Abstract

Kegiatan wirausaha menjadi salah satu upaya untuk menopang perekonomian nasional. Dalam proses meningkatkan perekonomian pada masyarakat tentu yang pertama dilakukan adalah mengetahui potensi wilayah daerah. Mustafa Farm merupakan peternakan kambing yang terletak di Desa Pandean Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang mempunyai banyak potensi. Pengembangan wirausaha sosial pada masyarakat setempat dapat dimulai dengan mengembangkan keterampilan tersebut melalui sebuah program sosialisasi pengembangan potensi sumberdaya dalam hal ini peternak kambing Mustafa Farm bertepatan di Desa Pandean. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bukan hanya sebagai wadah untuk mengembangkan keterampilan tetapi juga bertujuan agar supaya berdampak kepada peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat. Pada proses pencapaian tujuan tersebut, Team melakukan persiapan dan menentukan pkegiatan yang prioritas berdasarkan potensi dan kondisi masyarakat untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Setelah menentukan prioritas kegiatan, selanjutnya melakukan sosialisasi dilapangan dan loka karya. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat meningkatkan produksi peternak kambing, meningkatkan semangat berwirausaha peternak agar supaya lebih sensitive terhadap peluang pasar, meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peternak dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan potensi peternakan yang dimiliki terutama dalam hal manajemen peternakan dengan memanfaatkan  potensi sumber daya local yang ada sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produksi secara optimal dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani dan  olahraga ialah bagian yang integral berasal sistem pendidikan yang bersifat menyeluruh. Mata pelajaran ini merupakan bagian penting buat mempertinggi kegiatan jasmani siswa di sekolah. Namun, pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah tidak cukup mampu memberikan efek kebugaran bagi peserta didik. Oleh sebab itu, diharapkan olahraga yang menarik serta mampu menaikkan aktivitas jasmani peserta didik di sekolah, salah satunya olahraga Panco Air. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan memakai perpaduan antara beberapa metode penelitian, yakni metode penelitian deskriptif, eksperimen, dan sejarah (pengalaman di masa kecil). Penelitian dilakukan di tahun 2021 hingga 2022. Sampel penelitian ini ialah siswa Sekolah Dasar yang tinggal di Pondok Yayasan Amal Bakti Sujono Taruno, Baki, Sukoharjo. Proses pengembangan olahraga ini juga melibatkan dosen dan  mahasiswa jurusan FKIP POK UTP. Olahraga Panco Air ialah suatu olahraga yang diangkat dari permainan rakyat. Pembuatan alat Tumpuan olahraga ini membutuhkan proses yang relatif panjang serta kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak. Sementara itu, Pembuatan aturan Permainan bisa dilakukan dengan baik sesudah melakukan uji coba latihan pancoair bersama mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa olahraga Panco Air sangat efektif dalam menaikkan kegiatan jasmani, khususnya siswa SD.

Abstract

This study has a goal, namely to be able to determine the effect partially or simultaneously on the variables of leadership, work discipline, motivation on employee performance. In order for management activities to work optimally, the organization must have competent and trained workers and then efforts to operate the organization as well as possible to improve employee performance. This shows that it is increasingly clear that the position of human resources in a company is an important asset that must be managed properly and correctly. This research was conducted on PT Batk Keris employees who are located at Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan No. 1. Surakarta. The population is all employees as many as 50 people, then all are taken as samples (saturated sampling). The results of the study can be stated that there is a partial and simultaneous influence of the variables of leadership, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The influence of the three independent variables turns out to be the leadership variable that has the most dominant influence on the ups and downs of employee performance. The influence of the variables of leadership, work discipline and motivation is 88.60%, while the remaining 11.40% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this study.

Abstract

Indonesian tourism is currently still feeling the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic that has occurred throughout the world. The COVID-19 pandemic has destroyed the tourism industry and the creative economy in Indonesia. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused tourism trends to change, shifting tourism trends in Indonesia have also impacted several businesses. In order to survive, of course, restaurant industry players must innovate in line with shifts in consumer behavior and habits. This study aims to see directly the impact caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic on three business categories, namely hotels, tourist destinations and restaurants, then create several strategies with the role of digital marketing to increase Indonesian tourism trends in the midst of a pandemic, or even until the pandemic is over. It is hoped that these strategies can revive the tourism sector and the creative economy in Indonesia, which were in a very bad slump when the pandemic hit. Abstract

Kerajinan batik merupakan salah satu upaya mewujudkan pemberdayaan industri kreatif. Selain itu, juga sebagai upaya untuk melindungi warisan budaya bangsa. Program membatik bertujuan untuk melestarikan budaya dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, dengan pembinaan dan pengelolaan yang baik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan mitra (masyarakat). Kegiatan sosial dan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat ekonomi kreatif di daerah Lasem, Kabupaten Rembang, Jawa Tengah, sehingga mereka dapat membuat batik dan menjadikannya produk ekonomi kreatif yang dapat membuka peluang bisnis baru dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Praktik membatik merupakan upaya untuk melestarikan budaya bangsa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap di bulan September 2022. Mitra PkM ini ialah UMKM Batik Lasem. Langkah pertama yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mengidentifikasi masalah yang dihadapi mitra. Langkah kedua mendampingi UMKM untuk bagaimana membuat konten pemasaran digital yang menarik dan memberikan pengetahuan pengelolaan keuangan UMKM. Langkah ketiga membantu mitra untuk mengenali pemasaran sosial media dan ecommerce. Langkah keempat membantu bagaimana agar bisa membantu memaksimalkan proses pemasaran digital yang dilakukan. Langkah kelima membantu pendampingan agar masyarakat bisa menjadi berdikari dan memiliki usaha yang stabil, sehingga dapat menopang kebutuhan sehari-hari.  Batik Craft is one of the efforts to empower creative industries. In addition, it is also an effort to protect the nation's cultural heritage. The batik program aims to preserve culture and increase people's income; good guidance and management can improve partners' management capabilities (community). This social activity and training aim to strengthen the creative economy in the Lasem area, Rembang Regency, Central Java, so that they can make batik and make it a creative economic product that can open up new business opportunities and increase people's income. The practice of batik is an attempt to preserve the nation's culture. This activity was carried out in several stages in September 2022. This PkM partner is the Batik Lasem UMKM. The first step in this service activity is to identify the problems partners face. The second step is to assist MSMEs in creating attractive digital marketing content and provide knowledge of MSME financial management. The third step helps partners to recognize social media marketing and e-commerce. The fourth step helps how to help maximize the digital marketing process that is being carried out. The fifth step is assisting with assistance so that people can become self-sufficient and have a stable business to support their daily needs.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat saat ini, hal tersebut berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan dari penjualan produk yang dahulu dilakukan secara langsung atau konvensional mulai beralih dan beradaptasi menggunakan digital marketing. Hal ini tidak selaras dengan kemampuan beberapa masyarakat terutama pelaku UMKM terkait pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam digital marketing, terutama di Desa Karangsari Kabupaten Karanganyar. Desa ini memiliki pelaku UMKM yang mempunyai berbagai jenis produk akan tetapi kesulitan dalam melakukan pemasaran online karena keterbatasan pengetahuan yang dimiliki. Tema dari pengabdian masyarakat ini disesuaikan dengan permasalahan yang saat ini dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM di desa Karangsari. Metode penyampaian kegiatan ini melalui ceramah dan diskusi serta praktek penggunaan aplikasi ecommerce yang nantinya akan digunakan oleh peserta UMKM untuk melakukan pemasaran online. Pada pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, peserta diberi pelatihan terkait digital marketing dan dibimbing untuk memiliki toko online di marketplace Shopee dan dengan tujuan pelaku usaha dapat mengembangkan usaha dan memperluas pasar melalui ecommerce. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ada pendampingan praktik yang dilakukan oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa sehingga hasil kepemilikan akun Shopee dapat mencapai 100%. Kata kunci: digital marketing, UMKM, ecommerce, konten pemasaran. Abstract Alongside today's rapid technological advancements, this has influenced the development of product sales that were previously done directly or conventionally, beginning to change and adapt utilizing digital marketing. This is in contradiction to the capabilities of some communities, particularly SMEs perpetrators, in terms of knowledge and skills in digital marketing, particularly in Karangsari Village, Karanganyar district. This village includes SMEs perpetrators who have a variety of items but struggle with online marketing because to their lack of understanding. The theme of this community commitment is tailored to the present issues confronting SMEs perpetrators in Karangsari. This activity will be delivered through lectures and discussions, as well as using e-commerce apps that UMKM participants will later utilize to run online marketing. Participants in the implementation of this community's dedication were trained in digital marketing and guided to own online stores in the Shopee marketplace, with the goal of entrepreneurs developing businesses and expanding the market through ecommerce. The community service activities are accompanied by practices carried out by a team of lecturers and students in order to achieve 100% income from Shopee account ownership.

Abstract

A community service program aimed at the Karangtaruna community, which is part of the young generation of Gen Z, will be implemented to assist and optimize the empowerment of human resources in Boyolali village. This program provides stimulus with the following targets and stages: 1) Preparation stage for creative economy business management practices and recording financial transactions, 2) Practicum stage where the process of running a business is carried out by the young generation of Gen Z with assistance and monitoring by the service team, as well as direction and evaluation, 3) Activity reporting stage where the young generation of Gen Z reports on developments in turnover, business transactions, production processes, marketing and financial reporting. The results of this activity include: increasing entrepreneurial performance in the Gen Z community who are more empowered and independent, increasing entrepreneurial knowledge which helps them in marketing products and services, and generating enthusiasm and positive energy among Gen Z to continue entrepreneurship. This activity went well and effectively.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bermula dari survei yang dilakukan oleh Kemenkop UKM pada tahun 2022 yang mengungkapkan beberapa kendala utama yang dihadapi UMKM dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital adalah akses terbatas ke teknologi sebesar 40%, kurangnya pemahaman tentang manfaat digitalisasi sebesar 30%, dan keterbatasan sumber daya sebesar 30%. Ketidakselarasan perkembangan teknologi dan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi yang pesat menjadi tujuan penyelesaian utama dari pelatihan ini agar pelaku UMKM dapat berkembang dan merasakan manfaat dari penggunaan digital marketing. Kegiatan ini diadakan. Kegiatan ini diadakan pada hari Sabtu, 27 April 2024 di Taman Cerdas Panularan, Kecamatan Laweyan, Kota Surakarta yang dihadiri oleh 60 pelaku UMKM yang ada di Kelurahan Panularan Kecamatan Laweyan. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan praktek digital marketing pada pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Panularan. Agar kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat memberikan hasil yang optimal, harus ada beberapa rekomendasi atau tindak lanjut yang perlu dilakukan, diantaranya: peserta yang telah selesai mengikuti pelatihan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tema digital marketing, diharapkan terus menjalankan usaha dengan menggunakan ilmu yang sudah diberikan dalam kegiatan pelatihan digital marketing.

Abstract

A good organization is an organization that seeks to improve its human resource capabilities, because it is a main factor for improving performance. The important things that need to be considered include; Safe, profitable and satisfactory working conditions also contribute to increasing employee motivation on work. In addition, work content is also no less important to measure employee performance.Original work content is the contents of the work or task given to employees and it is one of the supporting factors that provide smoothness of work motivation. The purpose of this study were to: (1) analyze and explain the effect of working conditions and work content on the discipline and employee performance (2) knowing and analyzing the mediation effect of discipline in the influence of work conditions and work content on employee performance. This research was conducted at the employees of the former Surakarta Residency Office of Surakarta, Boyolali, Sukoharjo, Wonogiri and Sragen, which are usually sacrificed (Subo Suko Wono Sraten or Solo Raya), each of which has 25 employees, so that the total total is 125 employees. Then each region was taken by 15 employees as respondents. The Path analysis is used to test the relationship between independent variables with the dependent variable mediated by the mediation variable. The results of the study found that (1) there is a positive influence and significant work conditions and work content on the discipline and employee performance (2) there is a direct influence that is better than working conditions and work content on employee performance than must be mediated by discipline. Keywords: working conditions, job content, discipline, performance, and path analysis.
