Abstract

This research is also a follow-up to the research with the same scheme in 2021, entitled "Local-Based Empowerment: Tourism Village Development and Local Village Women's Empowerment". In addition, the team from UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur has helped the development of tourist villages in Tegaren Village through the preparation of the Tegaren Tourism Master Plan 2019-2031. So, this research, in addition to examining the development of Trenggalek Regency to develop its tourism sector, will also discuss the perception of the people of Tegaren about the progress of their tourism village which has been supported by the Tegaren Tourism Master Plan. This will be the main indicator for the research team to carry out a follow-up plan for the preparation of the Tegaren Tourism Master Plan document. The specific objectives of this research are twofold, namely 1) to find and further examine the perception of the people of Tegaren about the progress of their tourist village and 2) to formulate and apply a follow-up plan (RTL) for the development of the Tegaren tourism sector based on the Master Plan document. This research is the embodiment of the UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur’s Research and Community Service Strategic Plan 2021-2026. This research is in line with one of the six main themes of the research and community service program in 2022, namely tourism. In addition, this research also pays attention to the linearity of the themes of national research and community service programs, namely economic recovery and tourism development. On a regional and regional scale, this research also supports the RIPPDA of Trenggalek 2017-2031 in the tourism sector. The outputs of this research are 1) scientific journals/articles to be published in periodicals and 2) oral and poster presentations at the International Seminar of Research Month event. Theories and concepts used in this study are the theory of community social perception, asset-based community development, community based tourism, and sustainable tourism. This research will be carried out in three stages, namely the preparation stage, the field study implementation stage and the evaluation stage. This research uses descriptive-exploratory research. In this study, the data collection techniques used were literature studies, interviews, questionnaires, and observations. While the data analysis used qualitative data analysis techniques. This research also involves 5 students who will later be converted into the MBKM program with recognition of 20 credits. The temporary results achieved are the satisfaction of the people of Tegaren with the progress of their tourist village. This satisfaction was obtained through interviews with stakeholders in Tegaren.

Abstract

The Bekurban program is a program to distribute besek (traditional packaging made of bamboo) from one of the fostered villages of UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur, namely Tegaren village in Trenggalek Regency, to mosques and the organizers of one of the activities of the Idul Qurban, namely the slaughter of sacrificial animals. The purpose of using this besek is to replace the plastic packaging that has been used to wrap the meat of sacrificial animals. By replacing plastic bags with plastic bags, the production of plastic bags on the Idul Qurban will also decrease. BUMDes Banyu Lumut is a business unit that used to take up business activities as a savings and loan cooperative. However, the BUMDes Banyu Lumut experienced a long-term debt default phase. Therefore, it is very difficult to provide health or stimulus to BUMDes Banyu Lumut. The proposing team has formulated two main problems, namely a) the unprofessional management of the BUMDes Banyu Lumut which causes management to fail, and b) the Besek Untuk Kurban program which still does not have marketing instruments. As a solution, the proposing team brought up the making of a video profile of Besek Untuk Kurban activities as a means of digital promotion and new knowledge for village youth and BUMDes Banyu Lumut administrators in Tegaren Village. This PIKAT community service activity is carried out using two methods, namely 1) asset-based community development (ABCD) as a method of social approach to the community and 2) production of profile videos with a soft skill approach. Meanwhile, the mandatory outputs include modules, printed and electronic media articles, publications on YouTube, speakers at scientific meetings, the application of science and technology, intellectual property rights and the MBKM program with a minimum conversion of 2 credits for students. The provisional result is that the Bekurban program has managed to collect donations of more than 10 million rupiah this year to provide incentives to besek craftsmen in Tegaren. The team's plan after this is to make a sustainability plan for the Bekurban program through social media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Fashion involvement in buying decisions on Impulse Buying Through the Positive Emotions of Teenagers during the Covid-19 pandemic. In making this journal using the method of literature study. In compiling this journal, the author uses various journals with the discussion of each journal still related to being a reference material in making this journal. The results of the study show that fashion involvement and positive emotion have an impact on impulse buying. This means that fashion involvement has a positive influence on impulse buying behavior with fashion involvement playing an important role because it has an impact on consumer decisions and positive emotion also has a positive influence on customer desires to make unplanned purchases, so that it has a big impact on consumer desires to make impulse buying. Abstract

With the development of today's modern era, there are many conveniences that can be accessed, one of which is traveling anywhere just by using online transportation services. However, consumers have several factors to consider in choosing online transportation services. their decisions on the online transportation model in the Rungkut area, Surabaya. The variable in this study is a single variable, namely decision making in the Rungkut area community, users of online transportation services. The data collection technique used is through library research using literature such as books, previous journals and references. The results of this study are improving services to consumers so that the decision-making process carried out by the people of the Rungkut area is more confident in using the online transportation model they use. Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of hedging in Islamic Banking Indonesia in mitigating the market risk resulting from fluctuations in foreign currency exchange rates. Researchers using qualitative methods, techniques Miles and Huberman Model. The object of this study is that adopted sharia hedging instrument of Conventional Banking products and prescribed and packaged in provisions DSN- MUI Fatwa No. 96/DSN-MUI/IV/2015, PBI 18/2/PBI/2016 and DPS Opinion No. 17/26/DPS/XII/2015 concerning the Proposed Transaction Hedging (Hedging) Sharia. The purpose and object of concern to researchers, then pure researchers took samples at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) that have implemented sharia hedging through forward contracts agreement. The results of this study, it can simply be concluded that the application of hedging has been implemented by BSM in accordancewith the provisions of both the provisions of the DSN-MUI, PBI and DPS. But on the other hand there are things that must be considered more serious for banks to implement sharia hedging instruments. This is because there is the inherent nature of the hedging diinstrument which is difficult to be avoided and eliminated. Keywords: Hedging, Forward Contract Agreement

Abstract

The objective of this study is to identify the different factors that influence the decision-making process of the tax advisor. The method used in this research calls upon literature and bibliographical studies. The author uses various reviews, the discussion of which is always important and used as reference material in the creation of these reviews. The results of this study indicate that perceptions of Machiavellianism, ethics of social responsibility, situational factors, and locus of control have a positive impact on professional tax decisions. The research may be used as reference material for other researchers. Keywords:

Abstract

Perkembangan UMKM yang semakin pesat menjadi sektor penting untuk mendukung pertumbuhan perekonomian nasional. Kota Surabaya merupakan salah satu kota yang mengalami peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi setiap tahunnya sehingga menyebabkan persaingan yang semakin ketat pula. Sehubungan dengan itu, Pemerintah Kota Surabaya melakukan perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis UMKM dengan menciptakan aplikasi mobile bernama E-Peken. E-peken merupakan aplikasi mobile yang dirancang untuk mendorong UMKM serta membantu masyarakat Kota Surabaya khususnya dalam hal pemenuhan kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan dan pengembangan UMKM di Kota Surabaya dengan adanya penggunaan aplikasi E-Peken. Metode yang digunakan untuk membahas dan menganalisis topik pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi E-Peken masih mengalami tantangan dan hambatan. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut diperlukan kerjasama untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan teknologi UMKM. Selain itu, peningkatan regulasi yang kuat dan perlindungan konsumen akan memperkuat kepercayaan dalam penggunaan E-Peken.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami strategi perencanaan bisnis berkelanjutan di era Society 5.0, dengan fokus pada peran sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam PT Gojek Indonesia. Era Society 5.0 dianggap sebagai revolusi industri yang mengintegrasikan revolusi industri 4.0 dan teknologi masa depan, menuntut perusahaan untuk menyesuaikan strategi mereka untuk menghadapi tantangan dan peluang baru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Proses pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan cara mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis berbagai sumber tersebut untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang topik yang akan diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDM memiliki peran penting dalam mencapai tujuan perencanaan bisnis berkelanjutan PT Gojek Indonesia. Strategi yang diterapkan mencakup pengembangan karir karyawan, pengintegrasian teknologi, dan pembentukan budaya perusahaan yang mendukung inovasi dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan. Penelitian ini menyediakan wawasan tentang bagaimana PT Gojek Indonesia mengimplementasikan strategi perencanaan bisnis berkelanjutan di era Society 5.0, serta kontribusi SDM dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui segmentasi pasar dan perencanaan bisnis dalam industri retail. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana para pengusaha retail dalam menjalankan bisnisnya melalui segmentasi pasar dan perencanaannya dan dapat mengetahui hasil dari segmentasi pasar yang mereka lakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tataran analisis deskriptif atau dalam bentuk deskripsi yang berfokus pada pembahasan segmentasi pasar dan perencanaan bisnis pada industri retail. Sumber data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari dokumen atau literatur dari jurnal yang menjelaskan tentang segmentasi pasar, perencanaan bisnis, dan peran segmentasi pasar terhadap konsumen.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mengubah paradigma bisnis global, termasuk dalam pemasaran dan pengembangan produk dimana semuanya dituntut untuk serba mudah dan cepat. Pemasaran digital merupakan strategi penting dalam era digital saat ini, terutama bagi merek yang ingin tumbuh dan bersaing di pasar yang kompetitif. Karena pemasaran digital dapat membantu menjangkau konsumen lebih luas, berinteraksi langsung dengan konsumen dalam waktu nyata, dan memberikan fleksibilitas serta responbilitas pada kampanye yang diluncurkan secara online. Artikel ini mengidentifikasi bagaimana pemasaran digital dapat membantu Somethinc, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri kecantikan untuk meningkatkan pengembangan pada bisnisnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan menggunakan analisis melalui media sosial Instagram dan TikTok serta analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Somethinc sudah menerapkan pemasaran digital dengan baik dan efektif terutama melalui media sosial Instagram dan Tiktok. Seperti membuat konten yang menarik, informatif, dan mengikuti tren. Kemudian bekerja sama dengan para influencer serta menjadikan artis-artis terkenal dan booming sebagai brand ambassadornya. Sehingga brand Somethinc memiliki peluang untuk memperluas penjualan produknya ke tingkat internasional.
