Abstract

This study aimed at finding out how much the influence of education and training on the productivity of production employees at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Palembang; in a manner partially and simultaneously. The research method used was descriptive quantitative. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The sample designation technique was carried out by purposive sampling. The conclusions of this study are (1) Education Variables have no significant effect on the work productivity of production section employees. (2) Training variables proved to have a positive effect on Employee productivity at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Palembang. (3) If the two variables are tested simultaneously education and training have a significant influence on employee work productivity. (4) The results show that education and training affect work productivity by 22.1%, and the remaining 77.9% is influenced by other variables. Based on the results of the calculation shows the multiple linear regression equation, namely: Y = 2.281 + 0.247 + 0.478. The regression coefficient is positive, so it can be said that the direction of influence of education and training is a positive influence.

Abstract

Many companies have implemented ISO 9001 but no research has focused on the factors that made up the internal audit quality variables. This research took place at the Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah of Kayu Agung of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research used quantitative descriptive method. The population was stakeholders related to the entity, the sample used cluster sampling and simple random sampling. The data used primary data derived from the dispersed questionnaire. The distribution of questionnaire was conducted in 2018. The technique of data analysis used validity test, profitability test, and normality test. In analyzing the researchers used simple linear regression analysis. The calculation results showed the value of R Square was 0.629. This meant that 62.9% of the Kayu Agung Hospital Management System in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency was influenced by the ISO 9001 Internal Quality Audit.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the effect of the service quality and satisfaction variables toward customer loyalty. Method of data collection in this research is using the survey method with questionnaires. Population in this research is the customers of Indosat Unlimited in Depok. Based on the results of the analysis, it indicates that the service quality significantly influences the customer loyalty, shown by the t significant value of 0.000 smaller that α 0.05 with the regression coefficient of 2.537. service quality has a significant effect on the customer loyalty indicated by the t significant value 0.000 less than α =0.05. service quality and satisfaction significantly influence the customer loyalty shown by F significant value of 0.000 smaller than α=0.05 and are able contribute to the customer loyalty variables of 0.504 or 51.7%. the remaining 48.3% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this research. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh variabel kualitas layanan dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Indosat Unlimited di Cimanggis. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey melalui kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisa penelitian ini, mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas layanan secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, ditunjukan dari nilai signifikan si uji t =0.000 lebih kecil dari α =0.05 dengan koefisien regresi =2.537. kualitas layanan secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan ditunjukan dengan nilai signifikansi uji t =0.000 lebih kecil dari α=0,05. Kualitas layanan dan kepuasan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, ditunjukan dari nilai signifikansi uji F =0,000 lebih kecil dari α=0.05 dan mampu memiliki kontribusi terhadap variabel loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 0.504 atau 51.7%. sisanya sebesar 48.3% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak dianalisa dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how thein fluence of the work environment and apediscip line on the performance of ASN and Non ASN Employee sinthe New Normal Eraat the Tanah Abang District Office, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (Pali) Regency. There search method used in this study is aquantitative method with data collection us ingquestion nairesto test the hypotheses that have been set. The population in this study was all civil servant sandnon-as an employees at the Tanah Abang sub-district office (PALI), which am ounted to 40 employee sand all of them were used as sample sinthis study. The result sobtained in this study, partially the work environment variable has no significant effect on employee performance, partially the work discipline variable has asignificant influence on employee performance and simultane ously the work environment variable and work discipline has appositive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence work from home and work environment have on performance during the pandemic at PT. Jasaraharja Putera Palembang Branch. This type of research is quantitative research using multiple regression analysis techniques, classical assumption test, validity and reliability testing, hypothesis testing through t and f tests, and correlation coefficient analysis and determination. From the results of this study is the effect of work from home partially significant effect on the performance of PT. Jasaraharja Putera this can be seen from the T test, namely tcount of 2.487 > ttable of 2.026 with a significance of 0.018 <0.05, it can be concluded that partially there is a significant positive effect between work from home on performance. The influence of the work environment partially has no effect on the performance of PT. Jasaraharja Putera this can be seen from the T test, namely tcount of -0.645 < ttable of 0.026 with a significance level of 0.523 > 0.05. The work from home and work environment variables have a significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on the performance dependent variable with a value of fcount 9.612 > ftable 3.25 with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. Based on the coefficient of determination R Square (R) of 0.342 or 34.2%, it means that the contribution of the influence of work from home (X1) and the work environment (X2) to performance (Y) is 34.2% and the rest (100% - 34, 2%) 65.8% influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan untuk menyebarkan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat sekitar Universitas dan memperkuat hubungan antara lembaga pendidikan dan komunitas. Fokus dari PKM ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada UMKM yang merupakan anggota Persatuan Pengusaha Muslim Indonesia Banyuasin, yang berfokus pada pengelolaan keuangan dan akses pembiayaan. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan manfaat bagi pelaku UMKM di binaan Dinas Koperindag Kabupaten Banyuasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah dengan menggabungkan berbagai langkah yang terstruktur. Pertama, tahap pengamatan dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi tempat pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui peninjauan lokasi di Kabupaten Banyuasin. Selanjutnya, melalui tahap wawancara, instruktur berkomunikasi dengan pelaku UMKM untuk memfasilitasi penyampaian materi penyuluhan. Terakhir, tahap bimbingan, penyuluhan, dan pelatihan melibatkan pembentukan tim yang akan mengatur tema serta peran dalam kegiatan PKM. Hasil dan dampak dari pelatihan yang dilaksanakan adalan memberikan solusi yang bermanfaat bagi pelaku UMKM dalam mengatasi permasalahan keuangan dan menerapkan teknologi keuangan guna mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis mereka yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The importance of increasing competence in the use of technology and career development in the context of improving employee performance has become a major concern in the world of work which continues to develop. This study aims to analyze the impact of increasing competence in the use of technology and career development on improving employee performance at the TVRI Palembang City Office. The research method used is a quantitative approach by collecting data through a survey using a Likert questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed through multiple linear regression techniques to examine the relationship between the competency variables for technology use and career development and employee performance. The findings show that career development has a significant positive effect on employee performance, while increasing competence in the use of technology does not have a significant effect on performance. However, the results of the simultaneous analysis show that the two factors together have a significant positive influence on improving employee performance at the TVRI Palembang City Office. In conclusion, improving employee performance in the media environment requires attention to career development and competence in the use of technology in a comprehensive manner.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work ethic and career development on employee performance at PT. Semen Baturaja Palembang. This research uses statistical research methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is employees of PT. Semen Baturaja Palembang with a sample size of 111 respondents. The method used in taking samples was simple random sampling. The data measurement technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The research results show that: (1) Partial test results obtained that the T-count for Work Ethic is 2.786, which is greater than the T-table of 1.659, so it can be concluded that Work Ethic has an influence on the performance of PT employees. Semen Baturaja Palembang. (2) The partial test results for Career Development obtained a T-count of 6.779 which is greater than the T-table of 1.659, so it can be concluded that Career Development has an effect on PT Employee Performance. Semen Baturaja Palembang. (3) Simultaneous test results obtained an F-count of 49.447, this value is greater than the F-table of 3.08, so it can be concluded that Work Ethic and Career Development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on PT Employee Performance. Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of employee engagement and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng. The sample used a simple random sampling technique and 191 respondents were selected as the sample. While the data analysis used in this research includes data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the partial significance test (t-test) show that: 1) employee engagement has a significant value of 0.001. 2) organizational commitment, has a significant value of 0.000. Thus, it means that employee engagement and organizational commitment partially have a significant effect on employee performance. 3) The simultaneous significant test (F test) shows that the significant value is 0.000. Thus, it means that the variable employee engagement and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh employee engagement dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng. Sampel menggunakan Teknik simple random sampling dan dipilih 191 responden sebagai sampel. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian meliputi uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil uji signifikan parsial (uji t) menunjukan bahwa: 1) employee engagement, mempunyai nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001. 2) komitmen organisasi, mempunyai nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Dengan demikian berarti bahwa employee engagement dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Uji signifikan simultan (uji F) menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikan 0,000. Dengan demikian berarti bahwa variabel employee engagement dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Suryabumi Agrolanggeng. Abstract

Melakukan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKNT) merupakan salah satu syarat memperoleh derajat sarjana pada Fakultas Sains Teknologi Universitas Bina Darma Palembang, selain dapat melihat dan mengamati secara nyata mengenai segala macam kegiatan dilapangan, mengenai kenyataan dunia pekerjaan yang sesungguhnya, sehingga dapat juga seebagai latihan dan mendapat keuntungan dari kegiatan ini, selain dari pada itu, kegiatan ini dapat menjadikan mahasiswa menjadi pribadi yang lebih berani dan bersikap profesional, sehingga membentuk karakter yang berberdedikasi dan berjiwa pekerja, juga di harapkan dapat memetik manfaat dari kegiatan ini sehingga bisa menambah portofolio. Sehingga dalam mewujudkan kegiatan kerja nyata tematik ini, kami memutuskan memilih kegiatan pelatihan pada siswa SDN 14 Pemulutan dalam menggunakan aplikasi Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer(ANBK). Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan komputer ini menggunakan metode Interaktif. Metode pembelajaran interaktif adalah metode atau teknik penyampaian materi oleh guru dalam proses pembelajaran, dimana guru harus memiliki keterampilan, sehingga dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung, caranya adalah dengan cara mengajari secara langsung para siswa SDN 14 Pemulutan, bagaimana langkah-langkah dasar penggunaan komputer dan penggunaan aplikasi ANBK. Dengan dilaksanakannya program pelatihan aplikasi ANBK berbasis komputer dengan metode interaktif, siswa mendapat wawasan dan pengalaman baru mengenai penggunaan aplikasi ANBK dan cara menggunakan komputer. Dengan metode interaktif siswa dapat lebih mudah memahami dengan jelas jalannya suatu proses dari pada mengajar sekedar teori, setelah didemontrasikan siswa dapat langsung menerapkannya, melakukan percobaan sendiri dengan dibantu peneliti. Siswa pun cukup antusias dengan simulasi pelatihan tersebut. Kata Kunci : Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKNT), Metode pembelajaran interaktif, aplikasi ANBK.
