Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to describe information services about moral in Islamic education on grade XI Al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic High School Pontianak. The research method is descriptive in the form of a survey study. Population research as many as 28 students. The data collection technique used is indirect communication with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is percentage. Overall, the implementation of information services on morals in Islamic education reached 82% including the good category. This means that the supervisor conducts information services about morals in Islamic education according to the theory. The material that has been conveyed about morals in education by counselors reaches 84% including good categories. The method that has been given by the guidance teacher in providing information services about morality in Islam reaches 80% including the good category. The media used by guidance teachers in providing information services about moral in Islam reached 79% including good categories. Keywords :Information Service, Moral in Islamic Education

Abstract

 AbstractPersonality is a reflection of the behavior of each individual. Hippocrates-Galenus divides personality types based on bodily fluids namely sanguinis, corelary, melancholic and phlegmatic. The personality possessed by students influences his learning style which is a modality for him to obtain and absorb information. Deporter and Hernacki divide learning styles into three types, namely visual, auditory and kinesthetic. According to Kolb, personality types are one of the factors that influence learning styles of students. The general problem in this study is "What is the relationship between the personality type and the learning style of class VIII SMPN 16 Pontianak?" This study aims to find out "Relationship of personality types with learning styles of eighth grade students of class SMPN 16 Pontianak." Descriptive methods and forms of research are forms of relationship research studies. The population in this study were 301 and a sample of 74 students of class VIII SMPN 16 Pontianak. Based on the contingency analysis, the results showed that students who had the sanguinis personality type of learning styles spread in visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. While students who have a corelary personality type, melancholy and phlegmatic learning style are dominant in one learning style that is visual learning style. Keywords: Personality Type, Learning Styles

Abstract

AbstractThe role of guidance and counseling teacher is to help students to be able to understand themselves and be able to develop their potential to the fullest. One potential that must be developed by students is interpersonal intelligence. The purpose of this study was to obtain objective information and describe the role of the guidance and counseling teacher in developing interpersonal intelligence of class XI students of State Senior High School 3 Pontianak. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and uses survey research forms. The population that became the source of data in this study were all students of class XI with a population of 329 students with a sample of 49 students who were respondents. Data collection techniques in this study are indirect communication techniques. Data collection tool in this study was a questionnaire. Based on the results of data analysis showed that students' interpersonal intelligence reached 73.39% including the good category. While the role of guidance and counseling teachers in developing interpersonal intelligence of class XI students of State Senior High School 3 Pontianak reached 80.76% included in both categories. Keywords: Teacher Role, Guidance and Counseling, Interpersonal Intelligence

Abstract

AbstractThis study contained group guidance services behavior to year-11 studens of senior High School 9 Pontianak. The problem this study aimed to obtain an overview and describe the types of aggressive behavior, the formation stage, the transition stage, the activity stage, and the termination stage. The method of this research was descriptive method with the form of research used, namely survey. The research subjcts were year-11 students in total 25 students. The techniques and tools used in this study were indirect communication with questionnaires. Based on the result of data analysis, a group guidance services on aggressive behavior can be seen in the acquisition of percentage results for each including: 1. Types of aggressive behavior 75%, 2. Stage of formation 81,26%, 3. Transition stage 80% 4. Stage activities 86.50%, 5. Termination stage 83,56%. Based on the description above, in general, a group guidance services had been successfully carried out on year-11 students of Senior High School 9 Pontianak. Therefore, this group guidance services were suitable to be applied in other classes to overcome the aggressive behavior. Keywords: Aggressive Behavior, Group Guidance Services

Abstract

AbstractThis study entitled case study about students often late to follow the sociology class XI SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. common problem in this research is how effort to help student often late to follow Sosiology class XI SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. While the purpose in this study to find the cause, aid efforts and results obtained after being given guidance on students often late to follow the lessons of sociology. The approach used is qualitative approach by using descriptive method and form of research is case study research. two case subjects in this study, for the first case subject to using alternative assistance model of RET counseling and form of treatment using directive and didactic techniques, so that irrational mindset becomes a rational mindset. While the second assistance is to use assertive therapy and systematic desentisisasi in Behavioral Counseling Models so that the behavior of case subjects to be good.Keywords: Case Study, Student, Late to Coming to Class.

Abstract

Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk pembelajaran. Adapun produk yang dikembangkan adalah berupa media film. Menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang berfokus pada kawasan pengembangan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan media film bertujuan sebagai pemecahan solusi masalah pembelajaran PKn materi belajar harga diri dalam membentuk karakter harga diri pebelajar. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Desain pembelajaran PKn dengan menggunakan media film. (2) Profil storyboard memuat rangkaian dasar media film pembelajaran PKn untuk membentuk karakter harga diri yang sudah melalui uji kelayakan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. (3) Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran PKn menggunakan media film untuk membentuk karakter harga diri dan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencaan dari desain pembelajaran. (4) Perilaku belajar  pebelajar menunjukan bahwa pengembangan media film pembelajaran PKn menunjukan peningkatan kinerja pebelajar dengan penilaian tuntas.   Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, media film, karakter.   Abstrac: The purpose of this research is to develop a learning product. The product develop is a film media. Using descriptive research method with qualitative approach that focuses on regional development. This research developing film media used for a good solution  to matter learn self respect of civics problem learning to building a character self respect of students. The result of this research: (1) instructional design citizenship using  film media. (2) storyboard profil forming basic pattern in the movie media for civic learning. (3) the realization of learn civics used movie media for building character self-respect  and it was implemented with the planned of design learning. (4) student learning behavior show that film media learning civics development has increase its learner’s ability who passed out the scoring. Keywords: Development, film media, characters.

Abstract

AbstractThe existence of good administration and management will greatly support the guidance and counseling programs that exist in schools. Administration includes all activities that are planned and carried out regularly to achieve the educational goals outlined. The administration intended in this study includes studentsbiodata, observation guidelines, anecdotal record, student call formats, and home visit record formats. The general problem of this research is How is the administration and guidance counseling management study of SMK Negeri 5 Pontianak in 2019?. In this research, the method used is descriptive method. The form of research used was a survey. Data collection tools used are documentation studies and interviews. The results of the study stated that in the administration of guidance and counseling administration, the aspects studied were in the form of studentsbiodata, observation guidelines, anecdotal record, student call formats, and format of home visit records of SMK Negeri 5 Pontianak in 2019 as a whole as complete as it meant in how to make, use, evaluate criteria and evaluate every aspect of the administration of guidance and counseling has been going very well.Keywords: management administration, vocational high school administration.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain objective information and describe the implementation of the Strategic Plan at the Panca Bhakti Pontianak College of Health Sciences, which includes: The process of preparing the Strategic Plan, Implementing the Strategic Plan, evaluating the Strategic Plan, as well as supporting and inhibiting the implementation of the Strategic Plan. The form of research used is qualitative, with descriptive methods. The research subjects were 6 people consisting of: (1) Deputy Head 1, 38 years old, female, and leadership elements. (2) Deputy Deputy 2, 49 years old, female, and a leadership element. (3) Personnel field, 29 years old, female, waket 3 staff. (4) Head of Midwifery Study Program, 29 years old, female, lecturer. (5) Head of LPPM and PKM, 48 years old, male, lecturer. (6) Head of HRD, 59 years old, male, lecturer. The data collection method in this research was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis and triangulation. The main finding in this research is that the institutional Strategic Plan focuses more on implementing the Tri Dharma in higher education, while the emphasis is more on lecturers as implementers of the Tri Dharma. This is reflected in the results of interviews and institutional performance accountability reports, where the implementation shows results in the good category. The research results concluded that the process of preparing the Strategic Plan had been carried out through a series of systematic and participatory stages. The implementation of the Strategic Plan is more directed at implementing the Tri Dharma, with more emphasis on lecturers as implementers of the Tri Dharma. The supporting factor lies in the leadership, and all obstacles are always discussed. The implication is that previous research on strategic plans found that institutional strategic plans were only a dead book, but the strategic plan at STIKES Panca Bhakti Pontianak was the main guide in implementing the institution's Tri Dharma.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to describe the affiliative leadership of the principal in the management of teaching staff at SMA Negeri 1 Sandai. The form of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. The participants in this study consist of 7 individuals: 4 males aged between 38 - 49 years, and 3 females aged between 47 - 58 years. All subjects are principals, vice principals in charge of curriculum, and educators. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation The data validity checking technique uses triangulation.The main findings in this research indicate that: (1) the school principal's affiliative leadership builds strong interpersonal relationships among the teaching staff. 2) the school principal's affiliative leadership empathizes with the teaching staff. (3) the school principal's affiliative leadership communicates effectively with the teaching staff.. The conclusions in this research are: (1) in improving affiliative leadership, a leadership approach that emphasizes building strong interpersonal relationships between leaders and team member. (2) the first implementation is to show empathy, understanding and sincere concern for the welfare of team members, who are part of the team making contributions from teaching staff, which is an advantage in carrying out affiliative leadership activities (3) interpersonal communication in affiliative leadership. The implication is that by applying affiliative leadership, the principal of SMA Negeri 1 Sandai can enhance teachers' motivation and performance, create a harmonious work culture, encourage innovation in teaching, strengthen collaboration among educators, and increase teachers' loyalty to the school. This will foster a conducive work environment and positively impact the quality of education at the school.Key Word: Leadership, Affiliate, Educator

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning saturation of students during the Covid-19 pandemic in class XI IIS SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive in the form of survey study research. The data sources of this research are the students of class XI IIS wit a total of 45 students. Techniques and data collection tools used in this research is indirect communication with a questionnaire. The results showed that the analysis of student learning saturation during the Covid-19 pandemic in class XI IIS SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak as a whole reached 67.4% with a high category which means that the student experienced learning saturation. Emotional exhaustion 67.4% in the high category, 67% physical fatique in the high category, cognitive fatigue 66,3% in the moderate category, 70% loss in the high category. Efforts made by quidance and counseling teachers to overcome learning saturation during the Covid-19 pandemic by providing information services 69.3% in the high category, tutoring services 72.4% in the high category, individual counseling services 49.3% in the high category, group counseling service 66% with moderate categories, and group counseling services 67.5% with high categories.
