Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis persepsi wajib pajak perorangan di KPP Pratama XYZ terhadap kualitas pelayanan e-filing dalam pelaporan perpajakannya. Metode analisis dengan membandingkan antara harapan dengan kualitas kinerja pelayanan yang diterima wajib pajak.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum wajib pajak perorangan di lokasi penelitian belum merasa puas dengan kualitas pelayanan e-filing baik itu dilihat dari dimensi responsiveness, assurance, empathy, reliability, dan tangibles. Dengan tingkat kesenjangan terbesar berada di pada dimensi Assurance. Kata kunci:Persepsi, kualitas layanan, e-filing.

Abstract

Payment of vehicle tax is one of the main sources of local revenue. To improve compliance in paying taxes, sufficient knowledge of vehicle tax information and taxpayer awareness initiatives is required. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer knowledge and taxpayer awareness on compliance with paying motor vehicle taxes. This research was conducted in West Cikarang. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with the sampling method using the convenience sampling method. Data was collected using a questionnaire method and processed using SPSS version 25 software. The data analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the knowledge of taxpayers and awareness of taxpayers has an effect on compliance with paying motor vehicle taxes.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in economic growth in Indonesia. Accounting knowledge is a knowledge that is used to study all financial income and expenditure activities of MSME actors. Entrepreneurial experience is a lesson that has been learned as long as entrepreneurs start their business. Entrepreneurial experience is one of the reasons to develop knowledge about accounting. The sample of this research is 100 SMEs in West Cikarang District. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire as a research instrument. The results of the study indicate that (1) There is a positive influence of Accounting Knowledge on the Use of Accounting Information. This is evidenced by the value of t_count > t_table (2.701 > 1.985) and a significance value of 0.008<0.05. (2) There is a positive influence of Entrepreneurial Experience on the Use of Accounting Information. This is evidenced by the value of t_count > t_table ( 3,678 > 1,985) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) There is a joint influence of Accounting Knowledge and Entrepreneurial Experience on the Use of Accounting Information. This is evidenced by the value of f_count 19.598 > f_table3.09 with a significant probability of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of career progression and work environment on employee performance at PT. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi. Using SPSS Version 25, this analysis uses multiple linear regression which aims to determine the effect of the Independent variable (X) on the Dependent variable (Y). This research involved 170 PT respondents. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi from various divisions. The data collection technique is carried out by distributing statement data that has been previously tested for validity and reliability, then the results of the respondents' answers are processed for analysis. The results of the analysis of this research data can be concluded that Career Pathing does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, while the Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance. However, career progression and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on PT employee performance. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi.

Abstract

Strategi Digital Marketing (SDM) Strategi pemasaran di era digital sudah menjadi pembahasan hangat saat ini, teknologi digital semakin pesat dan bukan hal yang asing lagi dikalangan masayarakat, teknologi internet berkembang dan menyatu dalam sebuah “Dunia” sebuah dunia atau tempat dimana orang dapat bertemu dan berkomunikasi serta melakukan transaksi tanpa tatap muka langsung, evolusi ini dikalangan masyarakat mendorong munculnya masyarakat baru yang dinamakan masyarakat informasi (information society) atau masyarakat berpengetahuan (Knowledge society), Di era perkembangan saat ini sudah banyak yang melakukan pemasaran secara digital  untuk menyediakan cara baru bagi pembisnis untuk berkomunikasi diseluruh siklus hidup pelanggan dengan memanfaatkan platform-platfrom digital, Perkembangan teknologi dan akses informasi yang tidak terbatas mengubah cara pandang juga memberikan kesempatan bagi para generasi Milenialls untuk bisa mengembangkan berbagai bisnis berbasis teknologi, sehingga mereka dituntut agar dapat menangkap peluang tersebut dengan memanfaaatkan berbagai platform yang sudah berkembang, Metode yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini berupa Seminar  atau kuliah.. Tempat pelaksanaan Proyek pengabdian Masyarakat ini terletak di MAN 3 Bekasi Cabangbunin (JL. Komplek Tata Kota Lenggahjaya RT/RW 06/03 Cabangbungin Kab.Bekasi Kode poss 17720). Seminar ini bertujuan untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Strategi Pemasaran Di Era Digital Untuk kaum Milenial kepada para siswa MAN 3 Bekasi Cabangbungin agar dapat mencapai tujuan dan target yang diharapkan. Melalui seminar ini, para siswa memperoleh pemahaman tentang definisi dan strategi Digital marketing milenial perkembangan saat ini, serta contoh penerapannya dalam kehidupan nyata. Mereka antusias mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan lebih mandalam mengenai strategi pemasaran di era digital milenial, selain itu seminar ini juga memainkan peran penting dalam melebarkan wawasan para siswa. Hal ini terbukti pada sesi Tanya jawab, dimana banyak pertanyaan diajukan, menunjukan bahwa para siswa telah memahami  definisi  dan konsep-konsep strategi pemasaran di era digital untuk kaum milenial.

Abstract

Generation Z refers to the demographic group consisting of individuals born between the mid-1990s to the mid-2010s. This generation is also known as "Gen Z" or "iGen," and they are a group that is growing rapidly in an era of technology and information that continues to develop rapidly. As the first generation to grow up with the internet, social media and mobile technology, Generation Z is considered the most digitally connected group. They are growing up in an era where access to information is easier than ever. Generation Z is also often considered an intelligent, adaptive and collaborative group. They have become a significant marketing target due to their outsized influence on consumer trends and preferences. In addition, Generation Z is faced with various challenges, including preparing themselves for a dynamic job market, facing social and mental pressures, and being responsible for the impact of technology on daily life. Darurrohman Islamic Vocational School is an educational institution that has long been committed to providing high quality education with an Islamic approach to its students. With a strong vision and mission, this school not only focuses on academic aspects, but also pays special attention to the development of students' character and practical skills. The number of participants who took part in this seminar was 69 people. One of the aspects that is really paid attention to at Darurrohman Islamic Vocational School is awareness of financial management in the Gen Z era which is carried out for Darurrohman Islamic Vocational School students as a collaboration between lecturers and students of STIE Ekadharma Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which computer knowledge and basic accounting knowledge influence the level of proficiency in using MYOB, both independently and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The research respondents consisted of 115 students from SMK Talenta Bangsa who were collected using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection instruments were tested for validity and reliability, while the prerequisites for analysis included linearity and multicollinearity tests. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as the method, and t-tests and F-tests were used to examine the hypotheses.The analysis results indicate that basic accounting knowledge has a positive and significant impact on the ability to use MYOB, with a t-value of 8.222 > t-table 1.980. Similarly, computer knowledge was also found to have a significant impact, with a t-value of 4.941 > t-table 1.980. Simultaneously, both independent variables contribute significantly to students' skills in operating MYOB, as indicated by a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 and an F-value of 35.602 > F-table 3.08. The regression equation yields a constant of 19.387, while the coefficient of determination (R²) is 38.9%. This indicates that the two variables can explain 38.9% of the variation in students' ability, while the remaining 61.1% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.
