Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji mengenai loyalitas kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Tiki Palembang. Faktor terpenting adalah loyalitas kerja, dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan regresi berganda jumlah 40 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik dilakukan secara persial maupun simultan, . Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T bahwa loyalitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan sedangkan Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian secara simultan dengan menggunakan uji F menunjukkan bahwa semua variable bebas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji mengenai dampak beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas pada kantor kecamatan Tanah Abang, Kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir. Faktor terpenting adalah beban kerja, dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan regresi berganda jumlah 40 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik dilakukan secara persial maupun simultan, Variabel Beban Kerja berpengaruh pada produktivitas kerja pegawai karena kemampuan pegawai dalam memanfaatkan jam kerja kurang efektif sehingga berpengaruh pada produktivitas kerja pegawai serta Lingkungan Kerja juga memiliki Pengaruh tertentu yang menunjukkan Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dominan dengan Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing and competence on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Bengkulu. PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Bengkulu is the implementing unit for controlling electricity generation in the Bengkulu region. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire distributed to employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Bengkulu. In this study using 3 variables, namely knowledge sharing and competence as independent variables, while employee performance as the dependent variable. This research is expected to be a good evaluation and consideration for companies in improving employee performance. The results of this study found the influence of knowledge sharing and competence on employee performance. The results of this study are used as input for the company to find out how much influence knowledge sharing and competence has on employee performance so that the company can further improve employee performance in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the standard operating procedure (SOP) for filing an exceptional ceiling for the sales division at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. This study uses a qualitative research design with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews, document analysis, and observation of the SOP submission process for the sales division at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. This study's findings are whether the Standard Operational Procedure for Submission of Special Ceilings has been going well or not. Standard operating procedures that are running well are shown in the Special SOP for Ceiling Submission; this can happen because it is in the preparation process so that, in practice, SOPs can be easily understood and also efficiently implemented by distributors. While implementing the main things in the Standard Operating Procedures is good because it has been appropriately implemented in every job, there's just no workflow in the Sales Division. In addition, there are due distributor receivables, so it becomes an obstacle for distributors to apply for a Special Ceiling according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). This research contributes to the literature on SOPs by highlighting the importance of well-defined and effectively implemented SOPs in the context of the sales division of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. In addition, this study provides insight into the challenges and factors that may influence SOP implementation in this environment. Practical implications for the management of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk and sales division. The findings indicate the need for more detailed and simplified SOPs for special ceiling proposals to improve process efficiency. In addition, this study recommends that companies provide adequate training and support for employees involved in the process. This research is limited to one case study at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk and these findings may not be generalizable to other companies or industries. In addition, this study does not evaluate the impact of implementing improved SOPs on sales division performance. Future research can explore these areas and assess the effectiveness of various strategies to improve the unique ceiling application process in sales divisions in peer companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the level of customer satisfaction and expectations of assistance services for the procurement of goods and services at the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. In this study, researchers used quantitative and qualitative research that focused on analyzing customer satisfaction through 5 (five) dimensions of service quality, namely; Direct Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. The data has been collected by arithmetic mean and servqual gap analysis. Based on the results of the study, that overall customer satisfaction with the services provided by the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency with an average value of 4.640 is in very good criteria. And customer expectations for the quality of services provided with an average value of 4.651, which is in very good criteria. Thus the servqual gap results are obtained with an average value of -0.011 which is in the medium criteria. This means that the service staff for the procurement of goods and services at the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency is considered to have met the expectations or expectations for the service desired by its customers (satisfactory).

Abstract

Understanding the intricate interplay between competence, non-work environment, job satisfaction, and employee engagement is imperative for optimizing employee loyalty and informing effective organizational strategies. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and the environment outside the workplace on employee loyalty by considering the role of mediators in job satisfaction and employee engagement. This research method involves a survey of employees of Semen Baturaja Palembang Limited Liability Company in all regions of Palembang selected by convenience sampling technique. In this study, various interesting findings were obtained that can be understood in view of the various interrelated variables within the company, namely the significant positive effect of competence on job satisfaction, the positive effect of job satisfaction on employee engagement, and the positive influence of employee involvement on loyalty. This finding is also further confirmed by job satisfaction as a mediator of competency and work involvement variables, so companies, if they want employee involvement in the company, must first increase employee job satisfaction, which will then have an impact on employee loyalty itself

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan pengelolaan penggunaan dan pemanfaatan Google sites dalam mendukung proses pekerjaan kantor pada Direktorat Inovasi dan Inkubator Bisnis (DIIB). Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu Direktur DIIB dan staffnya untuk memaksimalkan pekerjaan kantor dengan berbasis online. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melalui pendampingan dengan tahapan pelaksanaan (1) Pendahuluan, (2) Persiapan (3) Pelaksanaan dan (4) Evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pendampingan ini menghasilkan pekerjaan dapat terselesaikan dengan tepat waktu, memudahkan penelusuran arsip yang diperlukan dengan cepat serta memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal bagi pihak yang membutuhkan data atau arsip. Karena penggunaan google sites ini merupakan ilmu baru bagi seorang arsiparis dengan penyimpanan arsip berbasis digital dan meningkatkan kemampuan DIIB dalam menggunakan platform tersebut.

Abstract

The culinary business in the city of Palembang is one of the family businesses that has been passed down for generations, the culinary business in recent years can create growth opportunities for employment and increase the ability of human resources. Management of many family businesses is controlled and operated by one member or several families and many family businesses have non-family members as employees. This study aims to determine the role of knowledge management in creating human resources who are ready to compete in the culinary industry in the city of Palembang. by analyzing the factors that must be considered such as the next generation development factors, information technology, and business development. This research uses a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and direct observation. The results of this study indicate that the culinary business in the family business is still carried out traditionally the application of technology is still limited so the need for the role of knowledge management in order to be able to identify knowledge can realize competitiveness and sustainability as a benchmark for the success of the family business especially the culinary business in the city of Palembang Abstrak Bisnis kuliner di kota Palembang merupakan salah satu bisnis keluarga yang sudah turun temurun, bisnis kuliner tersebut dalam beberapa tahun ini dapat menciptakan peluang pertumbuhan bagi lapangan kerja dan peningkatan kemampuan sumber daya manusia. Manajemen bisnis keluarga banyak dikendalikan dan dioperasikan oleh satu anggota atau beberapa keluarga dan banyak bisnis keluarga memiliki anggota non keluarga sebagai karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran knowledge management dalam menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang siap untuk berdaya saing pada industri kuliner di kota Palembang. dengan menganalisis faktor- faktor yang harus diperhatikan seperti faktor pengembangan generasi penerus, teknologi informasi,dan pengembangan usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bisnis kuliner dalam bisnis keluarga masih dilakukan tradisional penerapan teknologi masih terbatas sehingga perlu adanya peran knowledge management agar mampu mengidentifikasi pengetahuan dapat mewujudkan daya saing dan berkelanjutan sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan bisnis keluarga khususnya bisnis kuliner di kota Palembang.

Abstract

This study examines the mediating role of employee engagement on the effect of work motivation and work environment on in-role performance. Respondents in this study were employees of PT Trans Dana Profitri outsourcing, which is a company that provides labor services totaling 100 respondents. The sample was carried out by purposive sampling, the data was collected by means of a survey through a questionnaire using a Likert scale with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using AMOS version 24, a significance level of 5% to analyze the data. The results showed that motivation had a positive effect on employee engagement = 0, 482, p 0.0001<0.13), Work Environment had a positive effect on employee engagement (β= 0.360 P <0.049), Employee engagement had a positive effect on performance in role ( = 0.455 P <0.0***), work motivation has a positive effect on in-role performance (β= 0549, P <0.002, work environment has a negative effect on in-role performance (β= -0, 133 P <0.365), The results of the employee engagement mediation test mediate the effect of the work environment on in-role performance as evidenced by the indirect effect value of 0.188 which is greater than the direct effect of -0.153, meaning that hypothesis 6 is proven, employee engagement does not mediate the effect of work motivation on in-role performance, which is indicated by the value indirect effect .241 is smaller than direct effect .604 means that hypothesis 7 is not proven. Keywords: work motivation, work environment, employee engagement, performance in role Abstrak Penelitian ini menguji peran mediasi employee engagement pada pengaruh motivasikerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja in role. Responden penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan outsourcing PT PT Trans Dana Profitri merupakan perusahaan yang menyediakan jasa tenaga kerja berjumlah 100 responden. Sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survey melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert dengan pendekatan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan AMOS versi 24, tingkat signifikansi 5 % untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement β= 0, 482, p 0,0001<0,13), Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement (β= 0,360 P <0,049), Employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja in role (β= 0,455 P <0,0***), Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja in role (β= 0549, P <0,002, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kinerja in role (β= -0, 133 P <0,365), Hasil uji mediasi employee engagement memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja in role dibuktikan dengan nilai pengaruh tidak langsung 0,188 lebih besar dari pada pengaruh langsung -0,153, berarti hipotesis 6 terbukti, employee engagement tidak memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja in role, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai pengaruh tidak langsung ,241 lebih kecil dari pada pengaruh langsung ,604 berarti hipotesis 7 tidak terbukti.
