Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the financial management innovation index at the Public Health Office (Dinas Kesehatan) of Sumbawa District. The type of this study was descriptive study. The data used in this study was primary data. The technique used to collect data was through questionnaire. The populations in this study were all employees at the Public Health Office (Dinas Kesehatan) of Sumbawa District. The technique of determining the sample was using the Slovin formula, therefore the number of samples in this study was 55 samples. The data analysis technique used was standard equation for calculating the innovation index. Based on the results of the data analysis, the value of each dimension were as follow: The dimension of novelty with innovation score was of 7.74, the dimension of productive with value was of 7.76, the dimension of impact with value was of 7.52 and dimension sustainable with value was of 7.55. Then from the results of all the dimension concluded that financial management innovation index at the Public Health Office (Dinas Kesehatan) of Sumbawa District was 76.3 or 76.30% with the "Innovative" category.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of economic growth on regional revenues in Sumbawa Regency. This research is a causal associative research, which aims to determine the effect of economic growth on regional revenues in Sumbawa Regency. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of data on economic growth and regional revenue for Sumbawa Regency for 2017-2021 obtained from Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan, dan Aset Daerah (DPKA), Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) for Sumbawa Regency. All data that has been collected will be processed using the SPSS program to be studied using techniques that include simple linear regression analysis, individual parameter hypothesis testing (t test) and determinant coefficient test (R2). Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that economic growth has a positive and significant effect on regional revenues in Sumbawa Regency. The ability of the economic growth variable to affect the variation in the regional revenue variable in Sumbawa Regency is 89.5%, while the remaining 10.5% is explained by variables outside the model which are summarized in random errors, such as regional loans and regional expenditures.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of financial performance based on the concept of Value For Money in the Taliwang District Office, West Sumbawa Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, namely research that aims to provide an overview of phenomena or symptoms in society by using numbers. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of an annual report at the Taliwang District Office, West Sumbawa Regency. The analytical tool used in this study is the concept of value for money, including economic ratios, efficiency ratios and effectiveness ratios. The results of the study show that the financial performance of the Taliwang Sub-District Office of West Sumbawa Regency in 2020-2021 is in the criteria of being uneconomical with the achieved ratio level being above 105%, and inefficient with the achieved ratio level being above 100%. Meanwhile, the effectiveness criteria are in the effective category with a ratio between 90% -100%. Based on these results, it is necessary to review the budget used by carrying out a strict controlling system for the budget issued by budget users. The Taliwang sub-district office of West Sumbawa Regency as a budget user must use the budget as economically as possible, minimize waste and unproductive expenses such as purchasing employee computers that are damaged, because they can still be repaired, and use the budget as effectively as possible to achieve the goals set.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the determinants of employee welfare at PT. Surya Madistrindo Denpasar Branch consisting of salary, benefits, facilities, and promotion. This type of research is causal associative research. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of scores on the results of respondents' answers which are collected directly using a questionnaire. The respondents of this study were employees of PT. Surya Madistrindo Denpasar Branch, totaling 34, were selected to represent all employees, totaling 146 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire prepared based on the indicators of the research variables. All data that has been collected will be processed using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) program to be studied using techniques which include multiple linear regression analysis, individual parameter hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous parameter hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that salaries, benefits, facilities and promotions have a positive and significant effect on the welfare of employees of PT. Surya Madistrido Denpasar Branch, either partially or simultaneously. The ability of the variables of salary, benefits, facilities and promotion to variations in changes in the variable welfare of employees of PT. Surya Madistrido Denpasar Branch is 86.7%, while the remaining 13.3% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of celebrity endorser and brand image on purchasing decisions of Scarlett Whitening in Sumbawa Besar. The type of this study was associative study. The type of data used is quantitative obtained from primary sources. Total of population in this study was 110. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, thus the number of samples in this study was 110 people. The method used to collect data is using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study showed that the celebrity endorsers and brand image had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of Scarlett Whitening in Sumbawa Besar, both partially and simultaneously. the percentage effect of celebrity endorsers and brand image on the purchasing decision of Scarlett Whitening in Sumbawa Besar is 50.7%, while the remaining 49.3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study, such as product factors and cultural factors. Product factors consist of psychological factors, social factors and business atmosphere factors, while cultural factors consist of cultural factors, price factors and promotion factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the income of MSME actors before and after obtaining capital financing assistance from BMT Insan Samawa. The type of this research is comparative research. The data used is primary data obtained directly through interviews. The informants of this study were 80 MSME actors who were registered as BMT Insan Samawa customers. The data analysis technique is using the Two Means Difference Test, which includes paired samples statistics test, paired samples correlations test, and paired samples t-test. The results showed that there were differences in the income levels of MSME actors in Sumbawa Regency before and after receiving capital assistance from BMT Insan Samawa. The provision of capital assistance by BMT Insan Samawa has had a positive impact on the income of MSMEs in Sumbawa Regency. The average income earned by MSME actors after receiving capital assistance from BMT Insan Samawa has increased compared to the income earned before receiving capital assistance from BMT Insan Samawa.

Abstract

Pertambahan jumlah penduduk di perkotaan yang pesat berdampak terhadap peningkatan jumlah sampah yang dihasilkan. Peningkatan jumlah sampah yang berasal dari rumah tangga jika tidak diikuti oleh perbaikan dan peningkatan sarana dan prasarana pengelolaan sampah yang mengakibatkan permasalahan sampah menjadi komplek. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan pengolahan sampah organik menjadi pupuk kompos. Mengelola sampah pada dasarnya membutuhkan peran aktif dari masyarakat, oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian Fakultas Ekonomi dan Manajemen Universitas Samawa (UNSA) melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Nijang Kecamatan Unter Iwes Kabupaten Sumbawa. Tujuan kegiatan ini dilakukan sebagai upaya dalam mengatasi permasalahan sampah dengan langkah konkrit berupa pemberian sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat dalam pengolah sampah menjadi pupuk kompos sebagai upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap pupuk. Melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, masyarakat dapat memproduksi sendiri pupuk untuk kebutuhan pertaniannya sehingga dapat mengurangi pengeluaran untuk biaya pupuk, pada akhirnya pendapatan masyarakat dapat meningkat.

Abstract

Tingginya angka pengangguran merupakan masalah yang selalu dihadapi oleh setiap negara, terlebih negara sedang berkembang seperti Indonesia. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi pengangguran adalah tidak hanya membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat, tetapi juga mempersiapkan masyarakat untuk dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan sendiri. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan berlokasi di Desa Labuhan Badas Kecamatan Labuhan Badas Kabupaten Sumbawa pada hari Senin, 17 Mei 2021. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk penguatan entrepreneurship insight dan peningkatan daya saing diberikan bagi pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Sumbawa dengan metode sosialisasi dan pelatihan praktik mengenai entrepreneurship insight dan implementasi meningkatkan daya siang melalui perbaikan label kemasan, perbaikan kemasan yang marketable, dan metode pemasaran memanfaatkan media online. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menujukan bahwa Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) memainkan suatu peran yang vital didalam pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Menyadari pentingnya peran UMKM, maka mutlak diperlukan upaya pemberdayaan UMKM dalam rangka percepatan pembangunan ekonomi daerah dan pusat serta peningkatan daya saing produk UMKM. Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menimbulkan permasalahan pada banyak aspek kehidupan, utamanya adalah kesehatan. Tingginya angka penularan Covid-19 ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya adalah semakin menurunnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Promosi kesehatan yang efektif sangat dibutuhkan dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan sebagai upaya memutus mata rantai penularan Covid-19. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian Fakultas Ekonomi dan Manajemen (UNSA) Universitas Samawa berinisiatif melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebagai upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangan Covid-19 melalui sosialisasi protokol kesehatan 5M, yaitu memakai masker, menjaga jarak, mencuci tangan, mengurangi mobilitas dan menjauhi kerumunan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Brang Biji Kecamatan Sumbawa pada tanggal 05 Oktober 2020. Sosialisasi disampaikan secara langsung dengan cara door to door ke rumah-rumah warga, tempat perkumpulan warga dan warga-warga yang berada di jalan. Selain secara langsung, sosialisasi juga disampaikan melalui brosur yang dibagikan kepada peserta dan pemasangan poster pada tempat-tempat strategis di lingkungan pemukiman masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat dilihat dari meningkatkannya penerapan gerakan 5M dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, yang meliputi memakai masker, menjaga jarak, mencuci tangan, mengurangi mobilitas dan menjauhi kerumunan. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of demand elasticity regarding changes in the price of Honda Scoopy motorbikes at PT. Astra Motor Sumbawa Besar 2017-2021. Type of this study was a descriptive with a quantitative approach, namely the study that aims to describe the elasticity of demand for changes in the price of Honda Scoopy motorbikes at PT. Astra Motor Sumbawa Besar that occur as they are, supported by data in the form of numbers generated from actual conditions. In this study, the data used was obtained from sales reports documents for Honda Scoopy motorbikes at PT. Astra Motor Sumbawa Besar 2017-2021. The data collected was analyzed using the concept of elasticity of demand which was calculated based on the value of the demand elasticity coefficient to determine the impact of price increases on demand for Honda Scoopy motorbikes at PT. Astra Motor Sumbawa Besar 2017-2021. The results of this study showed that the level of elasticity of demand for Honda Scoopy motorbikes at PT. Astra Motor Sumbawa Besar 2017-2021 was in the elastic category. This can be known based on the value of the demand elasticity coefficient for Honda Scoopy motorbike at PT. Astra Motor Sumbawa Besar in 2017-2021 is greater than 1 (e > 1). This result means that every 1 percent change in price, it will cause a change in quantity demanded of more than 1 percent.
