Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk : (1) Mengetahui Pengaruh Konsep Wisata Berbasis Website Browser Terhadap Suistainable Tourism (Pariwisata Berkelanjutan) Pada Wisata Alam Bantimurung Kabupaten Maros, (2) Mengetahui Pengaruh Konsep Wisata Berbasis Website Server Terhadap Suistainable Tourism (Pariwisata Berkelanjutan) Pada Wisata Alam Bantimurung Kabupaten Maros, (3) Mengetahui Pengaruh Konsep Wisata Berbasis PHP Terhadap Suistainable Tourism (Pariwisata Berkelanjutan) Pada Wisata Alam Bantimurung Kabupaten Maros. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang, terdiri dari pegawai Balai Taman Nasional Bantimurung berjumlah 20 orang, masyarakat Kecamatan Bantimurung berjumlah 10 orang, pengunjung Air Terjun Bantimurung berjumlah 10 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dimana keseluruhan populasi dijadikan responden dalam penelitian ini. survei dilakukan dari bulan mahasiswaelaksanaan penelitian selama 2 (dua) bulan yaitu Agustus s.d September 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Website Browser berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Suistainable Tourism Pada Wisata Alam Bantimurung Kabupaten Maros, (2) Penerapan sistem yang telah dirancang pada website server menggunakan Nginx lebih cepat dalam merespons permintaan klien dari pada Apache, (3) Pembuatan website menggunakan pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) mempunyai berbagai macam kelebihan dan keunggulan bila dibandingkan dengan menggunakan program lain yang sejenis. Hal ini berarti dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa website Browser, Server, PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) merupakan variabel yang besar pengaruhnya terhadap Suistainable Tourism (Pariwisata Berkelanjutan) Pada Wisata Alam Bantimurung Kabupaten Maros

Abstract

This research aims to explore accounting students' understanding of zakat accounting concepts and reporting, specifically for students in the Accounting program at Lamappapoleonro University. The findings are intended to provide input for curriculum development and enhance the quality of accounting graduates. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through an open-ended questionnaire distributed online via Google Forms to 22 students from the Accounting Study Program at Lamappapoleonro University.The results indicate that accounting students at Lamappapoleonro University have a reasonably good understanding of zakat accounting concepts and their financial reporting. However, there is still a need for improvement, particularly in the implementation aspect and in gaining a deeper understanding of complex zakat accounting treatments and their reporting in accordance with the latest standard, PSAK 409

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance at Bank BRI Soppeng Branch. The main problem underlying this research is the phenomenon of low work motivation, lack of initiative, and weak interdepartmental coordination, which have an impact on the achievement of work targets. The research method used is associative quantitative research, with data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The population of this study consisted of 45 employees, all of whom were used as samples through a total sampling (census) technique. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05 and a regression coefficient of 0.716. This indicates that the better the implementation of leadership characteristics such as charisma, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, the higher the employee performance. This study suggests that management should continue to enhance individual support and guidance to optimize organizational productivity

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational behavior and leadership style on improving employee performance. In facing increasingly complex work dynamics, organizations are required to effectively manage individual and group behavior, as well as implement appropriate leadership styles to enhance employee performance. This research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data analysis techniques used include validity and reliability tests, as well as multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of organizational behavior and leadership style as independent variables on employee performance as the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that organizational behavior and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This implies that the better the organizational behavior implemented and the more effective the leadership style applied, the higher the level of employee performance achieved. In conclusion, organizational behavior and leadership style play an important role in improving employee performance. Therefore, organizations are encouraged to create a conducive work environment, enhance communication, and adopt effective leadership styles to optimize employee productivity and performance

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the regional economy, including in Soppeng Regency. However, the implementation of accounting systems in MSMEs still faces various obstacles that impact the quality of financial management and business decision-making. This study aims to identify the challenges faced by MSMEs in implementing accounting systems and to formulate practical solutions to improve the quality of financial record-keeping. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilising data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation among MSME operators in Soppeng Regency. The findings indicate that the main challenges include low accounting literacy, limited human resources, insufficient use of digital technology, and a lack of awareness regarding the importance of financial reporting. Practical solutions include enhanced accounting training, ongoing mentoring, the use of simple accounting applications, and strengthening the role of local government and universities in supporting SMEs. It is hoped that this research will serve as a reference for the development of SME empowerment programmes focused on improving financial management
