Historians differ in their opinion regarding the time of Nuz?l al-Qur??n i.e the 17th, 19th, 21st and 24th Ramadhan -12 H. The author is interested in verifying the time of Nuz?l al-Qur??n by tracing the events that can be read easily the time and date i.e annular solar eclipse 27th January 632 AD when the death of Ibraham's son Muhammad. The author uses new moon data of Accurate Times 5.6 month data with crescent visibility criteria of Odeh and new MABIMS and by adding the 13th month (nas?') every 3 years to find out the date of the Nuz?l al-Qur??n event. The purposes of this research are to know the date of Nuz?l al-Qur??n by tracing annular solar eclipse 27th January 632 AD and to know the factors of the different date of Nuz?l al-Qur??n among historians. This research uses historical research methods with steps: Heuristics (Source Collection), Source Criticism, Interpretation and Historiography (Presentation of results). The results of this research are Nuz?l al-Qur??n occurred on Monday, 17 Ramadhan -12 H which coincided with 19 January 610 M

The development of Falak cannot be separated from the ephemeris table, one of them i.e Simon Newcomb solar ephemeris. This ephemeris was used in the initial calculation of Abdur Rachim, one of Falak Indonesia's experts. The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of the Simon Newcomb ephemeris reckoning algorithm and its strengths and weaknesses. This paper use descriptive analysis as the research methodology. The results of this study are this Ephemeris is quite accurate because because there aremany correction terms and consider aspects of the planet's relative motion to the Earth that can be seen in the formula for perturbation and nutation correction. The advantage of this ephemeris,it has a long period correction which is useful for calculating the Sun ephemeris in years far enough from the epoch used and directly uses UT time in its calculations so there is no need to convert UT to TD. The weakness of this ephemeris is that it cannot be done manually because the formula used is too long and there are many formula corrections.

Since 2018 to July 2022, the Ministry of Communication and Information has cut off access to 534,138 gambling content on various digital platforms. This very high number will continue to grow. One of the reasons for the rise of online gambling content is the mode that is used, namely the "bodong" investment mode. Society is promised with unreasonable profits. Blocking efforts are actually one way to prevent and protect the public. Criminal law has regulated gambling in the Criminal Code, as well as if it is done using technology media, it is regulated in the Information and Electronic Transaction Law. This paper examines the regulation of criminal law regarding online gambling in the present, and in the future. This normative law research uses a statutory, comparative, and conceptual approach with prescriptive analysis. The results show that the regulation of gambling in the Criminal Code does not regulate online gambling, the ITE Law still has weak juridical problems in juridical consequences. While in the Draft Criminal Code, it is actually regulated more comprehensively, namely by regulating criminal acts committed with technology in general provisions, but regarding gambling, the 2019 Criminal Code Concept with 2022, has a significant difference, namely in the 2022 Criminal Code concept there are exceptions to permit arrangements taking into account laws that apply in society. Gambling, which has been licensed by the government, has a negative impact on people's lives. The word “without permission” has a meaning that tends to be ambiguous and less relevant.

The position of sirah or the study of the history of the prophet Muhammad SAW has an important position in the Islamic religious tradition where it ranks second after the study of hadith or sunnah. Thus, this article aims to describe how the study of the nabawiyah sirah was carried out by the two main retainers of its writing, especially seeing how the process and the relationship between these two sirah works from a historical perspective. This article itself was written with a qualitative descriptive approach supported by data collection methods in the form of literature study. From the results of the review, it is known that Ibn Ishaq's sirah is the first work that is able to systematically review the life story of the prophet, although there are still many shortcomings and finally it was perfected by Ibn Hisham with his sirah work. Both Ibn Ishaq and Ibn Hisham, both have important contributions in writing the book Sirah Nabawiyah. Ibn Ishaq with the quality of his book narration is strong enough to make his work an important reference in the study of the nabawiyah sirah.

Quadratum Geometricum is a surveying and astronomical instrument by George Von Peurbach who is known as an Austrian astronomer. This article discusses the accuracy and development concept of Quadratum Geometricum which is named Neo Quadratum Geometricum. This research is development research, which has 2 stages, namely the preliminary stage and the formative evaluation stage which consists of: self evaluation, prototyping (expert reviews and one-to-one, and small groups), and field tests. The findings of this study include: Neo Quadratum Geometricum innovation, namely the existence of a conversion arc from the value of the horizontal and vertical rulers which serves to value of the angle of tan/cotan immediately known without looking at the table. Quadratum Geometricum is more accurate in the tan angle conversion test, Neo Quadratum Geometricum is 0.0025 greater than the calculator, while Quadratum Geometricum is the same. Because, the accuracy of Neo Quadratum Geometricum is only up to minutes. However, in terms of the effectiveness of using Neo Quadratum Geometricum it is more practical, because it does not use tables. In measuring the height of the object, the difference is 8.5 cm from the actual height.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah media pembelajaran Fukudrat Solver yang berbasis GUI Matlab, valid dan layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran di sekolah pada materi fungsi kuadrat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Al-Kyai Sukosewu dari tanggal 31 Mei hingga 8 Juni 2024. Untuk penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall sepuluh tahap yang telah dimodifikasi menjadi enam tahap: (1) penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi; (2) persiapan; (3) pengembangan produk; (4) pengujian lapangan awal; (5) revisi produk awal; dan (6) pengujian lapangan skala besar. Menurut temuan, validasi ahli media dan ahli materi masing-masing memperoleh rata-rata skor dengan kriteria "Media Sangat Valid Digunakan". Dan skor rata-rata dengan kriteria "Media Sangat Layak Digunakan" dari hasil angket respon 20 siswa. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran Fukudrat Solver berbasis GUI Matlab untuk materi fungsi kuadrat valid dan layak digunakan baik secara mandiri maupun dalam pembelajaran di kelas.

The problem of the Qibla direction of the mosque is still one of the things that often occurs in society. In the modern era that has been equipped with sophisticated tools in determining the Qibla direction, there are still mosques and musala that are not facing the Qibla, moreover mosques that are hundreds of years old with traditional equipment. Pekalongan has three historical mosques: Aulia Sapuro Mosque, Jami' Mosque of Pekalongan City and Wakaf Mosque, which was the beginning of the spread of Islam in Pekalongan. This article aims to find out the history of the oldest mosque in Pekalongan and determine the accuracy and tolerance of its Qibla direction. This research is a qualitative research and data collection uses the field through interviews and observations. The data analysis technique uses comparative descriptive. The results of this article are as follows: The determination of the Qibla direction by 3 methods (Compass, Compass and magnetic declination, Local Ra?du Qiblah) shows the largest inclination in the Qibla direction of the Aulia Sapuro Mosque used the Local Ra?du Qiblah method and the smallest inclination in the Qibla direction of the Wakaf Mosque used the compass method. The inclination of the Qibla direction of the 3 mosques is still included in the category of Qibla direction tolerance, so it is valid to pray in the mosque.

This research aims to find out, how is Sharia Compliance KSPPS in Pekalongan City, and the factors causing it in Pekalongan City? The method and approach in this study is a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach is an approach method by capturing social phenomena in the community to be further described in the form of a narrative by revealing the results of the arrests as they are. The results of this research are as follows: first; Sharia compliance discusses the entire process starting from socialization, distribution or application to completion of settlement, in general it has implemented compliance in accordance with sharia principles, although some aspects have not been met. Second; There are patterns of sharia non-compliance from a number of instruments in financing at KSPPS based on three patterns of influence, a) educational perspective: DPS at KSPPS in Pekalongan City still do not have a DPS certificate, customers or members who do not understand and understand clearly related to contracts in sharia financing, managers who do not have an understanding of sharia (muamalah). b) rational perspective: conventional banking facilities and technology are more sophisticated when compared to Islamic banks, the non-applicability of reporting systems and profit sharing in accordance with Islamic principles and Islamic accounting, because they are considered too complicated and difficult for customers. c) the emotional perspective of Muslims who make choices in KSPPS for religious reasons is still small compared to rationality reasons, so they choose conventional banks.
