir Health Center there were 300 elderly people, using quantitative descriptive collegiate with a cross-sectional approach. the results of the static test using the chi-square p> value were 0.002 < 0.05 that the form of attention, assistance, enthusiasm and motivation from the family played a role in improving the quality of life of the elderly. So, it can be concluded that there is a relationship of family emotional support to the quality of life of the elderly in the working area of the Cibeureum Hilir Health Center, Sukabumi City. The researcher assumes that if each respondent receives good family support, their quality of life will be better. Conversely, if the emotional support from the family is lacking, it will negatively affect the elderly's quality of life.
