Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh literasi keuangan, pendapatan dan gaya hidup terhadap perilaku keuangan pegawai UMKM Pempek di kota Palembang. Populasi yang digunakan adalah Kecamatan Bukit Kecil, Ilir Timur II, Ilir Barat I, Kalidon dan Sako serta sampel sebanyak 267 pekerja UMKM Pempek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dimana sampel ditentukan dengan cara probability sampling. Metode analisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji kepastian, analisis multilinier, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji t, dan uji f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan keuangan (X1), pendapatan (X2) dan gaya hidup (X3) secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keuangan (Y) pekerja UMKM Pempek di kota Palembang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan, lama usaha dan jenis kelamin terhadap perilaku keuangan UKM di Kecamatan Pematang Borang Kota Palembang. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM khususnya di Kecamatan Pematang Borang Kota Palembang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 202 responden yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus SLOVIN. Uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji t dan uji f digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendidikan dan jenis kelamin tidak berpengaruh secara parsial, sedangkan durasi usaha berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap perilaku keuangan. Variabel pendidikan, lama bekerja dan jenis kelamin secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku ekonomi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk melihat pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan jasa, harga, dan emosional terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Wyndham Opi Hotel di Palembang secara Parsial. (2) Untuk melihat pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan jasa, harga, dan emosional terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Wyndham Opi Hotel di Palembang secara Simultan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu penyebaran kuisioner dengan skala interval, dengan jumlah 365 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan dengan bantuan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji parsial (uji-t) variabel Kualitas Pelayanan Jasa (X1), Harga (X2), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan,dan Emosional (X3) berpengaruh negative terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Berdasarkan (uji-F) menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel independen yang terdiri dari variabel Kualitas Pelayanan Jasa (X1), Harga (X2), dan Emosional (X3) berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y) secara simultan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pembuatan sistem informasi kepegawaian pada PT Boga Artha Mandiri yang sudah dibuat adalah membantu bagian admin dalam melihat pengelolaan data yang berkaitan dengan kepegawaian seperti data pegawai, data cuti, data mutasi, data demosi, data promosi, data PHK, data reward punishment dan data rekap kehadiran pegawai. Selain untuk bagian admin, sistem informasi kepegawaian ini juga dapat membantu pegawai dalam melakukan kehadiran pegawai secara mandiri. Hasil dari pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah dapat membantu pegawai dalam melakukan kehadiran secara mandiri dan admin dalam melihat data pengelolaan pegawai.

Abstract

PT XYZ, a building construction and design company in Palembang. The number of employees in this company is 30 employees with project, finance, marketing and also human resources (HR) divisions. PT XYZ has a need to improve the efficiency of human resource management. In the current condition, the company still relies on manual processes for recruitment, attendance, layoff data management, and employee leave applications. This Personnel Information System uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method as a system development method. System development uses the Laravel framework, PHP, CSS, HTML programming languages. In the analysis stage using PIECES and Usecase Diagram. System development uses two main approaches, namely using the FlutterFlow low-code platform and the Laravel Framework. The final result obtained is the implementation of a web-based Personnel Information System at PT XYZ. The implementation of this system makes a significant contribution in improving the efficiency and accessibility of staffing data at PT XYZ.

Abstract

The creation of a web-based application management system is essential to assist organisations in maintaining their operational efficiency in the rapidly growing digital era. The purpose of this research is to apply the waterfall development method approach to the development of a web-based application management system. We compared the time efficiency and features of a low-code platform such as OutSystems and traditional coding using native PHP. By streamlining procedures for recruitment, leave, warning or dismissal data, and human resource management, the system can improve overall operational effectiveness and efficiency. This research can provide in-depth information on the efficiency of development time and overall features. Our contribution is to clarify the performance comparison in the context of application management system development between low-code platforms and traditional development approaches.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in the supply of materials, suppliers, and services, especially in the field of electrical equipment, such as generators, mechanical devices, electrical devices, cables, electricity meters, and so on. The company has a total of 26 employees, all of whom are permanent employees. This company has assessed employee performance every month, but it is done using narratives so it is still subjective and there is no ranking. This is certainly very difficult for HR staff in determining the best employees every month. The purpose of this Employee Performance Assessment Decision Support System design is to improve accuracy and efficiency in calculating employee performance to determine the best employees. In this research, the system development method used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP). This system development also uses two main approaches, which are low- code approach (OutSystems platform) and conventional approach (Laravel framework). From the development using the RUP method, it can develop a Decision Support System for Employee Performance Assessment for PT XYZ.

Abstract

PT Pratista Shaqu Unggul is a company operating in the field of General Contractor, Supplier and Maintenance. PT Pratista Shaqu Unggul has 30 permanent employees and approximately 5-10 non-permanent employees. PT Pratista Shaqu Unggul has difficulties in storing and managing employee data which has not been properly integrated. Based on this, the personnel information system at PT Pratista Shaqu Unggul was created with the aim of making it easier for the company to manage employee data. The development of this system uses the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method and is created using two approaches, namely the conventional approach and the low-code approach. The conventional approach uses the Laravel framework and the low-code approach uses FlutterFlow. The research results obtained are a web-based personnel information system that meets user needs for managing recruitment, attendance, leave and layoff data.

Abstract

Capital consists of human capital, social capital, natural capital, physical capital, and financial capital, but this study will only discuss human and social capital. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between human and social capital in achieving prosperity through the level of wages and income, especially for workers in the Small and Medium Enterprises sector in Palembang City. Respondents in this research were 400 workers in the Small and Medium Enterprises sector in Palembang, in the Sub-districts of Sukarami, Ilir Barat I, Kalidoni, Seberang Ulu I and Seberang Ulu II. The method used is descriptive qualitative in path analysis, with primary data in interview questionnaires. The results showed that workers’ drinking and maximum income ranged from Rp500,000 to Rp7,500,000, with an average of Rp1,903,041. The results of the path analysis found that human capital through wages affected the income of 76.4 percent, with a beta value of 0.137 indicating that if the length of schooling were increased by 10 percent, wages would increase by 1.4 times and income by 23.6 percent. In contrast, the relationship of social capital through wages to income is very small because other factors influence, such as the work environment, place of residence, and others.

Abstract

Citra Kedalaman merupakan citra yang dapat digunakan untuk segmentasi objek, 3D Model dan visi pada robot. Penentuan nilai kedalaman dari sebuah citra warna memiliki tantangan tersendiri dan bidang aktif penelitian. Citra kedalaman dapat diestimasi dengan menggunakan model stokastik CRF. Selanjutnya model CRF digunakan sebagai model untuk pembobotan pada Model SSVM. Penggunaan CRF-SSVM untuk estimasi citra kedalaman didukung ekstraksi fitur domain frekuensi yaitu FFT. Hasil yang ditunjukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan ini sebesar 69.04%
