Abstract

Masih sering terjadi perbedaan persepsi antara auditor internal dengan auditee terkait aktivitas audit internal yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas dari audit internal. Perbedaan ini dapat berdampak pada kurang bermanfaatnya audit internal dan tidak dilaksanakannya rekomendasi yang diberikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara, PT. XYZ. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Survey langsung di PT. XYZ dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang bagaimana persepsi tentang aktivitas audit internal pada PT. XYZ dan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan persepsi di antara keduanya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dan wawancara dengan auditor internal dan auditee. Dari hasil penelitian, tidak ditemukan perbedaan persepsi yang signifikan antara auditor internal dan auditee terhadap aktivitas audit internal. Kesamaan persepsi antara auditor internal dan auditee tersebut merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat menyebabkan aktivitas audit internal berjalan dengan efektif. Hal tersebut semakin mendukung keberhasilan bagi auditor internal pada PT. XYZ dalam mencapai tujuan audit internal.

Abstract

This research discusses the relationship and evolution of Islamic education through a comparison between Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia and Madrasah Nizhamiyah. Even though they are separated by hundreds of years and different cultural realities, both have a significant impact in shaping the character and knowledge of Muslims. The aim of this research is to explore the continuity of Islamic values and the adaptation of Islamic education carried out by Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, inspired by the Madrasah Nizhamiyah educational model. The research method used involves comparative analysis between Islamic education approaches in Islamic boarding schools and Madrasah Nizhamiyah. Literature study approach to explore the essence of the values and educational methods applied by these two institutions. The results of the research show that, despite significant contextual differences, Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia still maintain the continuity of Islamic values which are in line with the holistic approach of the Nizhamiyah Abbasid Madrasah. Islamic boarding schools have adopted and adapted educational principles from Madrasah Nizhamiyah, creating harmonization between Islamic traditions and local realities. This research also reveals how Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia have intelligence in combining a universal Islamic education approach with local wisdom. The contextual adaptation carried out by Islamic boarding schools creates an understanding of Islam that is relevant to the dynamics of Indonesian society, without losing the essence of basic Islamic values. This research provides in-depth insight into how Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia build relationships and utilize the intellectual heritage of Madrasah Nizhamiyah. It is hoped that the conclusions of this research can make a significant contribution to the development of Islamic education in Indonesia, as well as stimulate ideas to support dialogue between Islamic educational institutions throughout the world.

Abstract

This research aims to explore various problems faced by teachers in the context of classroom management and explore strategies that can be used to overcome these challenges. The data collection method was carried out by interviewing teachers from grade level and involving direct observation in the classroom environment. Some of the problems that arise include challenges in managing student behavior, difficulties in adapting teaching methods to diverse learning styles, as well as practical obstacles such as limited resources and classroom space. In response to these problems, this research presents a number of practical strategies that can be implemented by teachers, to increase interaction in the classroom, the application of student-centered teaching methods, and collaborative efforts between teachers and parents. Additionally, it emphasized the need for increased administrative support and ongoing training opportunities for teachers. The results of this research provide an in-depth picture of the complexity and diversity of challenges faced by teachers in classroom management. By presenting strategies that can be implemented, this research contributes to a practical and sustainable understanding of efforts to increase the effectiveness of teachers' classroom management amidst the dynamics of contemporary education.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the process of religious conversion and the factors that influence it. Religious conversion is a complex phenomenon involving fundamental changes in an individual's beliefs and identity. Through a qualitative approach, a literature review explores the causes, processes and factors that influence religious conversion. Data analysis was carried out using thematic methods. Research findings show that the religious conversion process involves stages such as search, consideration, religious experience, and decision making. Factors influencing religious conversion include social environmental influences, personal experiences, spiritual crises, search for meaning in life, and external factors such as mixed marriages or exposure to new cultures. The implications of this research can help our understanding of the dynamics of religious conversion and provide insight into intervention and guidance efforts in the context of religious diversity in society.

Abstract

Islamic education in Indonesia is currently facing major challenges in facing modernization, which demands adjustments without sacrificing traditional values. This article is a literature study that analyzes how Islamic education can adapt to the demands of modernization while still preserving traditional values. This study examines various literatures that discuss curriculum integration between religious and general sciences, the importance of character education, and increasing teacher capacity in the context of modernization. The results of the analysis show that curriculum integration can create graduates who are knowledgeable and have a strong understanding of religion. In addition, strengthening character education based on Islamic values ​​is important to shape students' identity and morals. This study also emphasizes the need for collaboration between educational institutions, government, and society to support relevant Islamic education. Thus, this article provides strategic guidance to maintain a balance between modernization and preservation of traditional values ​​in Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Teacher personnel administration is an important aspect in the effective management of educational staff in the school environment. This article aims to explore what teacher personnel administration is, the challenges in the current era and its solutions through a literature study approach. Personnel administration covers various aspects, such as recruitment, selection, development, performance assessment, promotion, and teacher welfare. Based on the literature review, the role of good teacher personnel administration is crucial to improving the quality of education. Proper management of teacher personnel can improve their motivation, performance, and welfare, thus having a positive impact on the teaching and learning process. This study also highlights the challenges in teacher personnel administration at various levels of education, especially related to government policies and school management. In conclusion, the implementation of effective teacher personnel administration plays an important role in creating a quality and sustainable education system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational evaluation at MI Gagaksipat 2 by focusing on the methods, techniques, and challenges encountered. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that formative evaluation is conducted periodically through quizzes, discussions, and assignments to provide immediate feedback, while summative evaluation is carried out at the end of the semester to measure students' overall achievements. Academically, the evaluation effectively improves student performance, as evidenced by annual increases in academic scores. From a character development perspective, the evaluation shapes students with strong religious values, discipline, and good social skills. Challenges include teachers' limited understanding of complex evaluation techniques and inadequate technological resources. The study recommends providing evaluation training for teachers and adequate facilities to enhance the quality of Islamic values-based learning.
