Abstract

This study aims to provide information on the level of satisfaction of trainees Journal service quality training quality and the most influential factor in the region Ko3f gpertis III. Methods of data collection in this study using the registration documentation (questionnaires), interviews and observations. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques servqual quantitative analysis method and Cartesian diagrams using SPSS 17. Based on the research results can be obtained gap (the gap value) of tangible dimension, realibility, responsivness, empathy, and assurance sequentially ie -1.69, -2.12, - 2:09, -2.04, and -1.75. Based on the analysis Cartesian diagram attributes into three main priorities for repair ie friendliness, attention and courtesy of the staff committee and their instructors, clear information about the facility and rules for participants, classroom facilities to support teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Based on data on old patient visits at South Tangerang City General Hospital in the last two years it is known that old patient visits in 2021 amounted to 5385 and decreased in 2022 to 4956 old patient visits. Based on these data, it can be seen that there is a decreasing trend of old patient visits from 2021 to 2022 based on the grand total number of visits, which is 4.14%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between perceptions about marketing communications and brand image with the decision to reuse inpatients at RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan in 2023. This type of research is an observational analytic with a quantitative approach and a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the sample size was 357 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it showed that more than half of the respondents who had a negative perception decided not to be willing to reuse inpatient services at RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan as many as 131 (57.0%) and more than half of the respondents who had a positive perception decided to be willing to reuse the service. 120 (59.1%) hospitalized in RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan. Based on the statistical test results, the results showed that there was a relationship between perceptions about marketing communications (p-value = 0.000 < α = 0.05) and perceptions about brand image (p-value = 0.000 < α = 0.05) with the decision to use returned to inpatients at RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan. From the results of this study, it is hoped that the RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan can improve marketing communications and brand image so that it can create patient trust and increase the attitude of returning patients in utilizing health services. AbstrakBerdasarkan data kunjungan pasien lama RSU Kota Tangerang Sealatan dalam dua tahun terakhir diketahui bahwa kunjungan pasien lama pada tahun 2021 sebesar 5385 dan mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2022 menjadi 4956 kunjungan pasien lama. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat tren penurunan kunjungan pasien lama dari tahun 2021 hingga 2022 berdasarkan grand total jumlah kunjungan yaitu sebesar 4,14 %. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi tentang komunikasi pemasaran dan brand image dengan keputusan pemanfaatan kembali pada pasien rawat inap di RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan besar sampel adalah 357 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari setengah responden yang memiliki persepsi negatif memutuskan untuk tidak bersedia memanfaatkan kembali pelayanan rawat inap di RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan sebanyak 131 (57,0%) dan lebih dari setengah responden yang memiliki persepsi positif memutuskan untuk bersedia memanfaatkan kembali pelayanan rawat inap di RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan sebanyak 120 (59,1%). Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik didapatkan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara persepsi tentang komunikasi pemasaran (p-value = 0,000 < α = 0,05) dan persepsi tentang brand image (p-value = 0,000 < α = 0,05) dengan keputusan pemanfaatan kembali pada pasien rawat inap di RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan RSU Kota Tangerang Selatan dapat meningkatkan komunikasi pemasaran dan brand image sehingga dapat menciptakan kepercayaan pasien dan meningkatkan sikap berkunjung ulang pasien dalam memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan.

Abstract

The phenomenon of predatory journals seriously threatens the academic ecosystem, especially in Indonesia, where the pressure to "publish or perish" and low academic literacy exacerbate the situation. Predatory journals offer a fast publication process without adequate peer review, thereby lowering the quality of research, hurting the reputation of academics and institutions, and spreading invalid information. Although many global studies have addressed this issue, there are research gaps related to the Indonesian context, especially strategic solutions that consider regulation, literacy, and management of scientific journals. This research aims to identify the impact of predatory journals, outline the challenges for academics and journal managers, and offer strategic solutions based on Agency and Knowledge-Based Theory. The research method used is descriptive-analytical with a qualitative approach based on secondary data from scientific literature. The results show that the main challenges are low academic literacy, pressure to publish, limited access to reputable journals, and financial exploitation. Strategic solutions include education through programs such as “Think, Check, Submit.” Strengthening regulations, using technology to detect predatory journals, and national and international collaboration. The role of journal managers is vital in maintaining the quality of publications through editorial transparency, certification, technological innovation, and the development of the reviewer community. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of collaboration and academic literacy in creating a healthy academic ecosystem. The novelty research lies in integrating Agency and Knowledge-Based theories in the context of predatory journals in Indonesia, offering relevant and applicable strategic solutions to support the sustainability of high-quality scientific publications.

Abstract

The problem of vegetable waste management in Ciputri Village, especially in RT 05, has caused various negative impacts on the environment and public health, such as clogged waterways, local flooding, foul odors, and increased fly populations. In fact, organic waste has the potential to be processed into liquid organic fertilizers and ecoenzymes that benefit agriculture and the environment. This Community Service activity empowers Karang Taruna as a driving force in managing vegetable waste into value-added products. The approach includes technical training in manufacturing organic fertilizers based on anaerobic fermentation, continuous mentoring, and preparing practical guidelines to ensure the program's sustainability. The results of the activities showed a significant increase in the knowledge and skills of Karang Taruna members, the achievement of organic fertilizer production exceeding the initial target, and the start of implementing a household-based waste management system. The main recommendation of this activity is the need to strengthen cooperation networks, continuous mentoring, and the development of marketing strategies for processed products to maintain sustainability and expand the program's benefits.

Abstract

The problem of low teacher skills in writing scientific articles is a challenge in developing professionalism and fulfilling publication obligations for promotion. This Community Service Program aims to improve the ability of MGMP Accounting Central Jakarta 1 teachers in compiling scientific articles based on Classroom Action Research through structured training and intensive mentoring. The activity was carried out with a participatory approach through workshops, hands-on practice, and continuous online and hybrid consultations. The activity results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of scientific writing techniques, with 80% of participants drafting articles and 30% ready to be submitted to accredited journals. Key recommendations include follow-up mentoring to the publication stage and establishing a teacher writers' forum to encourage collaboration and sustainability capacity building.

Abstract

The low level of Islamic economic and financial literacy among the Ciputri Village Youth Organization is challenging to build youth economic independence. This Community Service activity aims to improve understanding and skills of Islamic finance through a community-based education approach, supported by the optimization of the function of the library as a literacy center. The program is carried out through socialization, interactive training, simulation, mentoring, and strengthening the collection of Islamic financial literature in village libraries. The activity results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding, the formation of the Sharia Literacy Ambassador Community, and the increasing role of libraries in supporting Islamic financial education. Key recommendations include ongoing mentoring, digital media development, and cross-sectoral collaboration to maintain the program's sustainability and expand the benefits of this education.

Abstract

Rendahnya tingkat pemahaman masyarakat terkait cara memperoleh, menggunakan, menyimpan, dan membuang obat secara benar menjadi tantangan serius dalam menjaga kesehatan dan kelestarian lingkungan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi pengelolaan obat yang aman di kalangan Karang Taruna Desa Ciputri melalui pendekatan edukasi berbasis komunitas dengan mengedepankan prinsip DAGUSIBU (Dapatkan, Gunakan, Simpan, dan Buang). Program dilaksanakan melalui sosialisasi interaktif, simulasi, serta pendampingan yang didukung dengan media edukasi cetak dan digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, terbentuknya kader Duta Literasi Obat, serta meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan obat yang tepat. Rekomendasi utama mencakup pendampingan berkelanjutan, penguatan peran perpustakaan sebagai pusat edukasi, serta kolaborasi lintas sektor guna memperluas jangkauan dan dampak edukasi ini.
