Abstract

 Penyajian informasi seputar perusahaan, organisasi dan lembaga pendidikan di komputer dilakukan dengan metode penyajian program aplikasi yang di rancang dengan baik dan bahkan dapat diakses dari berbagai user. Ketika user mengunjungi program aplikasi tersebut, akan tertarik dan menggali sedalam mungkin informasi yang ada di program aplikasi tersebut. Pada sisi lain kebutuhan mencari referensi menggunakan otomatisasi perpustakaan meningkat pada semua tingkatan penyelenggara pendidikan, baik dasar, menengah dan tinggi, karena disadari bahwa pemanfaatan non-digital resource tetap tidak dapat digantikan oleh digital resource. Oleh karena itu kebutuhan pencarian non-digital resource tetap akan berlangsung dan berkembang semakin meluas. Keunggulan digital library system adalah memberikan kontribusi akses download digital resource dari manapun melalui internet. Namun digital library system tidak menyediakan informasi tentang non- digital resource.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 23 Tahun 2015 tentang Penumbuhan Budi Pekerti pada siswa SMPN di Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan, observasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Analisis data dilakukan dengan proses reduksi data, display data, verifikasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan ini dapat berhasil dengan memperhatikan standar dan sasaran kebijakan, optimalisasi sumber daya, karakteristik organisasi pelaksana, sikap para pelaksana, komunikasi antar organisasi terkait, serta kondisi lingkungan sosial, ekonomi, dan politik. Studi ini memberikan wawasan yang mendalam mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi implementasi kebijakan tersebut di Kota Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Evaluating lecturers competence in Artificial Intelligence, Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge (AI-TPACK) and identifying key influencing factors are critical steps toward ensuring effective AI integration. Purpose: This study aims to explore the predictive effect of digital competence on AI-TPACK among sports education lecturers in Indonesia. Materials and methods: A correlational survey design was employed, involving 105 lecturers from Physical Education, Health, and Recreation programs (PJKR) across five teacher education institutions in West Java. Data were collected using two structured scales: AI-TPACK and digital competence. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied to analyze the relationships between variables. Results: The analysis revealed that while lecturers demonstrated above-average digital competence, their AI-TPACK competence remained below average. A significant positive correlation (r = 0.533) was found between digital competence and AI-TPACK, with digital competence emerging as a primary predictor. These findings suggest that lecturers who are more digitally competent are also more capable of integrating AI into their pedagogical practice. Conclusions: Strengthening digital competence can be a strategic foundation for building AI-related pedagogical skills. Future training programs should integrate both technical and pedagogical components of AI, tailored to the teaching context of physical education lecturers in higher education.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of work-life balance and work engagement on performance in personnel of the South Sulawesi Police Directorate of Criminal Investigations, and assesses the role of organizational commitment as a moderation variable in this relationship. The researcher used a quantitative approach with an explanatory design and collected data from one hundred and twenty respondents who were selected according to the research criteria. The researcher analyzed the data using SEM PLS because this method tests the relationships between latent variables simultaneously, reads the direct and indirect influences, and supports testing the role of moderation in a single model. The researcher conducts an analysis through SmartPLS with the evaluation stage of the measurement model to ensure the indicators are valid and reliable, then the evaluation of the structural model to test the strength of the relationship and the significance of the path. The results of the study show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on performance, so that the balance of work time and personal time plays a role in maintaining focus, work resilience, and the quality of task completion. Work engagement also has a positive and significant effect on performance, with a stronger influence than work-life balance, so that work attachment is the main driver of performance improvement. Moderation testing shows that organizational commitment strengthens the relationship between work-life balance and performance, so that the impact of work-life balance is greater when organizational commitment is high. In contrast, organizational commitment does not moderate the relationship between work engagement and performance, so increasing work attachment still encourages consistent performance at different levels of commitment.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of corporate liquidity, proxied by the Current Ratio (CR), on stock prices in coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2022 period. The research is motivated by the strategic importance of the coal industry in Indonesia and the increasing reliance of investors on financial performance indicators in making investment decisions, particularly in the post-COVID-19 economic recovery phase. This study adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, utilizing secondary data derived from annual financial statements and stock price records. The sample consists of eight companies selected through purposive sampling, resulting in 24 firm-year observations. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression, preceded by classical assumption tests including normality and heteroskedasticity tests. The empirical results indicate that the Current Ratio has a positive and statistically significant effect on stock prices, suggesting that higher liquidity enhances investor confidence and firm valuation in the capital market. These findings are consistent with the signaling theory and the semi-strong form of the Efficient Market Hypothesis, which posit that publicly available financial information is rapidly reflected in stock prices. However, this study is limited by its relatively small sample size and the use of a single independent variable. Future research is recommended to incorporate additional financial and macroeconomic variables and apply panel data techniques to provide more comprehensive and robust findings.

Abstract

Cross-border investment decisions by multinational corporations are increasingly shaped by political and geopolitical uncertainties in the global environment. This study aims to examine the concept of multinational capital budgeting, identify key cross-country investment risks, and analyze risk mitigation strategies through a systematic literature review (SLR). A total of 48 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025 were analyzed following PRISMA guidelines. The findings reveal five dominant dimensions of risk affecting multinational investment decisions: political risk, geopolitical risk, exchange rate risk, country risk, and economic policy uncertainty. Among the identified strategies, the risk-adjusted discount rate is the most widely applied approach (66.7%), followed by the real options approach (31.3%) and scenario analysis (29.2%). Empirical synthesis indicates that a 1% increase in geopolitical risk index is associated with a 5.79% decline in foreign direct investment (FDI), highlighting the sensitivity of investment flows to global uncertainty. However, political stability and financial development significantly moderate this negative impact, reducing it by up to 60–70%. This study contributes by developing an integrated decision framework that maps risk profiles to appropriate capital budgeting strategies. The findings suggest that no single method is universally optimal; instead, the effectiveness of capital budgeting techniques depends on risk characteristics, institutional quality, and firm capabilities. The study offers both theoretical insights and practical guidance for financial managers and policymakers in navigating investment decisions under uncertainty.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically examine and synthesize existing literature on investor trust in depository institutions within capital markets. Employing a qualitative literature review approach, this research integrates findings from prior empirical and conceptual studies to identify key determinants, theoretical perspectives, and emerging patterns related to trust formation. The analysis focuses on how investors perceive the role of depository institutions in ensuring the security, transparency, and reliability of securities ownership and transaction settlement systems. The results indicate that investor trust is primarily shaped by service quality, institutional reputation, system reliability, information transparency, and regulatory support. In particular, technological stability, secure electronic depository systems, and timely settlement processes significantly enhance investor confidence. Furthermore, trust is conceptualized as a multidimensional construct encompassing perceived security, legal certainty, and confidence in institutional integrity and professionalism. The findings also highlight that positive user experience and consistent system performance strengthen long-term trust, while system failures and lack of transparency may erode investor confidence. This study underscores the strategic role of depository institutions as a critical infrastructure in maintaining market integrity and fostering investor participation. By consolidating fragmented literature, this review contributes to the development of a comprehensive understanding of trust in capital market institutions and provides implications for policymakers and practitioners in improving service quality, regulatory frameworks, and technological resilience to sustain investor trust and market stability.
