Abstract

Abstract :The purpose of the study was to find out the increase of oxidative stress level of athletes who exercised male partnered submaximal embu shorinji kempo at night. The research was conducted using the pretest posttest one group design of quasi expe-rimental design. The samplings of the study were eight of 18 to 20 year-old healthy college students of sport science of Surabaya State University. The blood samples were taken from vena cubiti before and after the exercise of male partnered submaximal embu. The dependent variable was observed using MDA plasma level indicator. The data were analyzed using SPSS 16 of T-test. The result showed the increase of plasma MDA level from pretest and posttest was p=0,002 (p<0,05). It means that there was a significant difference. In conclusion, there was an increase of MDA plasma level causing the increase of oxidative stress level of athletes who exercised male partnered sub-maximal embu shorinji kempo at night. The study was intended to give more empirical information to athletes who exercised male partnered submaximal embu shorinji kempo at night which was viewed from oxidative stress level parameter.Key words :motivation, extracurricular, futsal.Abstrak :Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan derajat stres oksidatif pada pelaku latihan submaksimal embu berpasangan putra shorinji kempo di malam hari. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode quasi experimental dengan menggunakan rancangan the pretest posttest one group design. Penelitian ini menggu-nakan total sampling sebanyak 8 orang sehat, berumur 18-20 tahun. Mereka dipilih dari mahasiswa Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negri Surabaya. Sampel darah di ambil dari vena cubiti saat sebelum dan sesudah melakukan latihan submaksimal embu ber-pasangan putra.Variabel tergantung yang diteliti adalah menggunakan indicator kadar MDA plasma. Latihan olahraga embu berpasangan putra dilakukan pada waktu malam hari dengan pengukuran kadar MDA sebelum dan setelah latihan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis mengggunakan program statistik SPSS 16, dengan menggunakan uji t-Berpa-sangan. Dari analisis statistik menunjukkan peningkatan kadar MDA plasma pree test da post test memiliki nilai p=0,002 (p<0,05) yang berarti terdapat perbedaan peninggkatan yang signifikan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peninggkatan kadar MDA plasma yang dapat menimbulkan peningkatan derajat stres oksidatif setelah latihan submaksimal embu berpasangan Putra Shorinji Kempo di malam hari. Penelitian ini di harapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan ilmiah bagi para pelaku latihan submak-simal di malam hari yang di tinjau dari parameter derajat stres oksidatifKata kunci :kadar mda, latihan submaksimal shorinji kempo, di malam hari.

Abstract

Abstrak:  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses integrasi sosial dalam pluralisme mahasiswa keolaharagaan di Palangka Raya, dengan batasan penelitian hanya terbatas pada mahasiswa keolahragaan yang ada di Kota Palangka Raya, khususnya mahasiswa keolahragaan asal suku batak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan mahasiswa keolahragaan asal suku batak yang berada di perantauan Palangka Raya memiliki sifat dan penyesuaia diri atau integrasi sosial yang relatif baik, diantarnya: (1) mampu dan bisa berkomunikasi, saling tegur sapa, saling menghargai, cepat dan bisa beradaptasi dengan kelompok lainnya, baik di kampus maupun di luar kampus; (2) walaupun ke-sukua-nya relatif kuat, namun bisa bergabung dan bergaul dengan yang laiannya, misalkan bisa ibadah bersama, juga memiliki sifat sosial dengan membantu atau menolong dengan mahasiswa lain dengan latar suku yang berbeda. Bahkan memiliki sifat toleransi, diantaranya ikut partisipasi kegiatan keagamaan di agama lainnya; (3) bisa memberikan kesetaraan dan keadilan serta memperlakukan yang relatif sama dengan teman lainnya walaupun berbeda suku lainnya, baik pada momen kegiatan di kampus maupun di luar kampus; (4) selain tetap memertahan budaya sendiri, seperti sering berbahasa, berpakaian, makanan sesuai budayanya batak sendiri, juga bisa menghargai dan menghormati budaya setempat yaitu dayak, misalnya terkadang memkai baju khas dayak, menyanyi lagu dayak, bahkan berbahasa dayak dan banjar walau tidak terlau fasih, termasuk menyenangi makanan khas budaya setempat. Sedangkan kekurangannya yang paling disoroti dari teman suku lainnya adalah “nada keras” berbicara, bahkan terkadang dianggap sikap marah, dan juga punya sikap pendirian yang relatif sangat kuat, baik pendirianya yang dianggap benar ataupun salah.

Abstract

In this era of educational progress, challenges and opportunities continue to emerge, and one of the educational paradigms that is increasingly being paid attention to is inclusive education. This research aims to dive deeper into the concept of inclusive education, exploring the importance of building learning that supports equality and implementing cultural wisdom values in it. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with literature study. Inclusive learning that combines equity and cultural wisdom involves a variety of strategies, including the use of learning methods, culturally responsive curricula, parent participation, and diverse assessments. By bringing all aspects together, teachers can create a learning environment that supports equality, respects cultural diversity, and allows each student to reach his or her potential optimally.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low level of understanding and the diverse perceptions of tenth-grade students toward Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning at SMAN 4 Palangka Raya. Differences in students’ understanding, motivation, and perception are presumed to be influenced by internal and external factors. The internal factors examined include learning process, motivation, and personality, while the external factors cover intensity, size, contrast, repetition, movement, and novelty within the learning process. This research employed a descriptive design with a survey approach. The study population consisted of 282 students, with a sample of 56 students determined through random sampling techniques. The research instrument was a closed-ended questionnaire using a Likert scale rating format. The results showed that students’ perceptions of PJOK learning were categorized as less favorable, with an overall percentage of 60%. These findings indicate the need to improve the quality of PJOK learning, particularly in terms of teaching methods, student motivation, and a supportive learning environment.

Abstract

Sports are movement activities carried out by a person. Sports is an activity that is needed by a person to maintain physical fitness, so that these activities can be carried out optimally. Individuals who have carried out sports activities should be appreciated and made a matter of course, because if humans have done physical activities by exercising which is also accompanied by maintaining a healthy lifestyle, then later it will shape the body to be fit and not easily attacked by diseases that make the body healthy. The purpose of this study is to find out about Student Sports Behavior in the Kahayan River Basin, Palangka Raya City. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. A total of 278 students living in the Kahayan River watershed were used as samples. The data collection technique in this study is a questionnaire in the form of indirect communication assisted by filling out through google forms. The conclusion obtained from this study is that every day students do sports activities with a minimum duration of 30 minutes in the afternoon. The purpose of students doing sports activities every day is to maintain a healthy body. In addition, there are also sports facilities around their homes, so parents or families always motivate them to do sports activities, especially around the house. At school, the majority of students have participated in extracurricular activities and like to watch sports matches. However, sometimes students are lazy to do sports activities due to insufficient time due to their individual busyness.
