Abstract

The MBKM policy is designed to produce quality human resources. Although it has been socialized, not all lecturers and staff understand the implementation. To facilitate policy implementation, it is necessary to know the perceptions of lecturers and staff on the policy. This research is a case study and uses a mix method. To improve the understanding of lecturers and staff, offline and online socialization by Dikti and Universities needs to be improved. An effective Dikti socialization is through YouTube, while university socialization should be done offline and online. To increase the involvement of lecturers, in addition to the manual, training should be held, especially on the calculation/equalization of credits. Relationships with partners need to be improved and socialized to lecturers and staff. Changes in basic tasks need to be followed up with a review of the task load and rewards.

Abstract

Climate change is a global challenge that requires rapid and adaptive responses from various levels of government, including local governments. In Indonesia, the role of local governments in building climate resilience is increasingly crucial as the impacts of climate change are felt in various regions. However, bureaucratic barriers, resource constraints, and socio-economic dynamics often hinder the effectiveness of climate resilience strategies at the local level. This study aims to explore the role of local governments in building climate resilience through local policies, technological innovation, and community participation. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach, where data was collected from various sources such as research results and relevant previous studies. The collected data were then processed systematically to find findings that support the development of climate resilience strategies. The results of the study show that local governments have an important role in developing policies that are appropriate to local conditions to deal with climate change. Technological innovation and the development of disaster-resistant infrastructure are key to increasing climate resilience at the local level. Active community participation and community empowerment have also proven to be important factors in implementing effective climate resilience strategies. Bureaucratic barriers and resource constraints can be overcome through cross-regional collaboration that allows for the sharing of knowledge and best practices. Thus, climate resilience strategies at the local level must be based on synergy between government, communities, and the private sector to achieve sustainable and effective results.

Abstract

Desa Nanggerang adalah salah satu desa di Kecamatan Tajurhalang, Kabupaten Bogor. Salah satu potensi tanaman pangan di desa itu adalah singkong. Sebagian dari penduduk desa telah mengolah singkong menjadi makanan ringan, seperti keripik singkong. Proses pengolahan keripik dilakukan secara sederhana. Desa Naggerang dikenal sebagai desa yang memiliki banyak UMKM keripik singkong dan keripik pisang yang banyak melibatkan ibu-ibu rumah tangga disekitaran usaha mereka. Hal ini tentunya menyebabkan semakin banyaknya minyak jelantah (mijel) seiring semakin banyaknya penggunaan minyak goreng dalam aktivitas UMKM tersebut. Penggunaan minyak goreng yang berkali-kali dapat membahayakan Kesehatan manusia. Disisi lain, membuang sisa minyak goreng ke lingkungan akan menyebabkan kerusakan lingkungan. Permasalahan yang sering muncul adalah minyak jelantah yang dihasilkan pada proses produksi tersebut yang tidak terkelola dengan baik yang bila dibuang sembarangan dapat menyebabkan permasalahan lingkungan Tujuan dan sasaran kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat melalui ibu-ibu PKK, Desa Nangerang, Kabupaten Bogor melalui program pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan minyak jelantah melalui pelatihan dalam pembuatan lilin padat dan cair serta sabun dari minyak jelantah.. Metode kegiatan dilakukan berupa (1) Sosialisasi tentang pemasaran, (2) Pelatihan dan pendampingan pemanfaatan minyak jelantah menjadi produk yang bernilai guna (sabun batangan, lilin cair dan lilin padat). Target luaran yang dicapai pada kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan ketrampilan dan pengetahuan mitra sehingga menjadikan mitra memiliki ketrampilan dalam mengolah minyak jelantah menjadi sesuatu yang bermanfaat dan bernilai ekonomi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kompetensi karyawan departemen food and beverage di Favehotel LTC Glodok. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada 30 karyawan departemen food and beverage. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan kriteria karyawan tetap. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert yang masing-masing di uji coba telah memenuhi syarat validasi dan reliabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu uji f dan uji t dengan program SPSS 29. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji f menunjukkan pelatihan dan pengembangan karir secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi karyawan dimana uji f hitung = 18,173 dengan f tabel = 3,35, signifikansi sebesar 0,00 < 0,05. Sedangkan jika dilakukan secara parsial X1 tidak berpengaruh terhadap Y karena, t hitung < t tabel (1,792 < 2,05) dan X2 berpengaruh terhadap Y karena, t hitung > t tabel (2,220 > 2,05). Dapat disimpulkan pelatihan dan pengembangan karir sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan terutama pada karyawan departemen food and beverage di Favehotel LTC Glodok. Kata kunci: Favehotel, Kompetensi, Pelatihan, Pengembangan Karir, Responden Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of training and career development on the competence of food and beverage department employees at Favehotel LTC Glodok. The research design employed isdescriptive quantitative, with 30 respondents from the food and beverage department. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with the criteria of permanent employees. Data collection was done through a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which had undergone validation and reliability testing. This study utilized multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the F-test and t-test in SPSS 29. The results of the F-test showed that training and career development together significantly influence employee competence, with an F-value of 18.173 and an F-table of 3.35, with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05. When analyzed individually, X1 (training) does not have a significant effect on Y (competence) because the t-value is less than the t-table (1.792 < 2.05), while X2 (career development) has a significant effect on Y because the t-value is greater than the t-table (2.220 > 2.05). In conclusion, training and career development are crucial for enhancing employee competence, especially in the food and beverage department at Favehotel LTC Glodok. Abstract

Introduction: During the pre-school period in Early Childhood Education (ECE), where children spend approximately 3-4 hours a day, there is a critical opportunity to instil balanced eating habits despite low knowledge and attitudes about nutrition in daily meals. The Nutrition Education for Affordable, Nutritious and Tasty Meals (NEAT) programme aims to improve the knowledge, attitudes and skills of teachers, parents, and students in providing nutritious, varied, tasty and economical healthy meals. Methods: This programme was held in Baitussalam ECE School, Depok, West Java, Indonesia, by involving the entire school community as participants, consisting of principals, teachers, students and parents. The socialisation and training of teachers and parents was carried out through Zoom Meetings with interactive discussion methods using electronic paperback media. In addition, the programme was carried out offline in two activities. Firstly, for parents with a healthy-economical meal education and competition and secondly for students with a game method using snake ladder mat and stickers. Results: The results showed that the nutritional knowledge and attitudes towards healthy and economical eating among teachers, parents and students improved after the programme. The challenge of this programme is to fit in with the schedules of the parents and to keep the students focused during the activities, but the enthusiasm of the participants was quite high. Conclusion: In conclusion, this programme improved nutritional knowledge and attitudes, despite scheduling challenges, and demonstrated high levels of participant enthusiasm and engagement.
