Masih banyak siswa SMK yang belom mampu melakukan pengambilan keputusan karir dikarenakan, antara lain: ragu, bimbang dan merasa tidak mantap dengan keputusan yang diambil, gagal mengambil keputusan, pilihan yang dihasilkan bukanlah pilihan yang bijak, masih memiliki ketergantungan terhadap orang lain (guru, orang tua atau teman), tidak memiliki piihan karir yang mantap, dan beberapa siswa mengatakan sudah mantap dengan pilihan karirnya tetapi masih meminta bimbingan pada pihak lain. Berdasarkan hasil multi stage cluster random sampling, yang dilakukan kepada siswa kelas XI maka didapat 10 orang siswa yang memiliki kemampuan pengambilan keputusan karir terendah. Dengan metode penelitian eksperimen menggunakan desain one grup pretest-posttest desaign maka didapat hasil peningkatan pada subjek penelitian. Dengan diberikan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik diskusi memberikan dampak positif kepada siswa, terlihat dari sikap subjek yang mampu memberikan argument tentang rencana masa depannya setelah melihat hasil tes minat jabatan

In order to increase innovative and creative work as a lecturer, I try to create a real work that is hoped to be able to give positive benefits in the development. As a lecturer of entrepreneurship subject for the students of Health and Education of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of UTP, so I try to engineer a kind of new sport that I name “Panco Air”. Inspiration of “Panco Air” came from smashing game that I had done since I was in grade 5 (an elementary school) together with my friends in my age. The play site was on a pathway bridge over a river 5 meters wide and 1.2 meters deep located in Srikaton village, Tugumulyo subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra Paancoair socialization has been carried out with various activities. In order to researching and developing and mass-producing the Pancoair Sport Pedestal, a Research and Development team will be formed from researchers from various fields of science (multidisciplinary) and in collaboration with entrepreneurs.

Wakil Presiden Bank Dunia untuk kawasan Asia Timur dan Pasifik, Jemal-ud-din Kassum, mengingatkan bahwa saat ini terdapat sekitar 60% penduduk Indonesia yang hidup di bawah garis kemiskinan. Sementara, 10 â€“ 20% hidup dalam kemiskinan absolute (extreme Proverty). Mereka dalam posisi rentan, baik dari sisi pendapatan/sosial, termasuk tak adanya akses kependidikan, kesehatan dan ancaman kurang gizi (malnutrion). Jemal-ud-din mendefinisikan kemiskinan dengan tingkat pendapatan kurang dari US $ 2 (Rp. 20.000,-) per hari. Hal ini dikemukakan dalam pertemuan CGI di Bank Indonesia pada hari Rabu, 7 Nopember 2001 (Kompas, 8 Nop. 2001).

Since I have been teaching in Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Health and Sport Education UTP, I invite my fellow sport lecturers to discuss smashing game to become a sport. Besides that, because since 1996, I have taught entrepreneurship subject, so I make a creation to invent â€œPanco Airâ€ Sport. And I make it to become a lecture material. Through some discussions with my fellow lecturers and students, I succeded to find â€œPanco Airâ€ game in the year 2000. In 2001 we got Uberhaki Program for making patent for â€œPanco Airâ€ support device. In 2002 we got MURI Award number 802/R.MURI/X/2002 as the firstinisiator of â€œPanco Airâ€ Sport in Indonesia. In 2002 we got program Student Alternative Work from General Directorate of High Education with Project Number 37/P4M/DPPM/WUB/IV/2002. Through Students Alternative Program we have done socialitation for â€œPanco Airâ€ Sport in some swimming pools in Regencies surrounding Surakarta ( Manahan Solo, Kopassus Kartasura, Pengging Boyolali, Jambeyan Klaten and Jati Diri Sport Arena Semarang). On March 2003, we presented â€œPanco Airâ€ Sport in an International Seminar, that was â€œInternational Conference on Sport Sciences and Physical Education Profession, Development in Facing Global Challenges, in Indonesian University of Education, Bandungâ€. In 2010, we made a unit of â€œPanco Airâ€ Sport support with a little improvement. For the next, finding and development of â€œPanco Airâ€ has always become parts of lecture materials, for semester six students. In the entrepreneurship lecture in 2012, that was followed by 300 students from 5 classes, it had been done seminar and exhibition of â€œPanco Airâ€ Sport as well, where all students were asked to give feedback to study and develop â€œPanco Airâ€ Sport.

Since the discovery of the Pancoair recreational sports design, quite a number of program activities have been carried out to develop and promote Pancoair. Among them are obtaining the Uberhaki Program from the Director General of Higher Education in 2001 to propose a Pancoair Patent, obtaining a MURI certificate in 2002, obtaining the Student Alternative Work Program in 2003, which was used to promote Pancoair throughout the districts of the former Surakarta Residency. In 2008 we held Pancoair performances and socialization in several swimming pools, including: at the Manahan Solo swimming pool, the Pengging Boyolali swimming pool, the Kartasuro Kopasus swimming pool, the Jolotundo Klaten swimming pool, and the Karanganyar swimming pool. In 2012, there were 300 Pancoair Seminars and Shows conducted by POK UTP students. In 2016-2019 the sport of Pancoair has been placed in the Muslim Oubond "Istiqlal Outbind" at the Sujono Taruno Foundation Orphanage. Where children who play oubond also play Pancoair.Given the enthusiasm of the community with the sport of pancoair, the planned future activities include: Will cooperate with the industry to produce Pancoair Pedestals. Will collaborate with Tourism Offices throughout Indonesia to hold Pancoair Recreational Sports in several swimming pools. Will cooperate with hotels that have swimming pools, which can be used for Pancoair recreational sports. Will make a special Pancoair swimming pool at the Tunas Pembangunan Solo Sports Center and invite and train sports teachers in playing the Pancoair sport.

Covid-19 pandemic impacts all aspects of Indonesians’ life. In 2021 MSMEs and street sellers in Jaten neighborhood, Karanganyar, Central Java affected by the pandemic are out of business. Some social-economic phenomena occur in which people lose their livelihood and people’s purchasing interest decreases affecting certain product and service commodities. Although the people are now adapting to new normal life, economic activities of MSMEs are still starting to get up. Responding to those conditions, we, a community service team consisting of the collaboration between academic communities, hold social service through distributing food staple packages to the MSME actors needing. The community service method used was participatory approach by involving the lecturers and students to distribute directly the food staple packages to the MSME actors in Jaten neighborhood, Karanganyar, implemented on independent initiative in Ramadhan month in 2021 for one day as scheduled. The distribution of food staple packages has run well and smoothly according to health protocol as appealed by the government. This community service activity is expected to relieve the burden of MSME actors who are affected directly by Covid-19 pandemic. This community service is supported fully by local village apparatuses, lecturers, and students involved, so that this activity can be implemented well.

The purpose of this service program is to increase the ability and income of students and foundation administrators through business assistance for Crystal herbal medicine. This community service activity was carried out from January to June 2021 at Pondok Yab Yatim Sudjono Taruno, Jetis Village, Baki District, Sukohardjo. The target of this activity is the students and dormitories of the Charity Bakti Foundation "Sudjono &Taruno" which operates 30 people. This activity is carried out using empowerment methods through training, counselling, and mentoring. The results of this service activity are: (1) the administrators and students have understood and mastered the basics of entrepreneurship and business methods well; (2) administrators and students are able to produce Crystal Jamu after practising training and education on herbal medicine-making; (3) administrators and students are able to market herbal products conventionally (offline) and online; (4) administrators and students know the process of obtaining a business license, as well as a BPOM permit. This service program also contributes to increasing the income of the crystal herbal medicine business at Pondok Yatim YAB Sudjono Taruno from Rp. 300,000 / month to Rp. 1,500,000 / month. The implementation of Community Service carried out by UTP FEB lecturers in producing Crystal Jamu has provided benefits for yab Sudjono &Taruno Yatim huts, both in order to improve health (body immunity) to prevent the spread of covid to students and administrators, congregations and the surrounding community, as well as being able to create useful business units to increase the management income of Pondok YAB Sudjono &Taruno

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan return investasi (saham, emas dan deposito) serta risk investasi (saham, emas dan deposito). Studi kasus yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah saham blue chip di Bursa Efek Indonesia, Emas PT ANTAM Tbk. dan tingkat suku bunga Bank Indonesia selama periode penelitian dari Januari 2016-Desember 2019. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji “One Way Anova”. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dipeoleh kesimpulan diantaranya tidak terdapat perbedaan return investasi (saham, emas, dan deposito). Hal itu ditunjukkan dengan hasil statistik dimana nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,175 atau > nilai alpha (0.05). Diambil kesimpulan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan antara return saham, return emas, dan return deposito. Sebaliknya, untuk tingkat risiko terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara risk investasi (saham, emas, dan deposito) dibuktikan dengan hasil statistik dimana menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 atau < nilai alpha (0.05) .

Pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga ialah bagian yang integral berasal sistem pendidikan yang bersifat menyeluruh. Mata pelajaran ini merupakan bagian penting buat mempertinggi kegiatan jasmani siswa di sekolah. Namun, pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah tidak cukup mampu memberikan efek kebugaran bagi peserta didik. Oleh sebab itu, diharapkan olahraga yang menarik serta mampu menaikkan aktivitas jasmani peserta didik di sekolah, salah satunya olahraga Panco Air. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan memakai perpaduan antara beberapa metode penelitian, yakni metode penelitian deskriptif, eksperimen, dan sejarah (pengalaman di masa kecil). Penelitian dilakukan di tahun 2021 hingga 2022. Sampel penelitian ini ialah siswa Sekolah Dasar yang tinggal di Pondok Yayasan Amal Bakti Sujono Taruno, Baki, Sukoharjo. Proses pengembangan olahraga ini juga melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa jurusan FKIP POK UTP. Olahraga Panco Air ialah suatu olahraga yang diangkat dari permainan rakyat. Pembuatan alat Tumpuan olahraga ini membutuhkan proses yang relatif panjang serta kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak. Sementara itu, Pembuatan aturan Permainan bisa dilakukan dengan baik sesudah melakukan uji coba latihan pancoair bersama mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa olahraga Panco Air sangat efektif dalam menaikkan kegiatan jasmani, khususnya siswa SD.
