Abstract

Pemilu merupakan kegiatan pemilihan calon pemimpin baru yang dilaksanakan setelah masa aktif pemimpin telah selesai. Pemilu dilaksanakan serentak di setiap daerah dimana yang bertanggung jawab untuk pelaksana kegiatan pemilu adalah lembaga Komisi Pemilihan Umum. Lembaga KPU menggunakan Tenaga kerja ad hoc untuk tenaga tambahan untuk membantu melaksanakan proses pemilu berjalan dengan lancar. Pemilihan anggota ad hoc dilakukan dengan syarat yang ketat agar mendapatkan Tenaga anggota yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab dengan tugasnya. Saat ini sistem rekrutmen Tenaga ad hoc pada KPU Kota Pekanbaru masih menggunakan sistem manual, sehingga membutuhkan waktu lama untuk proses penilaiannya. Maka untuk mengatasinya dibangun aplikasi rekruitmen tenaga kerja ad hoc pemilu dengan sistem online. Tujuannya agar proses pendaftaran bisa dilakukan secara online, proses pengujian bisa secara online, dan hasil penilaian dapat diolah secara terkomputerisasi. Setelah dilakukan pengujian pada aplikasi, hasilnya menunjukkan aplikasi berfungsi dengan baik dan sesuai harapan. Adapun pengujian simulasi ditempat penelitian mendapatkan respon yang positif dimana setelah diuji coba aplikasi mampu memberikan penilaian tes secara terperinci. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini KPU Pekanbaru dapat menyeleksi calon tenaga ad hoc lebih mudah dan efisien.

Abstract

Keep a pet at home takes time and effort. For people who have very dense flurry of activity certainly keep a pet such as a cat would be very hard to do. A Raspberry Pi microcontroller is designed for the purpose of automatic feeding so it is easy to use. The workings of the tool are automatic scheduling using an Android-based smartphone so that the servo motor will open and close so that the cat food is taken out into the food container that has been provided. By using an Android-based smartphone, the feeding schedule can be set by the hour for each funnel. Equipped with a buzzer as a reminder of cat owners if the available food stock is low and must be immediately refilled. The programming language used is Python language. Based on testing and performance of "Automatic Cat Feeding Using Raspberry Pi Android Based" has shown results in accordance with the design that is able to open and close the funnel that fills the cat food container with a servo motor automatically by setting a predetermined time.

Abstract

Measurement of height and weight, it is needed especially for school age 5-15 years old. From the results of monitoring height and weight measurements, we can monitor whether the child is underweight or overweight and obese. We can also monitor the growth of elementary school age children. The problem faced is that monitoring the growth of children in schools cannot be carried out effectively. This is because the process of measuring children's height and weight is done manually and of course it takes time for the process, besides that, data on student height and weight are also recorded still manually, so that data processing and utilization is not optimal. The purpose of making this Automatic Height and Weight Measurement Integrated Database System to process of measuring height and weight can be done effectively and efficiently, so it can produce integrated information in Database. The existence of an integrated database will make it easier for related parties to recap and archive children's data and store history of children's growth as material for evaluating and monitoring child growth. The results of this evaluation can be used as a reference for follow-up to be conducted. The resulting output is information in the form of tables and graphs of children's growth. In this research using the prototyping method which aims to get an overview of the tool to be designed and built, then it will be evaluated by the user. The evaluated prototype will be used as a reference to make a tool as the final product as the output of this research.

Abstract

Based on the results of the researcher's observations, the competence of students' skills in the subjects of Microprocessors and Microcontrollers is still lacking. This is due to the fact that the current learning method is still using the conventional method, and still using conventional program code writing model. It is difficult to understand for students who are beginners in the field of programming. The purpose of this research is to produce Learning KIT products to facilitate learning activities of Microcontroller programming with Plug and Play system, in writing program code was made easy with simply compiling instructions in the form of block puzzles. It can make easy for the beginner to understand programming logic and algorithms. The method steps taken refer to prototyping method, it aims to get an overview of the tool’s designed and built to be shown to the user. The evaluation prototype will be used as a reference to make a tool as the final product as the output of this research.

Abstract

Government efforts to overcome the high cost of education by providing tuition assistance to underprivileged students in funding education, called scholarships. This scholarship is aimed at students who are economically disadvantaged. Students must have certain criteria that will be assessed by the school in considering their eligibility as scholarship recipients. Therefore, it is necessary to have a decision support system which will be able to shorten the selection time and improve quality in determining scholarship acceptance. the decision support system used is TOPSIS based on predetermined criteria. By using this method, it will be able to produce objective decisions in determining scholarship receipts at Tebing Tinggi Timur 2 High School.

Abstract

Telkomsel sebagai salah satu operator selular terbesar di Indonesia yang menyediakan layanan data / internet tentunya harus selalu menjamin kualitas layanan yang terbaik bagi pelanggannya, untuk itu Telkomsel harus memastikan availability perangkat produksinya agar selalu prima, khususnya perangkat core. SGSN (Serving GPRS Support Node) dan GGSN (Gateway GPRS Support Node) sebagai komponen penting dalam core network Telkomsel harus dipastikan dalam kondisi optimal, untuk itu diperlukan pengecekan / health check secara rutin setiap hari. Adapun proses pengecekan / health check terhadap perangkat SGSN dan GGSN di Telkomsel Regional Sumbagteng saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, dimana petugas melakukan remote connection ke masing-masing perangkat satu persatu melalui OSS Server dan menjalankan prosedur / command untuk melihat parameter-parameter kondisi SGSN dan GGSN tersebut, dimana output hasil print command health check sangat banyak sekali, sehingga proses pengecekan (health check) cenderung lama dan memunculkan potensi human error. Oleh karena itu maka penulis tertarik melakukan penelitian dengan judul “Otomatisasi Proses Health Check Perangkat SGSN dan GGSN Telkomsel Sumbagteng Berbasis Web”. Otomasisai proses ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan Apache Web Server dan database MySQL. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan secara otomatis oleh sistem dan interface web sudah menampilkan parameter-parameter dalam bentuk resume, sehingga mempermudah dan mempercepat proses. Hasil dari pengujian adalah pada otomatisasi Proses Health Check Perangkat SGSN dan GGSN Telkomsel Sumbagteng Berbasis Web, proses dapat dilakukan secara rutin terjadwal dan otomatis, sehingga tidak perlu mengkoneksikan ke perangkat satu persatu, sehingga mempermudah dan mempercepat proses.

Abstract

Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Utang Piutang Berbasis Web Menggunakan Framework Codeigniter adalah sistem utang piutang yang memberikan alternatif metode pembayaran kepada pelanggannya yakni dengan cara cicil untuk mendapatkan informasi utang piutang secara detail.  Tujuan dari perancangan dan pembuatan sistem utang piutang pada Toko Mitra Sari adalah sistem tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang cepat, benar dan, untuk membantu pencatatan utang piutang toko. Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Utang Piutang Berbasis Web Menggunakan Framework Codeigniter ini dikembangkan berbasis komputerisasi, serta dalam perancangannya menggunakan Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram dan sistem dijalankan pada komputer dengan medianya Browser Chrome. Dengan adanya Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Utang Piutang Berbasis Web ini dapat membantu pemilik toko memanajemen utang piutang , dan mengetahui utang piutang toko.

Abstract

Proses pengelolaan data pasien yang terdapat pada Klinik Qatrunnada Skincare masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu pencatatan pada buku besar. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan proses pencatatan data pasien menjadi lambat, kesalahan dalam pencatatan data pasien, data hilang atau tercecer dan terjadi kerangkapan data. Untuk mengatasi masalah yang kerap timbul dalam mengelolah data-data didalam Klinik Qotrunnada Skincare  tersebut, penulis memberikan solusi dengan membuat sebuah “Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Klinik Kecantikan Menggunakan Framework Laravel (Studi Kasus : Klinik Qatrunnada SkinCare)”, dengan aplikasi ini, Admin Klinik Qatrunnada Skincare  dapat terbantu dalam melakukan pekerjaannya, dan dengan adanya sistem ini proses pengolahan data pasien akan lebih cepat dan menghindari terjadinya masalah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Merancang sebuah aplikasi yang berbasis Framework Laravel  pada Klinik Qatrunnada Skincare. Hasil dari pembuatan sistem ini dapat membantu memudahkan admin untuk mencari data klinik, data obat, dan data pasien, data rekam medis, data resep yang aman dan terkomputerisasi, serta mempermudah admin dalam pelayanan terhadap pasien yang berkunjung.

Abstract

Special schools are special schools for children with special needs who aims to provide opportunities for children in obtaining education. SLB Pekanbaru Pembina State is a special education and special service (PK-LK) which has goals and targets to a) Produce students who are able to compete in this era of globalization globalization b) Produce students who are able to apply the utilization of science and technology optimally. This school handles students who have mental and physical limitations and intellectuals or called with disabilities, this school is located at Jalan Segar No. 46 Rejosari Village, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City, was founded by the Ministry of Education and Culture National Education in 1998, the Decree on the Appointment of the Pembina State SLB was issued by Minister of National Education No.13a/O/1998. On January 29, 1998, SLB Negeri The supervisor of Pekanbaru is currently led by Mr. Moelya Eko Suseno, S.Kom, M.TI, M.Pd. This school has teacher educators from graduates of Special Education (S1, S2 and even S3) the current number of SLB teachers is 55 people (all majors of visual impairment), administrative staff 7 people. For students from the level (SDLB, SMPLB and SMALB) totaling 367 people (all disabilities). The development of the Pekanbaru Pembina State SLB from year to year experienced an increase, especially in the students, then the infrastructure, facilities and infrastructure other infrastructure. This SLB is in accordance with its vision and mission to prioritize student independence, then the Pembina SLB program is prioritized on student skills. If in percentage then, Academic (30%) and Skills (70%). To achieve goals, targets, With this vision and mission, it is necessary to develop skills for SLB students. The problems contained in the Pembina State SLB Pekanbaru are: 1) The results of the Agricultural skills are not maximized, 2) Agricultural skills are not yet based on IT and 3) Lack of knowledge of teachers and students related to IT-based Product Marketing Management. Based on these problems, the solutions offered include: 1) Will be carried out guidance to increase students' knowledge in agricultural skills, 2) Will implement IoT-based Hydroponic plant cultivation and 3) provide counseling, training and guidance to students how to do management marketing of products produced with IT.
