Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas PelanggannResto Kampoeng Kayoe. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitianiini menggunakan metode purposive sampling serta penggunaan rumus slovin dan muncul jumlah keseluruhan sampel sebanyak 210 sampel yang ditujukkan kepada responden yang pernah melakukan kunjungan dan membeli lebih dari dua kali di Resto Kampoeng Kayoe. Metode analisis regresi berganda dengan perangkat lunak SPSS Statistics 23 dilakukan untuk menganalisis data penelitian. Hasil uji parsial (pengujian t) menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan angka siginifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan angka siginifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Dan Kualitas Produk memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan angka nilai siginifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Kualitas Produk dalam uji simultan (uji F) secara bersamaan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan angka nilai siginifikasi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan perencanaan Pendirian bisnis Café & Restaurant dibawah tanah di Kota Palembang. Sasaran Cafe & Restaurant dibawah tanah ini adalah Remaja Gen Z dan Milenial. Dimana sekarang mudah ditemukannya Café & Restaurant di pelosok di Kota Palembang Membuat prospek untuk mendirikan Café & Restaurant dibawah tanah dapat berkembang untuk kedepannya. Analisis kelayakan bisnis dilakukan dengan menggunakan 3 metode analisis yaitu analisis laporan keuangan, analisis kelayakan, dan analisis keuntungan usaha. Berdasarkan hasil analisis (PP, NPV, IRR, PI, ARR, BEP) yang diperoleh dapat dinyatakan rencana pengembangan usaha Café & Restaurant dibawah tanah layak untuk dijalankan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha produk daur ulang. Dengan memanfaatkan kertas bekas untuk produk – produk bermanfaat dan secara tidak langsung juga akan turut mengurangi penebangan pohon sehingga limbah kertas tidak lagi di bakar atau dibuang percuma namun akan kembali ke tanah terurai dan menumbuhan tanaman. Analisis kelayakan usaha ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan laporan keuangan, analisis kelayakan usaha (Payback Period, Net Present Value, Profitability Index, Internal Rate of Return, Accounting Rate Return) dan juga analisis keuntungan dengan hasil yang diperoleh layak untuk usaha ini dijalankan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh dari experiential marketing dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen Golden Gems Resto & Café Classie Hotel Palembang secara parsial dan simultan. Teknik yang di gunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala likert dengan jumlah 100 responden. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan non probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengelolaan data mengunakan software SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel Experiential Marketing ( X1 ) dan Harga ( X2 ) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara parsial variabel Experiential Marketing ( X1 ) dan Harga ( X2 ) secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

This study ains to analyze the effect of product quality and corporate image on customer satisfaction at CV. UI3 Media Palembang. The population of this research is the consumers of CV. UI3 Media Palembang. The sample used in this study was 168 using the slovin formula. In this study, using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to test hypotheses and data management using SPSS 21. The result showed that product quality, and corporate image have a partial effect on customer satisfaction at CV. UI3 Media Palembang. Simultaneously shows that there is an influence of product quality and corporate image have an affect on customer satisfaction at CV. UI3 Media Palembang.

Abstract

This study examines the marketing strategy and customer satisfaction of Freshtige, a fruit salad business targeting young consumers in Palembang. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through surveys involving 74 respondents and secondary data analysis of Freshtige’s operational and financial records. The findings reveal that digital marketing, particularly through social media and influencer collaborations, plays a crucial role in increasing brand awareness and customer engagement. The majority of respondents expressed high satisfaction with the product quality, service, and purchasing experience, contributing to strong customer loyalty and repeat purchases. The study also highlights the importance of product innovation, as consumer interest in new fruit salad variants remains high. This research provides valuable insights for small businesses in the healthy food sector, emphasizing the need for continuous innovation, effective digital marketing strategies, and service quality to maintain business sustainability and growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of free shipping and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying among TikTok Shop platform users. The research employs a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique, using the Slovin formula to determine the sample size, involving 400 respondents from Generation Z and Millennials in Palembang City. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26. The results indicate that free shipping has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, suggesting that waived shipping fees can encourage impulsive purchases. Additionally, shopping lifestyle also has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, implying that a person's consumption patterns and shopping habits contribute to unplanned purchasing decisions. In conclusion, free shipping and a high shopping lifestyle tendency can increase the likelihood of impulse buying on the TikTok Shop platform.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of the implementation of the Woofle healthy food business (gluten-free waffles) in Palembang City. Woofle is a gluten-free waffle product as a healthy food alternative that is safe for consumption by all groups, especially for consumers with a healthy lifestyle and those with celiac disease or gluten intolerance. The scope of this study includes product, marketing, and financial aspects with a quantitative descriptive research method processed from consumer interest and satisfaction questionnaire data. The results of the study show that Woofle is well received because it offers variant differentiation and the use of nutritious fresh fruit toppings with the majority of customers coming from students. The results of the financial analysis show that Woofle is able to generate stable profits so that business development is feasible to run and develop sustainably.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi dan keberlanjutan bisnis nail art “Nails by Rel” yang berlokasi di Kota Palembang dengan fokus pada desain edgy, trendy, dan y2k. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, dokumentasi aktivitas usaha, laporan keuangan, serta kuesioner kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Nails by Rel memiliki potensi keberlanjutan usaha yang baik, didukung oleh diferensiasi produk, strategi pemasaran berbasis digital, sistem layanan yang fleksibel, serta pengelolaan biaya yang efisien. Inovasi layanan dan positioning merek yang kuat menjadi faktor utama dalam meningkatkan minat pelanggan dan pertumbuhan usaha.

MixSoy is a trendy beverage made from soy milk as its main ingredient. MixSoy has three main flavor variants: manggo, strawberry, and avocado. MixSoy conduct promotions throught social media, particularly instagram, as well as endorsements with influencers in Palembang, and also release hamper variants during major holidays. Based on its business performance results, MixSoy is cosidered capable of competing and continuing to grow in the future.
